Adore it all. The staff is unbelievable and kind — helpful and loads of fun with humor, — even in this epidemic they have time for all of us.

[name removed] has been very helpful in getting my mom set up and moved in. She has always answered all of our calls and questions promptly.

Not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe how great the staff is. Made me feel like family from the initial inquiry phone call. Kept me addressed of my mom from the moment she arrived.

The caregivers go above and beyond at Hollywood Hills Pacifica. Everyone has reached out to my aunt to introduce themselves! Hollywood Hills feels like a home and the staff feels like family. Thank you!

I have been a long time member of this community and I am aware of The Premier care and service here at The Park Lane. I looked at some of the others but The Park Lane seems to be the best.

My husband passed [date removed] and I moved in January 2020. Everything has gone smoothly so far. The only thing is not being able to leave just to go shopping etc., because of the flue and keeping everyone well. Sometimes you just need to have a break. It is better to stay away from everyone than to get sick, which no one has.

The service given to us by the employees is excellent! I tell everyone I know that this is the most loving and caring place.

It's important knowing that my loved one is living in a safe place. Especially in this COVID-19 pandemic. Zero cases where she lives! She eats well and looks happy! A special person lets relatives video chat. A Godsend you are!

Pacifica Sunrise is doing a phenomenal job of keeping out aunt safe and happy, especially during the pandemic. [name removed] always goes above and beyond.

My mom just moved into Atria Burlingame and the staff was incredibly helpful with the process and getting her moved in. From answering all our questions to getting her medication list and welcoming her with some of her favorite things, I can truly say that the staff at Atria Burlingame go well beyond the call of duty. Thank you [names removed], and everyone at Atria. I feel totally confident that my mom is in warm, loving, capable hands. We couldn't be happier.

Senior Living in the Wine Country done right! [Name removed] and [name removed] are top notch, wonderful people that understand and cater to the needs of their residents! And what a gorgeous setting with the ever changing and evolving flower and vegetable garden, not to mention the goats, chicken and the bees. This is a magical place that cares for seniors in a way every child would want their loved one cared for. Our family is so lucky to have found Healdsburg Senior Living. And though we found it by accident, we think it was meant to be! As I was on a weekend drive with my mom we came across this lush property with balloons and decorations advertising a special event. I jokingly told my mom we should crash it, and my very proper mom said, lets! So we did and to our surprise Patch Adams was the featured special guest speaker. He is the the doctor who famously dresses up with a clown nose and jokes with patients . Robin Williams portrayed him on screen. Adams is also a serious advocate about the importance of loving care and connection to patients. [Name removed] is an advocate of that as well. He has the title of Marketing Director at Healdsburg Senior Living but he does much more than that. He is responsible for bringing Patch Adams along with so many other programs and events to the property. This includes Music & Memory where Alzheimer's patients are paired up with the music of their youth and often have moments of great clarity as they listen to the tunes. My beautiful mother was able to feel at home and able to walk and even work in the property's gorgeous gardens and fruit and vegetable fields. She felt like she was on her childhood farm. There are goats, chickens and school children even visit the property which brings such energy to the Seniors who never ever feel locked in. Mom has been in 4 places and all are properties where seniors who needed special care were basically locked in and warehoused. They were often medicated at these facilities to keep them placated, as giving them one on one attention would be too hard with so few staff on hand. Healdsburg Senior Living is one in a million. It should be the place others emulate to honor our moms, dads, grandparents and others who deserve kindness and respect. We will always be grateful for [name removed] and the staff for caring for our mom as though she was their own.
