Options For Senior America

Could not have asked for more compassionate and professional care givers! Not only was my mother comfortable and happy (not always an easy task) our helper, [Removed], even took time to speak with me and offered support and logical advice. [Removed], the manager, was always available, always cooperative and one of the most patient and understanding people I've ever met. These are the people I would call to care for me should I need it. Many thanks to you all and my continued prayers for your success.

Got this agency from Care.com. I called other agencies but decided to go with this one because of their help with Veteran's Affairs. Mr. [Removed] was most helpful, friendly and professional.

This is a great community for care. The staff is very nice and very attentive to the residents. The community is clean with a nice environment. They offer a nice variety of meals. Activities are offered to the residents. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

A Place For Mom gave us several names of agencies. We called a few and decided to go with Options because of the contact person, the services and the cost. The Community Relations Manager was very nice and very professional.

Beverly, the aide, is wonderful and my parents have adjusted to her well.

I knew that weekly I get a break and help with my father and the housework. The caregiver [Removed] is excellent, and so is the responsiveness of the staff at the corporate office.

Life Plans provider Pathway gave us names of several agencies. When we called Options, the conversation with the manager made us go with them. The caregiver was very polite, a good listener and patient.

The compassion and caring that both caregivers show my Mom is what I like the most in this agency. Also, the speed at which [Removed] showed when "initial" problems arose and then solved at start of my Mom's care.
