Quality, quality, quality! The staff does an amazing job. My parents overall heath has improved. The dining staff is engaged and fun, the dining manager is really sweet, and cares that we enjoy our meal. There are more activities, that it is sometimes hard to choose. The housekeeper take care of every detail, always with a smile.... The front office and the girls at the desk are delightful.....the manager always brings treats to the pets that visit her office. My parents were afraid to move, but they are so safe and feel loved..Oakmont is the right place for our family!

We looked at multiple facilities in Orange County for my mother. Sunrise La Palma just felt right not to small and not to big. The staff is very good to my mom and they keep me informed of any change in her daily routine. This was a difficult decision to place my mom, but now I know she is safe and around new friend where she can continue to enjoy her life.

My mom is here and loves it. Having a little apartment means she can have privacy when she wants, but there are many group activities which she enjoys. She likes the caregivers, who I have found to very competent and caring, and each keeps the next well-informed. There are 12 levels of caregiving I think -- mom is at the first level and some need less care than she (maybe 10%) and some more. Mom gets help dressing, undressing, and showering. The 3 meals per day are great -- they make full use of Salinas Valley produce. Once or twice a month, I spend several days with her. She had been in several facilities over the years to convalesce, and this is the best. It may be pricy (not for the SF area where I live) but good wages means good caregiving. And FYI, she lived in another county.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I was very impressed by what I saw here! It was a nice looking, well kept facility, and the staff all seemed very friendly. I was particularly impressed by their dementia care unit, they obviously put a lot of thought and effort into it. Unfortunately this facility was also very expensive, and was not an option for that reason.

I think this place is just superb. The care and the activities I find to be above all the rest. The staff and the community as a whole a simply quite phenomenal, i would highly recommend this place to others.

The Capriana is a five star place. It's very nice.

From the very first tour with Ashley, my mom felt at home at Vintage Golden Gate. We toured many other facilities and none of them had the same feeling. Most were depressing, unfriendly and/or inappropriate for her needs. It took a while to for my mom to actually move in, but once she finally did, she couldn't be happier. It is very expensive, but luckily my mom had purchased Long Term Care Insurance to help cover the cost. Every staff member has been kind and helpful. We are completely at ease with her care. She has already made many friends with the staff and residents.

They were perfect. My loved one passed away there. The hospice people and everybody else were just great. We felt very comfortable and good about Sunrise. They treated us very well there.

They are doing a great job. It's a very nice facility. I don't really have any complaints. The food has always looked pretty good and nutritious.

It's going very well. They have been very accommodating. Our situation has proven challenging, and they have just been wonderful. The staff are excellent, just wonderful there. It's very clean and very nice. We are very pleased with them.

I toured this facility for myself and my husband. It felt really nice and homey. Pretty ambiance. The Sales Director was very sweet and informative. I know when the time is right and my husband and I are ready this is where we will choose.

We moved our parents into one of the two bedroom two baths apartments, WOW what a joy, it is beautiful, spacious with lots of storage, 10 foot ceilings and a Master Closet I could live in and very wheelchair friendly. They even have their own Doorbell, just like home. The staff is amazing, they are always FAST to respond and even come check without being called. They are cheerful and ready to help, even when Mom is a bit cranky. They always have someone to greet you and help arrange anything you might need. The medical staff is wonderful; they go out of their way to accommodate my parent’s needs. Medicines are given correctly and on time, it is comforting to me to know they are well taken care of by knowledgeable caring, loving people. If special needs should arise I am called quickly. The Theater room, with its full wall of HD screen offers a theater type setting, from the comfy seating down to the popcorn. Movies are scheduled daily, or you can bring your own DVD or select from a large variety of options like Netflix and much more. A nice variety of activities are offered daily and they work around what the community would like. They offer group field trips to individual trips, (like to church or shopping) The grounds are very well kept and offer a variety of settings to relax; they even have a dog friendly park area and raised gardens should they want to do a little gardening. They offer a little cafe style area where fruits, snacks and fresh baked cookies are always fully stocked and available free (I love the fresh baked cookies when I come to visit) The food is beyond wonderful, I really enjoy eating over, and Meals are prepared from scratch by a 5 star chef with daily specials and an everyday menu with many many options. Each order is individually prepared to your specifications. They aim to please and then some. I could not be happier knowing that my loved ones are being taken care of in such a beautiful caring loving environment. They are safe and happy and well cared for this is very important to me

Capriana is a beautiful property and suits my mother very well. It is by far the best facility of the number that we visited. Everyone associated with the location is so kind, friendly and eager to help with any question athat may come up. The food is outstanding as well. I feel so comfortable with my mom living here knowing that she is in good hands!

She wasn't here very long, it was only a month. They did a good job. There were no concerns over the cleanliness, or how friendly and responsive the staff was. We didn't get any complaints about the food, or not having enough to do. It went pretty well.

Sunrise Huntington Beach was the best assisted living facility for my mother. Every staff member is caring, kind and compassionate. The facility is clean and has a very comfy, homey feel. I visited every day during my mom's 5 month stay and never once felt mom's care was anything less than exceptional.

It's a nice facility, but quite expensive.

Dan was very informative with my fathers care plan. He went over everything I felt I needed to know. He made my decision easy to choose Sunrise when I found out how much he was involved in the care. He is knowledgable and understands dementia, he taught me how to deal with my father and understand what he was going through my father has been there for 4 months now and loves the community.

Sunrise goes above and beyond. I have never seen such compassion and kindness every single day. I know that my loved one will be taken care of while enjoying all that sunrise has to offer!

My mother recently went on hospice the transition was seamless. Sunrise is taking great care of her. I would recommend sunrise to anyone.

They do a very good job at Sunrise of Seal beach, the service they provide is excellent. The caregivers are very kind and professional, and the other residents are all friendly. The staff take wonderful care of the people who live here. It can be a big change for a person moving in to one of these communities, and the people at Sunrise have been very helpful throughout the whole process.
