This is a special place! Clean and well maintained. Staff interacting with residents by name and were kind and professional. Overall program has well-defined levels (Assisted Living) that clarify the level of care as the disease progresses. The Communications Director was very knowledgeable and offered concrete suggestions on how to break the news of an impending move. 5 Stars!

Unbelievably great place for my Dad!!

My husband has been a resident at the Haven for two years (as of Aug 2019). My family and I have been very satisfied with his care and with their care for us as well. We have been pleased with the staff. The management has always been willing to listen to any concerns we have, which have been few. The food is great and the residents have two options to choose from at each meal. The way this facility is set up is what draws me to it also. There are three identical sections and the residents are free to visit any of them. The resident rooms form the perimeter of each section, so when they exit their room they are immediately in their dining or lounging areas. This promotes more socialization and they have no hallway to walk through to get to a dining room, etc. The place is brightly lit, has great décor, is clean (and smells fresh), and has great pictures on the walls in the hallways between the sections. A nurse practitioner who specializes in dementias comes twice every week and can see any resident who may need some medical attention. A hairdresser is there each Saturday and a podiatrist comes every few months. So the residents are well taken care of. I call this "Greenville's hidden gem." The facility isn't fancy on the outside, but take a look inside and you'll be sold! Most of the bells and whistles in the newer facilities are more for the family members to appreciate than the residents in my opinion anyway. Check out the Haven if you are in need of loving care for your loved one.

I would like to recognize [name removed] for all of the help she gave me when I was dealing with my mother. I moved her in yesterday and [name removed] did a fantastic job making her feel comfortable and at home. She also did an excellent job locating and setting up her room for a respite stay. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. The residents also are very happy to be there and joined in to welcome my mother to the community. I would not hesitate to recommend Gracemont Cumming for anyone who appreciates what it takes to make aging parents feel good about this difficult but necessary next step in life's journey. This is a loving, caring environment for those who can no longer live at home. Leadership is dedicated and hires only caring CNAs. I am thankful my Mom enjoyed her 2-3 years there like it was home. One wouldn’t make almost 101 years if they were miserable. I could always go home and know she was cared for 24 hrs/day. A blessing to be associated with Gardens of Shiloh Pt.

Camellia Place has been great for my mother-in-law! The staff are so nice and attentive. It has been wonderful finding a place to suit her.

I have seen a lot of communities but never one with the attention to detail and person centered focus you see at Camellia Place. Anyone can say they do this, but the truth is in the doing and they truly deliver. Resident satisfaction is off the chart. No doubt in my mind, I would have peace of mind having my mom at Camellia Place.

My 93 year old mother lived in the memory care unit for the last 5 months of her life. The administrators, nurse, and staff were exceptionally gentle, patient and caring.

I can not possible say enough good things about this place! As hesitant as my grandmother was to move my grandfather in, she even loves The Oaks at Post! [Name removed] is the absolute best and incredibly helpful.

From day one the staff and management have been fabulous. Grounds and houses are 1st class, meals are excellent and activities well planned. Most importantly our Mom is so much better, physically and mentally, then when she was at home.
