The hospital gave us a list of names to call. When we called Options we were very satisfied with [Removed] who explained everything in depth. The initial contact was great and my Mom is very pleased with Christina, the care giver. who has her going back to her bed and sleeping, That is a big step!

Care giver Lisa is excellent on all counts.

Looked this company up on cell phone. Spoke to Vicki. LIked her right away. She explained the services very well and was very responsive to our needs. The caregiver started on Tuesday, November 1st and the experience so far is excellent!

I live in Annapolis near Heritage Harbor. I was trying to find an appropriate apartment and affordable care for my ex-husband when I was told he would need to be move from his skilled nursing facility we had a short time frame, 5 days, and he lived in Tampa, FL. when the Annapolis office helped me (I just walked in off the street - saw the sign) and referred me to [Removed], the manager in Tampa, I had no idea she would be helpful immediately. She even spent her off duty time to research appropriate apartments in Tampa! We found an apartment home and Cindy organized her staff and made a personal visit to the care recipient and myself. She accomplished all this in 3 days and I was out of state! If she is an example of the caliber of people Options hires, your company is headed for continuous success. I am so pleased to have your company take care of my loved one when I and his sons can't due to our living out of state. Thank you.

The branch office (Options - Atlanta) moves with all deliberate speed to assist clients who need help. The caregiver [Removed] is compassionate, dependable and very competent. Her interaction with our family is excellent.

What I like most in Options is the friendliness of their staff.

As my husband's health continues to deteriorate I knew I needed help with his care. [Removed] from Options for Senior America met with me and was excellent in assessing my needs and worked hard to find a good fit. When I needed to get away for a couple of days he found someone on very short notice. Chichi,our weekly assistant is a delight. She is very good addressing my husband's needs and shortcomings. In addition she looks for any way she can help me in the day. I can run my errands and make my appointments with peace of mind that all is well at home. Friendly, professional caretakers, mine showed up the same time everyday, and even got mail when I was unable to. I would recommend this company! Christine helped prepare my meals every night, and gave me a hug when she left. Thank you Christine and Michele!

Dad has been in and out of the VA Hospital many times, and each time he comes home we know his quality care will continue, thanks to Options for Senior America. The caregivers treat dad very well and make sure that all his needs and comforts are taken care of. It has been a blessing to have them in our home,

My mother was not opposed to having a care giver sitting with her while I am at work. Mr. [Removed] (Options Community Relations Manager) has been very helpful in following up and in answering all of our questions. The nurse was thorough and pleasant.
