Not only was she prepared to go the extra mile to help him health-wise in his home, but she would also read to him and talk to him, something no other Care Provider from any other agency had ever done. Overall our experience with Options for Senior America was a good one. They were reliable and on time, and the office staff were always good about follow-up. The only issue we had was a bit of miscommunication when it came to movement assistance (the caregiver wasn't comfortable with helping with movement assistance in the restroom)

Best home care service we've had since 2009. They are excellent! We've had 4 home care agencies in the past 5 years and Options proved to be by far the best one in terms of quality, reliability, cost, selection of their care givers and their after hours response time. Their office staff are very attentive to our needs. Wish we found them earlier.

They are great! The caregiver we have is absolutely amazing! I would give John a 5, because he has done everything he said he would do! I would give our caregiver a 6, because she has gone above and beyong with everything! We've had no issues with scheduling at all! Everything is great!

We researched 3 agencies and finally got to pick this one. The person we spoke to seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable but we did not know what to expect from the aide they sent us. To our good surprise the aide was a God sent. She really went over and above the call of duty to assist. Later on we learned that she was rewarded by Options for the good work she has done. This agency knows how to treat and keep its good aides.

The caregivers were always very sweet, friendly, and caring. Everyone we worked with always seemed like they were willing to go out of their way to help Mom. We'd used another service in the past which we liked a lot, and this one was also excellent.

It has been only a week since my dad moved home from the nursing home and a live-in caregiver moved in also. He is so much happier! And I am so relieved that he has the one-on-one care he deserves and needed. While my review is not of a facility, it does accurately reflect the services our live-in caregiver provides for my dad.

The management both at the local office and the corporate office have worked closely with us to accommodate the changing needs of our family We are indebted to Options for their flexibility and their show of care. When a care provider is unable to make it they would call us ahead of time and get us a replacement in a reasonable time.

This has been my first experience, doing business with a company that provides care, like Options. My experience with Options has been very exceptional.
