My friend lived there and he like that but it was too far from me. They had carpeting in the hallway and he was a little too far away from the dining room. He liked it but it just wasn't viable for him any longer.

A very nice room with a view and close to dining area and living area. Decided it was just a bit too large and maybe overwhelming for her, but it was a close second for me.

Everything was on par. They have walking that my aunt does and going to museums. The food is okay. She said the food is just okay but she's used to a high sodium content and they do lower sodium.

We chose Emeritus because they offer different levels of care, specifically for our situation we were looking for assisted living and nursing care. They seemed to have a good reputation when looking around we had seen good reviews on them. They were also within our budget. We have been having some issues with them and hope to get them resolved quickly.

Walking distance from my home. Small memory care unit. Staff has been there for years. Adult/staff ratio low. Outside activities. Everything is included (daily stuff). Friendly staff

Podiatrist available and billed to insurance; doctor on site, performs labs and EKGs; park with trails, barber shop on site, laundry and housekeeping provided once a week, large common area for larger activities (luau, e.g.), library also used for smaller group activities; fresh fruit always available, need to provide own incidentals including shower curtain, closet space is really small

Wonderful, one of my two top choices, facility is very nice, clean and a real professional caring environment. Director is great

Liked - large community - Spacious studios.

Not as clean as Emeritus of Vacaville, but room is biger. Still a very nice place.

We really liked it. He even wants her to see it so we will take both (I pray it works out). We're looking forward to that.

My dad's favorite at this point; utilities included but cable and telephone extra; Wine & cheese night once a month, coin operated laundry; stove and fridge; queen bed will fit; tub and shower.

Really liked it. Up there with Pasadena Highlands. Only four stars because no views.

Everything was good except the memory care residents were left sitting around a lot and not doing many things. Their activities director had been let go because she was not the right fit, and they were trying to find someone. Covid also played a part in that. But I was disappointed in the activities nevertheless. Otherwise, they were very good about the care, and they were helpful to me in getting hospice set up. Their nursing staff and med techs were excellent. The cost was pretty typical, and you paid a flat rate each month.

This was a smaller community. I didn't like the residents have a shared bathroom.

Our family had an in person tour and the rooms we were shown were superior, I mean extremely well decorated. However the community itself was very claustrophobic, it wasn't really spaced out.

My parents have been for 10 months. they are very caring at the Villa. We were able to visit as often as we wanted and my parents were always clean and seemed well cared for. they do have many activities but do not make the clients participate if they do not want to. which in memory are I would prefer they would. during Covid-19 we have gotten to speak and and Face time with my parents every week until the last 2 weeks something has gone wrong. but they are trying to remedy that. It is a good, safe and caring place for my parents. thank you Villas of San Bernardino.

Brookdale Denver was an older establishment. The staff was friendly and gave us a lot of information about what they could provide for my loved one. It did not seem as well-kept as some of the other communities that we looked at.

My parents have a nice deluxe studio apt that is spacious and they are starting to settle in. The staff here are very friendly, accommodating and helpful, sometimes they are a bit short staffed so it might take a little longer for them to respond. My parents do like the field trips and the activities are sort of limited as the residents don't really take part in them here. There are two different courtyard/porches that my dad likes to go out on from time to time.
