Options took care of my mother 24/7 for 9 years after she had her stroke until we were forced to sell mom's house due to its deteriorating condition. Options was professional and compassionate and their pricing is competitive.

We had a bumpy start with some of the care givers, but the management was quick to address the issue and my mom is pretty happy with how things are going now. The care givers are friendly, and professional, they help mom with light house cleaning and sit and visit with her which she likes a lot. If there is a change in care givers they call my mom ahead of time so that she knows, so I am very pleased with her care.

We have used Options-for Senior America, Manassas, twice for my disabled daughter who stays home and is only 35yrs old. She lives at home with me. Both times, the person chosen to be a companion (different one) was close in age to my daughter and friendly and helpful. She was happy for the companionship and I was glad she had someone to keep her company and help her with her prepare dinner. [Removed] return calls very quick and matched her needs each time. We are not using their services anymore. My mom got more strength to be on her own. The caregiver came to her home and they provided help with some meal preparation, mostly heating what I had already cooked. The caregiver was professional and made her feel comfortable. Asia, she was very, very good with all she did for my mom. [Removed], she was awful, she was sent to us one day because [Removed] was unable to come to the house. I told the agency not to send her again. I would recommend the agency to friends and family if it was needed.

The care that my loved one had received from Options For Senior Care was great! The staff arrived on time and made sure to keep everything clean and sanitary for my loved one. I would highly recommend this service!

The caregivers that come out the house have been on time, friendly and assist with what we ask of them. They help with light housekeeping, cooking, and personal needs. They explained everything up front and made setting up the service easy. I would recommend this service.

They have been coming out every week, and it is a huge help to me. The person they send is always on time and very attentive. We have been pretty happy with the agency so far.

Everything has gone very well with Options For Senior America so far! They've been very easy to work with, and we found a caregiver that we like. I also really appreciate how helpful they were getting things set up with our insurance company, they handled all of that very well! I don't have much to compare it to, but it's been a great experience and we have no complaints!

Options for Senior America has been very supportive and thorough with the transition to 24/7 care for our elderly parent. They have been very flexible and responsive to our needs. The caregiver is excellent. He is very patient, has a very positive attitude and deals extremely well with our elderly parent. He has a keen understanding on the information the family members need while being diplomatic and respectfully caring for our elderly parent. When we had an emergency situation, the caregiver and care manager were very responsive. The support and positive interactions from the Options staff has definitely helped us with this challenging phase of life.

We've used this agency for about a year now and they have come through 95% of the times. Their caregivers are compassionate, experienced and professional. My father is not easy to take care of but they managed to handle him very efficiently. When we had the snow storm last week and all government offices were close the caregiver was late to arrive but we got a call from the office to alert us to this. They seem to be on top of it.

The caregiver was very reliable and caring to my husband’s needs. Her ability to make him comfortable made it easier to receive help when needed. The assistance & advice through her experience was very appreciated.

The owner is very helpful the nurse is great. It took multiple aids to find a good one agreed to pay more to get a good one.
