I would recommend this community. The manager John came to my home and was very friendly and understanding. My mom is home, and they informed me that if and when my mom needs there service that they will be here for me. I would highly recomment this community that cares for there patients.

As my husband's health continues to deteriorate I knew I needed help with his care. [Removed] from Options for Senior America met with me and was excellent in assessing my needs and worked hard to find a good fit. When I needed to get away for a couple of days he found someone on very short notice. Chichi,our weekly assistant is a delight. She is very good addressing my husband's needs and shortcomings. In addition she looks for any way she can help me in the day. I can run my errands and make my appointments with peace of mind that all is well at home. I highly recommend Options for Senior America.

Friendly, professional caretakers, mine showed up the same time everyday, and even got mail when I was unable to. I would recommend this company! Christine helped prepare my meals every night, and gave me a hug when she left. Thank you Christine and Michele!

Their services have given me peace of mind as m mother adjusts to living in a new state. The housekeeping help, company, and general assistance help her build her strength and independence.

Kathie [Removed] and her professional staff went out of their way to make our experience in finding the attentive and nurturing in-home care that we desperately needed. Kathie not only let us know that we need not worry but that we knew she was able to accommodate our short time-frame. They gave us the peace of mind that we needed! We have been so pleased with the quality and temperament of the caregivers. We could not be more grateful that our Dad is in good hands. The live-in option worked best for us and my Mom has been able to reclaim her days and nights in order to spend quality time with our Dad.

Dad has been in and out of the VA Hospital many times, and each time he comes home we know his quality care will continue, thanks to Options for Senior America. The caregivers treat dad very well and make sure that all his needs and comforts are taken care of. It has been a blessing to have them in our home,

My mother was not opposed to having a care giver sitting with her while I am at work. Mr. [Removed] (Options Community Relations Manager) has been very helpful in following up and in answering all of our questions. The nurse was thorough and pleasant.
