Options For Senior America

Michele Mezher and her staff were of invaluable assistance to my mother in her final days. Michele was always available and responsive to my mother's needs and changes in her care over time.

We chose Options for Senior America because my mother is in-between Companion care and Personal Care and their pricing was the same for both, but the most important was all of their companions and personal care are either CNA or GNA licensed. We wanted consistence for mom and we have that with Options for Senior America. My mother is very happy with her companion and she looks forward to her coming every day. Mom is now more independent with her companion and has more interest in her life.

So far the services provided by Options For Senior America has been pretty good. We have a hard time finding people who are able to lift my loved one, because he had a stroke, but a majority of them can do it.

Working with options For Senior America has been a God send! My mother-in-law has dementia and it has been a major adjustment for her but everything is going really well. The nurse is amazing! She gets things done before being asked and I just really appreciate everything she has done to try and make things easier on all of us. I'm surprised she has yet to give up considering the mood swings my mother-in-law endures dealing with dementia. I am just very grateful and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Received a referral from A Place for Mom on a situation where I needed a nurse to care for my father while I went to work. I started communicating with John about three days prior. He was so ez to reach and extremely responsive! He even provided me with additional numbers to reach him or a representative after hours as my situation was evolving somewhat over those days. As well, he was thorough with information. The nurse he sent was extremely professional and took great care of my father. As a matter of fact, he invited her to dinner with us when I came back to meet them. I can't say enough about the ease and professionalism of this experience. In this day and age, it's rare, but it does exist in this case. I would use them again, as well as recommend them.

They are doing pretty good. I haven't had any major complaints. They have been reliable and easy to work with. I would give them a five at this point. I'm pretty happy with them.

I have no complaint with the management from Options For Senior America. David [last name removed] has been great! The caregiver on the other hand is not very pro active when it comes to household duties. I was gifted some beautiful flowers for Mother's Day that are now on their last limb and they are still sitting in the vase and yet to be thrown out. My floors are filthy unless I remind her that there are things to be done. Don't get me wrong she is a very nice lady but it's as if she doesn't remember.

I was impressed with the representative who I talked to from Options for Senior America. He was very personable and helpful. The aide that he sent to work with my father was a jewel, a match made in heaven.

Overall we've had a very positive experience with Options for Senior America! The people at the service are polite and helpful, and the caregivers they've sent have been reliable and friendly. My only complaint is that I feel they could make it clearer how the billing process works

We interviewed many agencies and many caregivers before we chose Options For Seniors. The staff was very accomodating and professional and selected for us the perfect caregiver. We are very, very satisfied.

Our family is still grieving the loss of my dear mother. On behalf of my brother and sisters, we want to send our heartfelt appreciation to Options For Senior America manager Kathie for her kind and thoughtful expression of sympathy upon our mother mother's passing. Options has been with us during Mom's calling hours and we are especially grateful that our mother was treated with dignity and respect while being cared for in her own home. The service provided by Options helped to ease our concerns about her living alone and gave us children more quality time to spend with our mother in her last months. Thank you for being there for mother and for us.

I called up options for some care for my mom. The owner and the aide came out. They were both so nice and knowledgeable. Mom has since went back to the hospital but when she comes back, I will be sure to call Options for Senior America again.

I highly recommend Options for Senior America in Manassas, VA to anyone who has a parent who is in need of care. We needed someone who could stay with our mother at night. We were caring for our mother during the day, but needed to get some sleep at night. The owner, Michele Mezher, came to my mother's house and met with us. She is very professional, yet very caring. She answered all our questions, even if they did not directly involve Options for Senior America. The nurse that stayed with our mother, Katina, was fantastic. She was so kind. She talked to my mother, stroked her arm, and was so caring with her. My mother ended up passing away while Katina was there, and she was very professional, yet very compassionate. I felt like she truly cared about my mother and our family. Katina and Options for Senior America are great!!!

I was very impressed with the team at Options for Senior America in Independence, Ohio. They worked with me for 10 months and supported and cared for my sister starting with a few hours a day to 24x7 care in her home. The manager was always there for me and my family and went out of her way to help us. My sister passed away with dignity and I will always be grateful to OFSA for their continuous caring and support.

They have been very cordial and nice. The care giver that they have that comes out on a regular basis to take care of my mom has been wonderful. She is a very nice young lady that does a very good job.

Things have worked out very well with Options For Senior America so far! They seem like a smaller, more one on one type service. They've been very helpful to me since the first time I called them, getting the service set up and sending out friendly and helpful people to work with. Our experience has been a good one, and I'd recommend them to others looking into home care!
