Since engaging Options I have felt very comfortable knowing I have help whenever I need it. With my crazy and hectic schedule, this is extremely important for me. The caregiver [Removed] is excellent.

Both care providers, [Removed] who were sent by Options are excellent. Management is very responsive to our needs. Excellent overall quality of services.

I have been with options for nine years!! The care giver ******* is a doll. I never would have made it this far without her. She really takes care of me from giving me a bath to taking to the store when i feel up to getting out of this house. my health has declined over the past really two years but she always seems to give me her all. ****** has been not able to work the entire nine years. she has had her days where she has been ill with a bug or of that nature however the agency options for senior america would send out another great care giver. I guess I've been blessed to have such hard working and compassionate young ladies come stay with me. My daughter lives in Nevada, so she visits on holidays and takes vacations to come to North Carolina. My daughter bless her heart handles the billing from afar and is always involved in my care plan. I just want to say thank you ****** and Options you've been like a family to me and that's what counts.Thank you and god bless

They offer a lot of services and it suits me perfectly. I can increase the time I need if I need more, they are very flexible. Since they are local it convenient for the both of us and I am very pleased with their services. The caregiver transported me to and from the doctor's office and that was great. She was on time that I requested so I can be on time for my appointment. She is courteous and friendly and will be use them for what I need.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs just a little bit more help at home or in assisted living home. They are very affordable, and the staff is great! They are on time and keep me in the loop of what's going on with my loved one!

I was the resident service director for assisted living and worked with Options of Burlington. My residents received excellent care from Options caregivers. The service was very prompt and they would be onsite right away when needed. The communication from owner was always great and oversight of employees was constant. Owner was very quick to resolve any issues or concerns, I highly recommend Options home care.

A Place For Mom senior advisor gave me names of 3 agencies. I called all of them and chose Options because the Manager Nicole was fabulous! The responsiveness to our needs was quick and thorough. The caregiver [Removed] was professional and her performance was wonderful. Options was THE BEST!

Work Life Services at NSA gave us a few names of agencies. We contacted several and selected Options because of their price and 24/7 live-in service. They were professional and responsive to our needs and their caregivers were aware of their duties. The overall experience with Options was excellent.

We got Options name and other agencies from a case manager at the Veteran Affairs in Perry Point. What made us choose Options was our discussion with the case manager and [Removed] of Options that the assigned care provider would not be "pulled" for some other client deemed more important. The caregiver [Removed] is caring and professional with my father, on time, dependable and friendly. She is knowledgeable in her field.

We used Options for my 95 year old grandmother with Alzheimer's. We had a hard time accepting that we needed help and my dad was really stressed out. When we met with [Removed], she made us feel so comfortable we knew we were making the right choice. She promised us one consistent care giver and she delivered. Almaz was excellent and clearly loved my grandmother. My grandmother passed but Options was a blessing during her last days. Best decision we could have made.

We have been happy with this service. The staff were helpful and caring to our needs. They found us someone to help us at home for the care that is needed. The care taker is caring and helps with a lot of needs both personal and she does help with house keeping. I would recommend this service and the care taker for good help and a nice value

I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it has been working with [Removed] and her wonderful caregivers. She was always patient and kind even when I was upset and my plans and needs kept changing. The care my mom received was always outstanding. I would highly recommend Options for Seniors and Michele when you find yourself in need of in home senior care. They're the absolute best!

We had a great experience with this home care agency. The caregivers that came out to the house were professional and personable . They were great companions. They made setting up the service easy and were very informative. I liked that I always spoke to a person when I called and not a recording. I would use this service again and I would recommend it.
