Options For Senior America

We got Options name and other agencies from a case manager at the Veteran Affairs in Perry Point. What made us choose Options was our discussion with the case manager and [Removed] of Options that the assigned care provider would not be "pulled" for some other client deemed more important. The caregiver [Removed] is caring and professional with my father, on time, dependable and friendly. She is knowledgeable in her field.

What I like the most about Options is their professionalism, compassion and adaptability. The care giver [Removed] is excellent.

[Removed] from a place for mom gave us the names of several agencies. The initial conversation with options [Removed] and his staff made us decide to go with them. They are very professional and responsive to our needs.

We used Options for my 95 year old grandmother with Alzheimer's. We had a hard time accepting that we needed help and my dad was really stressed out. When we met with [Removed], she made us feel so comfortable we knew we were making the right choice. She promised us one consistent care giver and she delivered. Almaz was excellent and clearly loved my grandmother. My grandmother passed but Options was a blessing during her last days. Best decision we could have made.

We have been happy with this service. The staff were helpful and caring to our needs. They found us someone to help us at home for the care that is needed. The care taker is caring and helps with a lot of needs both personal and she does help with house keeping. I would recommend this service and the care taker for good help and a nice value

I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it has been working with [Removed] and her wonderful caregivers. She was always patient and kind even when I was upset and my plans and needs kept changing. Could not have asked for more compassionate and professional care givers! Not only was my mother comfortable and happy (not always an easy task) our helper, [Removed], even took time to speak with me and offered support and logical advice. [Removed], the manager, was always available, always cooperative and one of the most patient and understanding people I've ever met. These are the people I would call to care for me should I need it. Got this agency from Care.com. I called other agencies but decided to go with this one because of their help with Veteran's Affairs. Mr. [Removed] was most helpful, friendly and professional.

This is a great community for care. The staff is very nice and very attentive to the residents. The community is clean with a nice environment. They offer a nice variety of meals. Activities are offered to the residents. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

Beverly, the aide, is wonderful and my parents have adjusted to her well.

I knew that weekly I get a break and help with my father and the housework. The caregiver [Removed] is excellent, and so is the responsiveness of the staff at the corporate office.
