[Removed] is an excellent care provider and the quality assurance visits are beneficial.

I like that the care service can be adjusted (and is) to suit the needs of the day. Doctor's visits sometimes, grocery shopping other days, even advice when asked for. This is an all "A" service.

We were referred to Options by A Place For Mom. We chose them because they responded to our needs much faster than expected. They made the process easy at a difficult time for me.

We heard about Options from the Older Adults magazine. We contacted other agencies as well. The initial contact with Options was great. The professionalism of office staff was great. Responsiveness to our needs wonderful. The care provider is awesome. Overall experience: exceptionally well qualified and great service.

I only had to use this companies services for a short period of time but I was very pleased with the quality of care they provided my grandmother. Looked this company up on cell phone. Spoke to Vicki. LIked her right away. She explained the services very well and was very responsive to our needs. The caregiver started on Tuesday, November 1st and the experience so far is excellent!

I live in Annapolis near Heritage Harbor. I was trying to find an appropriate apartment and affordable care for my ex-husband when I was told he would need to be move from his skilled nursing facility we had a short time frame, 5 days, and he lived in Tampa, FL. when the Annapolis office helped me (I just walked in off the street - saw the sign) and referred me to [Removed], the manager in Tampa, I had no idea she would be helpful immediately. She even spent her off duty time to research appropriate apartments in Tampa! We found an apartment home and Cindy organized her staff and made a personal visit to the care recipient and myself. She accomplished all this in 3 days and I was out of state! If she is an example of the caliber of people Options hires, your company is headed for continuous success. I am so pleased to have your company take care of my loved one when I and his sons can't due to our living out of state. Thank you.

The branch office (Options - Atlanta) moves with all deliberate speed to assist clients who need help. The caregiver [Removed] is compassionate, dependable and very competent. Her interaction with our family is excellent.
