I like it here everything is good. The Activities Director has a good spirit. The food is good too.

I love it here I really enjoy the activities. They always have a good variety of activities. The activity department is doing a good job.

I love the activities. Movie nights, ice cream social, all the events they have here. The activity staff is very nice.

The staff is very good. The caregiver [name removed] is terrific.

I have only been here a month but I really like it. The staff is very friendly.

I would like to give a shout out to the employees of Pacifica, especially the groups working in cottages 1&3. Twice a week and as needed l entered both 1 and 3 cottages to assist my participants for PACE. The care and detail to their residence in heartwarming and very appreciated feel confident that our PACE participants are being treated with dignity and respect. Please acknowledge with praise each and every one of the employees - from the office staff, leadership, and cottage aids along with environmental services and of course maintenance. These cottages do not have looked this well run and clean in quite some time. Once again, thank you all for an excellent job.

The cottages are great designs. It gives the residents a sense of community with other people. The employees are the best, very caring, and compassionate. Everyone is very professional.

I been living here for 8 years now. I love it here. The food is great so is the service and the management team. We love [name removed], she is very accommodating. I believe she has been here for over 20 years. They are many employees that have been working there for over 10 years.

Special thanks and kudos going out to [names removed] for going above and beyond to help me and my mom with her moving in experience last week, and for their continuing kindness, compassion, and support. I know it's not easy to help someone adjust to new surroundings...especially during this time with restrictions having been implemented because of covid19. I so miss being able to visit my mom, and I wish things were different, but at least 1 know that she is in very good hands, and that she is safe and well. I'm sure that we are all looking forward to better times, when things can get back to the way they were designed to be. In the meantime, I have confidence that the staff at Pacifica Forest Trace are giving service with heart, and doing their level best to care for the physical and emotional well-being of their residents. Thank you for making my mom's birthday so special, especially during COVID-19! We thank the whole team at Hollywood Hills Pacifica!

I would recommend it, my dad was happy there. He wasn't there long and I'm not sure of much knowledge other than that. They have a gym and pool, along with functions and entertainment at night. My father wasn't going to any of the planned activities. He did go to some of the lectures, I think her attended. I was really hoping he would meet some peers, he was spending a lot of time by himself. He was coming to the end of his life.

This assisted living is extremely clean. The staff have years of experience and are so caring. They truly specialize in memory care and patients with different forms of dementia. It's a small community so patients get very individualized care. The residents have so many unique activities.

Lovely community liked the cottage set up. The sales director [name removed] was very nice and knowledgeable. The residents looked happy and engaged in activities.

Looking forward to the renovations that Pacifica is going to do. Already painting the outside of the building has made a huge difference. The food is delicious and always a great variety. The activity department does a great job of keeping mom busy.

Your community is beautiful and I love the campus. Lots of space to walk around.

I could not have found a better facility for my mother. The location is central, the view's outstanding, the facility clean, attractive, and functional. The staff super attentive and responsive. My mother now lives in a welcoming SAFE environment which has proved to be an absolute godsend.

Fantastic and caring staff, excellent amenities. Would highly recommend to everyone!

We moved my mom into Pacifica on [date removed] right as everything started shutting down. Pacifica has been great making sure she is safe. She enjoys living there and says the staff is great. We can have visits with her using all the safety rules so she stays healthy. I am glad we chose Pacifica as the place for my mom.
