I stumbled on this terrific place and just could not leave. Everybody should be so lucky. Great staff and neighbors!

We love our free standing home in a lovely neighborhood of mature trees. Best of all, we enjoy the close-knit community of residents and staff where we all feel like family.

Once my parents moved to Heritage Hills in 2008, this has been the perfect place for them. My mom has the choir and library and dad has activities and there is a club room where we had a huge family get together. I'm so pleased with Heritage Hills and all the great people who live here.

We have lived here three years. A delightful setting of trees, lawns... Close proximity for healthcare needs, within 1 hour drive to lakes, mountains, shopping, entertainment. The close-knit community support of new friends: opportunities for meeting short and long-term changes in retirement lifestyles. Close to VA for Military Support. Excellent Arc therapy for daily or weekly needs. Covid-19 adjustment, independent and Memory Care Living opportunities support. A facility for all seasons meeting your needs to age in place or guidance to the resources available. Join us, we “care” experiences helped us.

We like the concept of independent living with availability of higher levels of care if needed. Very informative, thorough tour and meeting. [name removed] was great!

I have lived here for over 8 years. I love it. The food is great. There are many of the staff that have been here more than 10 years. They do an outstanding job.

The Park Lane and my tour guide, [name removed], were very impressive. The community was very clean and fresh. I met many very nice residents and caregivers along the tour. [Name removed] was very helpful and professional.

My parents were living in another assisted living but needed more oversight. Both have dementia diagnosis but do not need to be in a memory care with those with advanced dementia. Pacifica Northridge allows them to feel independent but provides then with the care they need with dignity and respect. The staff has made a point to get to know their likes and dislikes. Atria - Burlingame is a terrific and reliable community. Their employees are so approachable and friendly. [name removed] was able to answer all the questions I have regarding the community. I would definitely recommend this senior community to others.

We received an unexpected diagnosis of memory and cognitive decline that meant that our mom was not able to remain in assisted living and required a memory care facility. Since her facility at the time was not certified for memory care, we had to move her very quickly. We stopped by Pacifica Northridge during a drive by after looking at other facilities, expecting to just make an appointment. Within two hours we had a full tour, started the paperwork and placed a deposit. To maximize the insurance help, [name removed] in Admissions had her admitted within two days! At a huge savings! We have never seen our mom SO HAPPY! She loves her room, and every staff member is her "best friend". Pacifica has been an ongoing miracle in our lives!

We feel very fortunate to be here in this community. We thank the management and staff for going above and beyond the call of service.

They said they will cater to the residents with Spanish food and other stuff Spanish people are used to.

Living with a loved one with Alzheimer's is the most difficult thing I've ever done. Eventually there came a point where taking care of my mother-in-law was more than we could handle on our own. Pacifica Memory Care is staffed by really caring, efficient people who SEE each individual person. We had my mother-in-law in two other facilities prior to Pacifica. Both had huge red flags and problems. If you are dealing with such a situation and are looking for a safe place for you loved one, I would highly recommend touring the Pacifica Memory Care unit.

We couldn't ask for a better place. They have movie afternoons two or three times a week, the do craft activities, they go on field trips, and they have cooking activities. They have a lot of activities and they keep everybody busy.

My mom moved into Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe. Everybody there is amazingly great. It is surprising. From the people that do the laundry, to the maintenance people, the administrative people, and the people in the kitchen, every person that I met there was fantastic. They know all the residents by name, and they always stop and chat with everyone, I can't say enough good things about this community. My mom is extremely happy.

Pacifica Senior living Palm Beach has been such a great experience for my family. I love that if my grandpa doesn't like a certain kind of food they have alternatives that they offer him. He is such a picky eater, I was surprised how much he enjoys the meals. My grandpa used to be an avid golfer and although that is a bit out of his league now he enjoys the mini golf activity they do with him. I'm a glad to see they have options besides bingo when it comes to activities. My grandpa hates bingo and the last community he was at all they seemed to do was bingo. I am grateful that Pacifica has made it possible to visit him during covid-19 both in person and virtually.
