Options For Senior America

We were given names of 2 agencies. We called both and chose Options because local providers were available and because of their pricing. Care provider was very responsive to our needs and the performance was excellent.

Leila and Lia really work very hard and provide care when last minute changes occur.They also keep me informed when I cannot be there. Exceptional !

They are very responsive, communicative, and the caregiver gets along well with mom. Some scheduling issues.

We chose Options because they were very accommodating. They allow as little as 2 hours per visit. Mr. Weigel was very friendly and gave us a wealth of information. He also was very accommodating agreeing to meet with us in the evening after work. He continues to follow up to make sure things are going smoothly. Mom loves the caregiver who makes her feel comfortable and makes her laugh. We would recommend Options to anyone.
