Options, I really appreciate the reliability of your staff. The service you provide for my father is excellent

We have 4 caregivers from Options providing care for my mother. 3 of them are excellent and 1 is fair. What I like the most is the care and concern they have for the patient and the family.

What I like the most about Options for Senior America is the quality of the caregivers i.e. competency and the energy for getting jobs done. Overall quality is excellent.

A Place for Mom gave us a few names of agencies to contact. We chose Options because dependability was important to us and the manager, [name removed], assured me of that. From the very initial contact she was pleasant and reassuring.

The Area Agency on Aging gave us few names of companies that provide homecare services. We called a few and decided to go with Options because they offered what we were looking for. The manager is a gem. She spent over an hour talking to us. She is very professional and perfectly suited for this job. I couldn't have been more pleased.

[name removed] and her team at Options are super. Always there when you call. I've never got an answering machine when I call - even on the weekend!

The caregivers that were there for my mom were fantastic. It was important to me that my mom had the same caregivers on a consistent basis. She had 2 that were there daily. They both treated her with dignity and respect. They worked with her and encouraged her to try. The agency was very accommodating, as my schedule would change some times after I had already sent in the hours I would need a caregiver at the house. There was always someone there, on time (5am) and I never worried that I would have to call off work due to someone not showing up. I felt very at ease leaving my mother in their care. I would recommend this agency to anyone.

I like the way that Options for Senior America quickly responds to my needs for service.

I did a Google search and found Options. They were also mentioned on [Removed] list. I had a conversation with [Removed] and the responsiveness to my needs was very good. the care provider was wonderful. I will use them again and recommend them.

My mom and I have been blessed by your caring, concern, and follow-up service! My Mom is very happy with [Removed] and for me that's what it's about.

My husband and I like everything about his care provider. We feel no one could replace what she provides. Quality assurance visits are beneficial and overall quality of their home care services is excellent.

Finally, Mom has a care provider, So does my step-father. she likes her a lot!

I rate Options for senior America Merriville In. 5 stars. I can't say enough great things about my experience with them. The staff was always very professional,caring ,and compassionate. My family felt like they were our extended family ,truly a blessing. My Mothers care and well being was definitely a priority and I thank them for that.
