We chose Dove Estates because we liked the overall atmosphere pf the facility and after walking around during the tour, the residents were all out and about and would come up and say hi to us. Everyone was just very friendly. The apartments themselves are also very nice. The staff were always super helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to others looking.

This community treats mom like she is family and they are making sure she is adjusting well. The staff are really friendly. She enjoys all of the daily activities they have to offer. It is clean and maintained. They get 3 really good meals a day. And they have alternate choices if you want. The outdoor area is nice. I would recommend this community.

They have bent over backwards for us

My mother in law is now a resident of Dove Estates and the experience has been phenomenal. She has adjusted very well to the move and the experience with the staff has been really good for the most part. Shelley (Marketing Director) has been amazing! I feel as though I really have a friend in her! She has proved to me that she will bend over backwards to make sure all is well. The place is so amazing I am considering placing my parents there!

Great facility,everything I was looking for for Mom. Lots of interaction and stimulation and person to person care. My stress level is down knowing Mom is being cared for all of the time.

Most of the staff is very friendly, the quality of the food is above average. The activities are excellent. They do a pretty good job of keeping the rooms clean. The care of the residents is above average. Overall, it is a better place than she was before.

Most definitely would recommend to others that are only looking for assisted living. Unfortunately, my mom now needs memory care so she in fact is moving out tomorrow. friendliness of staff is what stood out.

The transportation service has been very helpful to get my dad to medical appointments. His medication adherence has improved since moving in.

Lots of activities planned, always opportunities to meet and mingle with others, feel safe and cared for.

Well, one of the good things they have is the activities. They do a lot of things during the week. They go out for lunches, they go to the zoo. Tomorrow they are having 3 events. Tye-dye, ice cream social, and then a garden party. Bad would be some of the med people are not that friendly and the turnover is high. The front-end staff is great. Very friendly and social able. Hope this helps. Just so you know, I'm glad I placed Sharon there.

My mom had a fall and decided to go to assisted living. I looked at a few different places, but this one really went out of their way to quickly assess her and get her moved in. Nice sized room for what she needs and many activities that she enjoys. They switched management after she moved in, but besides a few staffing changes which interrupted regular hygine care, things seemed pretty much to continue well. They also let my mom move to a more affordable room when it opened, so they were very responsive to our requests.

Overall I would say we're happy with how things are going. I'm not worrying about him being taken care of. He says the meals are good and he is as busy as he wants to be. So far they have done everything they said they were going to do so that's a good thing. We have no complaints and are thankful f

The rooms are cleaned once a week. Housekeepers don't pay attention to details, like bathrooms behind toilet and reporting stains from residents accidents) The facility has been updated with new carpet, paint I. Halls and new dining room and sitting room furniture. 3. The staff is friendly. Front desk staff are the BEST! Lots of change in staff over the time we have been there. They have a new managing company that will begin July 1st, the name will change again. They sound promising but we shall see. The current director listens and will get things done, the just hired an RN for the residents Quality of care. Good with some med aides and the bath aides. My mother in law is there now and won't tell them she is having problems mainly because she forgets. They could do better since they know her. The dining room is nice for the residents to sit together or alone if they want to. The food looks good but the residents say it needs more flavor. They had said you could order off a menu but that has not happened. Activities are good. They have a new activity director that is very involved. They have plans for new changes and added activities. Overall, my mother in law likes it there. She had a slight bigger apartment but is a loner. She does go down to eat. For the [fee removed] we pay for her larger room. I expect better attention to her needs but as I said there are good employees and lazy ones. The Director now is very open to listen and make corrections. Her name is [name removed]. They are friendly and willing to work with residents. They try to get them out and do activities. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We chose Quail Creek because it was a smaller facility and when we took my dad he really liked it. All of the people were and are very friendly and nice. They have been attentive to his needs since he has been here. We used them for respite care at first when we went out of town and he liked it so much that we just moved him in. I would definitely recommend Quail Creek, dad calls it home.

The community is welcoming and kind. They seem to have a bunch of people that enjoy working there and their handy man, [name removed] is awesome. The front desk lady [name removed] is wonderful as well. They have good visiting hours and their remodel looks wonderful. The facility itself is very pretty and more affordable than many we looked at. When I was coming in, they were going through a change in leadership, so a lot of stuff would slip through the cracks. One huge frustration I have with them is how long it took to get doctor paperwork filled out for her long term disability. Another thing that's a little frustrating is sometimes there's spilt drinks all overmy loved ones furniture that hasn't been cleaned up. I usually clean it once a week at least. Overall though I'd say it's a great place to be

The general care is good. Probably the biggest feedback I hear from my loved one is that the meals are not as good as what people expect. The staff is really responsive when you talk to them about care items though. And the facility is clean. The rooms are maybe a little bit dated, so there's a lot of wear and tear. But they're comfortable and well laid out.

My loved one seems safe, relaxed, and is more engaged while being here. I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one to see if it would be a good fit. We have been pleased and happy with the staff and community in general along with our experience.
