Awesome place

My dad's care has been amazing! He's been at this facility for four years. He's had some of the same caregivers the whole time he's been there. The care that he receive is loving and professional at the same time. I can't imagine him living anywhere else.

I am really happy with the attention my dad gets. The facility is really clean, the employees always seem very patient and kind to residents.

Our experience with Courtyard At Coeur D'alene is good. The staff so far is very good, and we're really happy. I would highly recommend this community. My dad's room is large, clean, and spacious.

Pacifica is a wonderful facility, full of a staff that truly cares about your loved ones. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

My mom has advanced Alzheimer's Disease now, but it's comforting to know that sh's somewhere with people who care and specialize in her needs.

The Executive Director is so warm and caring that it makes me feel so comforted by our choice for my mother. The small community size and the dedicated caregivers allow the caregivers to have a real connection with my mom (which was the most important thing).

I just had the unfortunate experience of loosing my grandmother, but for the last week of her life I was able to see her via video chat almost every day all thanks to the staff at Pacifica. [Name removed], you are an angel and I am forever grateful to you. You made it possible for me to see and talk with my grandmother and I can never thank you enough. [Names removed], thank you for helping take care of my grandmother and giving me updates everyday.

Some great things about their facility. It is a mix environment inside and outside. The staff are helpful and we get three nutritious meals a day and often get treats. As a retiree, I am active here mentally, physically and spiritually. There are activities I can participate in, an exercise room, live entertainment and church service. Also being here I am still connected with the outside community through joy rides, doctor's appointments, shopping, concerts and other outings we are taken to. During this time of Covid 19, I feel safe because of the precautions that are taking place.

The staff is so great, and the community is more affordable than anything in the Spartanburg/Greenville area that I don't even mind the drive.

The salesperson that I met there was very nice. The layout of the place was designed like a heart by a heart doctor. They have long hallways that's kind of a build-in exercise, the way it's set up.

Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn was extremely nice, and a lot better than most places. The layout of the room was great.

Very friendly and professional staff. I was very pleased with how they treat their residents and how clean the facility is. Lots of great administrators and head nurses handling everything professionally and discreetly. Thank you for being so wonderful!! I highly recommend them!!

As a resident, i feel blessed to live somewhere that is keeping us safe during these times.

My mother was a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Ellensburg September 2019 through December 2019. As an RN who had worked with the geriatric population I was very concerned on finding the correct care for my mother. I found the staff from clerical, housekeeping, kitchen, caregivers, through nursing, and administration to be optimum. While maintaining professional parameters they provided a family caring environment.

My sisters and I greatly appreciated the responsiveness, flexibility and compassion of Pacifica staff in accommodating our mom's long distance move into the facility and her subsequent care. Despite my mom passing shortly thereafter, I will always remember the genuine kindness shown to my mom and the family by the various care and administrative staff at Pacifica and KVH Hospice during that difficult time.

Staff are amazing, compassionate, and helpful. [Name removed] is fantastic, [name removed] is experienced, helpful, and takes the time to listen to concerns and offer solutions.

Every time I visit Atria Burlingame, it's always a pleasant experience. There's always someone in the front to greet and guide me where to go. I always see people around and it seems like they have a lot of fun with their residents! I enjoy coming to Atria Burlingame!

I came to visit this facility. Atria Burlingame is in a good location. I like how it's close to a park and many shops in the downtown area. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. I saw several residents out on the front patio enjoying the sunshine! They all seemed happy where they were. I could see my mom living here!
