Nothing was wrong with this community when we went to see it. They were just too far away from me. I saw they were all good for an assisted living community.

I found nothing wrong with this community at all other than it was just a little too far west away from where I wanted to be. The staff was friendly and helpful on the tour. The community was very clean and tidy and there seemed to be a positive feel to the place. The appearance from the outside and inside looked very inticing

This community is not what I wanted for my husband's care. The community did not have access to water. The staff did not make sure that he was not giving him the care that i needed. The community was clean and the activiites were offered to him. I would recommend this community, but they need to just residents . Over all this is a nice community and I would recommend the community to other families for good care .

After having a tour and putting a deposit down we found they started out with a lower price than other communities but then added more levels. We were a level 5 with $1500 extra and each level jumped $300 more. The facility was beautiful, looks clean, and nice but their way of pricing I didn't like.

The staff at Windchime has been very helpful and responsive to individual needs of my brother. They made him feel welcome and his transition to assisted living was much easier than expected due to the help of the staff. I feel that my brother is in a safe place and is well taken care of while he deals with his memory issues.

I have no complaints about the tour I had of this community. All of the staff where very friendly and they where on time to our appointment. They had a wide open floor plan with lots of natural light throughout the building. I liked that I saw many of the residents involved in different activities with lots of staff interaction. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

It's taken a little while but my sister-in-law is starting to adjust. She has been negative about a lot of things but we try to tell her the positive aspects and take her criticism with a grain of salt. She decided to eat Easter dinner with her new friends at Brookdale and we were very excited about that. There have been a few glitches for instance she didn't know she had a mailbox for awhile. We went down and talked to them and they have ordered her a key.They clean her room, which is very nice. It's been a positive experience for us and we feel she's in a safe place.

I thought this place was a great facility and had a lot of great amenities available to all of there residents. The staff where very friendly during our tour and made sure to give my loved one and I lots of great information about there community. My dad was just not needing as much care as this assisted living was providing.

My father was at Brookdale Roslyn for a respite stay and it was a pretty good experience. From what I could tell, the staff was friendly and accommodating. When I picked him up, it was around 3 PM and they still had not fed him lunch. Also, they lost a piece of clothing that was not returned.

We toured this community when looking for my dad. We liked that they offered furnished spacious-updated rooms. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood. The downside to this community was it wasn't close to parks, too far from family and out of our price range.

I like living in this community. They need more assistance in the dining area. I think they need some improvements. The food at times is cold when served. The community is very clean. I am offered activities. I like living here and would recommend this community to other families. I think that a few improvements could be made, but it is a good home and good value

My loved one has been sick lately and I could not be more pleased with how accommodating the staff have been towards us. They have been very helpful and have a genuine concern for him, its like one big family. I would defiantly recommend this place to any families looking for a great assisted living for there families.

My mother has been very comfortable with making the move into this community which has given me a big peace of mind. The staff have bee very helpful with everything especially on helping my mother keep her room clean and tidy for her. She has had no complaints about the food and hopes to get involved more in the activity program as soon as she starts to feel better.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community everyone seemed friendly and the staff gave my loved one and I lots of useful information about there organization. It was just not the right location for my family and I, it was too far to get too from our home.

I am happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The staff is very caring and helpful with my mother just settling in. The community is very clean and taken care of. The menu is excellent with a good variety of great meals. I would recommend the over all care here and value to families.

Everything is going well for my father since his move to this community. They have provided me with a peace of mind knowing his is safe and in a good place. The staff is caring for him and his well. The community looks nice and well kept. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.

My mom is very happy in the the dependant living facility. They help with her trash and check on her a few times per day. She is happy with the meals that are offered for dinner. They have nice activities for participation. Staff members are caring and friendly. I would recommend this for a good value and care
