They mean well and Mom is getting OK care, but we are used to more detail-oriented care, more activities, especially access to a shady garden area, so while the "value" is better than many of the more expensive sites, we think sometimes they mean well but are short-handed and too busy for the staff they have. We visit often and will volunteer to help get a garden going and we are hopeful that with time they will catch up with their good intentions. We are glad we found them for our Mom, overall.

The management part like Sales was excellent however that's where the communication stops. It was not a good experience at all. [name removed] only stayed there three nights and a half a day and I moved her out. The fact that you need someone to let you up the elevator, someone to let you in the room, it took me forever to find someone just to let me in the room to see [name removed]. All I could think about was what if there was a fire they do not have enough staff to unlock all the doors and evacuate The residence. The staff that takes care of the residence, I did not find them very friendly, I believe there was one person that I thought was really kind

High caregiver turnover. Lack communication. Med Tech not having enough experience to understand medications and prn's. The facility is beautiful.

The supervision is not good and has not enough staff in the Memory Care to residence. I have been advocating for this for a while for my mother and the residence.

I would recommend the assisted living side but not their memory care facility.. they aren't equipped with staff that's trained at all in dementia care residents. The 3- month enrollment incentive is what attracted us.

I'm very disappointed in their activities. When we first moved in, they had 3 or 4 activity staff. Now I think there's one part- time person. My mother's cognition has declined due to lack of simulation & engagement. The administration team is constantly changing.

Repair to the heating system very slow. Lack of air conditioning in the summer. No heat in my husbands wing in the fall. Ham sandwiches and hot Dogs served for meals. Big problem with medication A few weeks before adding the prescription to my husbands med list prescription added by the ED department of the hospital. Therefore sending him back to the ED. I can't understand their process.

I think the care is pretty good, but my mom is very unhappy. I wish they had more activities. I liked it best when I visited several places.

We took a tour of Belmare Senior Living during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was big, too big for our loved one. The atmosphere also felt a bit uncomfortable.

I would say, at first it seemed ok however; the amount per month for what is provided was outrageous. I would then tell my friend to look elsewhere because things went downhill, room cleanliness, missing personal items, missing clothing, finding my loved one dressed in clothing other than his, poor quality meals and other concerns.

Our family had an in person tour with The Woodlake, and it was a grand tour experience but it was not just going to be the best fit for our loved

We didn’t feel that The Rawlin at Riverbend was as clean as other places we looked at. And we just got a different feeling from the staff. They didn't seem to be as friendly and outgoing.

I toured with The Rawlin at Riverbend memory care and did not care for this facility.

Seemed expensive but a nice place. Will need some more info on the pricing and if they also add level of care pricing.

We chose Legacy Oaks because of the affordability of it. The room sizes at the facility are decent for what she needs, it is like a studio apartment. It is an older building so they have had some issues with old appliances and replacing them again with older ones, so we have had some issues with that. Her housekeeping is not super detailed so they could use some improvement there as well. The friendliness of the staff is great and she has really enjoyed them, they have been very kind and caring. I would recommend to others who are looking.

The management is wonderful but they are severely understaffed and they don't have enough individual time for the residents. Room sizes are good you might have to share a room but there is still enough space. My loved one is not fond of the food. I would not recommend this community, it too expensive with not enough effort.

No outside area for memory care residents. Dated building but adequate.

The Vineyard has been updated since the 2017 Tubbs Fire. My sister is a resident there with mild memory loss and has to use a walker or wheel chair since prior fall at home broke her hip with surgery that followed. When I visit I don’t see too many activities. The TVs are on and residents are sitting around and sleeping. They do have music playing and people stop by to sing and play old time music. The Vineyard is pretty clean and the caregivers are always busy keeping severe memory residents safe. My sister has made friends there which she has gotten used to the routine. The prices have gone up more than once since she moved in over a year ago. I had my sisters hip x rayed since her hip still bothers her. The resident doctor since hasn’t got back to me over the last few weeks to get his option . I’ve seen many places much much more worse to have a family member live. I had home care for my sister that only lasted three days when my sister walked out of her house and fell without the care giver even knowing it at three times the price. The Vine yard is a nice place but you have to figure how much money you can afford to pay each month ; which we are trying to stretch my sisters money as far a we can.

We toured this community and we didn't get a good feeling there. It seemed quite sterile like an institution. There wasn't a lot of people around. The staff couldn't answer the questions I had really, and her presentation wasn't the best. Not a lot of activity going on. We went with another place.

We were not happy with the care from this community. We had to move him due to issues he had. They did not want to assist us on the financial side. We had no idea we would be asked to leave. The staff were nice and caring and tried to assist his needs. We did like the menu. I could not recommend this community to others
