I would highly recommend this community. I choose this community and this was the first place I saw. I had good feelings about his place after visiting a second place. I decided that this was the place to be. Chesapeake is on a single story and felt it would be a good thing for my loved one. I enjoyed the layout of the community. My loved one was near the assisted living and eventually moved to the memory care unity. The executive director at the time was great; along with the Sales and Marketing Director were wonderful. Neither one tried to push me on this community, but due to the things they had to offer it is what made my decision.

Employees are superfriendly. Will go above and beyond as needed. They treat you as family and will make you feel at home.

Friendly, approachable people. Assists with care when needed to give direct care to clients/residents.

I am very happy with the service that me and my wife is getting from Atria Burlingame. Not only me that is happy with the service, all my family is as well! Thanks Atria, may god bless you all.

I’ve stopped by with my mom and found this property to be inviting! The staff were amazing and the residents were enjoying themselves! my mom liked what she saw and she is looking forward to possibly moving here soon! The sales director was amazing! He shared with us all of the services that are provided, but what stood out was their activities! What’s life without fun and memorable times?! We appreciated what Burlingame has to offer and we think it’s a great match for my mom!

I’ve recently toured this lovely community on behalf of my dad. During my visit I saw and felt a sense of community. The staff were all friendly and saw residents living an elevated life! A place where I want to reside one day! The sales director was amazing and provided exceptional service by answering all my questions! Their weekly events that they provide is over the top experience! I can see that this will be the perfect place for my dad because I know my dad will be in perfect care!

The staff at Meridian has been so helpful, from the initial visit through moving in and getting settled. They made the "COVID" challenges a bit more bearable. They continue to check our uncle daily to be sure his needs are taken care of properly, including his diabetic diet and they keep the family informed of anything requiring attention. They are extremely friendly and careful during COVID times.

I received a virtual tour of this community and I am very pleased with the facility and the grounds look very well kept. I am looking forward to having my father move into this community at Pacifica. [name removed] has been a pleasure to work with during my father's transition from the hospital. I am looking forward to visiting the facility when my father is settled in.

Did a favor and toured for a family friend. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hallways look like you’re in a hotel! Was observing from a distance a couple of staff assisting an elderly gentleman. He was laughing with them the whole time.. he must be enjoying his stay. Their location, facility and the staff highly rank up there compared to the others I went.

What an amazing facility and staff. Warm, welcoming, informative, and accommodating. The exciting residents are so full of life and truly seem to be enjoying themselves. Looking forward to my mom experiencing that joy in her remaining years.

So pleased with how quickly we got a response in regard to what we needed for my mom. So affordable and we just loved the smaller size. [name removed] is fabulous!

I was lucky enough to tour this community in the beginning of the year and I'm glad I was able to. I liked that it had a very "homey" feel and it just so happened to smell like fresh baked cookies when I visited. When I tour different communities I always observe how the residents appear and it was nothing but smiles that day. In the elevator I was able to have a short conversation with a resident and asked her "How was lunch today?" She said she wasn't a picky eater and always enjoys the food- I would say that's a big plus. I also liked all the activities and themed days that were on their calendar of events. [name removed] was the one that gave me a tour and he was very informative and it was obvious that he enjoyed his work. It was also nice that he was able to greet every resident by name. Hopefully others can take the time to plan a tour so they can get a real feel of the community.

Toured the community in April. A small community with a family oriented feel. Everyone was friendly. Wasn’t able to go inside the building but was shown many great amenities the community has to offer from the outside. It’s in a cute neighborhood next to Washington Park and near Burlingame Downtown area. The model apartment is stunning! Beautifully decorated and felt homey. I really like the overall feel of this community. I would definitely recommend Atria Burlingame as a Senior community anyone’s loved ones!
