We loved Oakmont for my grandmother. We thought the facility was beautiful and the staff was nice and attentive. I would recommend it to anyone.

I work in the industry and I refer all my patients to Sunrise of Bonita. The staff and management are very professional. I have referred 3 patients who are happy living at this facility. The nursing department and the caregivers are focused on the patients health and well being.

Sunrise of Bonita is a wonderful place. Aside from the look of the facility the care and kindness the staff members give my father is amazing. From when I stepped foot in the building until the moment he moved in was a great experience. Every staff member greeted me with a warm loving smile. My father has been at Sunrise for about three months and the communication between nursing and the caregivers is wonderful. This was a very scary process and learning experience for my family and I. They were very realistic with what I was to expect from the staff in regard to the care my father would receive. They made the transition somewhat seamless. All I can say is I am glad I placed him in this facility he is so happy and content. Special Thanks to Michelle, Dan, Elyssa, Ezeyma, Tiffany and Catalina. These people went above and beyond and I can not thank you enough.

The overall experience with Brookdale Elk Grove has been very good. We have been very impressed with them. The nursing staff that they have there is extremely caring and competent. It shows that they genuinely do care and they do an excellent job.

It is a brand new facility and it is beautiful. My father was one of the first ones to move in, and they have been great. being a new place there are still a few kinks that they are working out, but that is to be expected and nothing at all to fault them for. It is a great place, an incredible building, and the staff is extremely nice.

So far he loves it. Everyone there is wonderful. I haven't eaten the food but everything looks good. It's nice that they have little things, snacks and treats, popcorn, cookies, flavored water. It's nice to have a reason to go and get out of the room and walk down to get a little snack. We are very happy with them.

My loved one has been living here for about a couple of months. It is brand new. I'm a little less than happy about the amount of care she is getting. I also wish they could include her more in the activities and try to get her out of her room. Other than that, I am very pleased. They are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. Everyone always has a smile on their face all the time. The location is okay but there is no public transportation nearby. They are still working the kinks out.

I am very happy with the services so far. The facility is nice. It's clean. The friendliness is excellent there. Everyone has been very kind. The value is pretty good. The care services are great. They do a good job at taking care of my loved one. The Sunrise of West Hills is a really nice community. We are very pleased. I can't rate the activities because I'm not sure about that area. It is not applicable.

It is costly, but they do provide services. My mother's stays there and she really likes it. She feels at home there which she hadn't in other places. It has a very homey atmosphere. She feels happy and comfortable. They are inclusive with their family which is nice to feel good about going there.

Oakmont has been pretty good. It is rather expensive, so I am hoping they are able to help with the insurance, or we won't be able to stay. It's a very good place, it was the best of the places I saw. There were a couple of other good ones, but they were even more expensive, and further away.

We enjoyed our visit and tour. I look forward to taking my mother there for lunch and to meet some of the residents. The activities looked interesting for her. I had the impression that they would work with us on my father's reluctance to move.

I visited 6/22/15. Very attractive facility that has multi levels of care that would fit my mother's needs. The residents appear well cared for. In the shared room option with a dividing wall the person closest to the door has no privacy or window. It really should be less expensive. I like the set up of the memory unit. It was pleasant and did not feel like a locked facility.

Everything about this facility is amazing!

We really liked this facility. Nice grounds. Pet friendly. Terrific staff, very knowlegable. Everything in close proximity and easily accessible.

This is a beautiful place. All personal that I met were very nice and helpful. It is quite expensive but I believe you would be well taken care of.

I visited with Olivia, Community Marketing Director, today and was very impressed with Oakmont of Escondido Hills. I toured their 1 Bedroom "Redwood" and their 1 Bedroom, with Den "Walnut". I liked both, but feel my parents would prefer the 1 Bedroom, with den. Olivia also treated me to lunch in the main dining room and the food was delicious. I was so thrilled with this property, that I am taking my parents back there tomorrow for lunch and a tour.

The only complaint I have is that the administration won't send our information to the insurance. We have to keep paying. That's the only complaint we have. Other than that, my experience has been great. The care has been wonderful. They have been very respectful to my loved one and to the people in memory care. They even let him keep his dog. It has been a great experience so far. My loved one is really happy here.

My family had been blessed with the care Mom receives from Sunrise in Santa Ana. The caregivers are friendly, kind, and go out of their way in caring for my mom. She wasn't happy having to leave my dad but caring for her became too taxing for him. When I visit her she is happy and seems to be well cared for and caregivers say they enjoy her too.

Unfortunately it was time to put our dad in a memory care facility. Our family needed immediate placement for my dad and Wes Whittemore made this transition happen quickly. Wes was aware of our feelings and what we were going through & guided us through the process. My dad adjusted amazingly well with all the wonderful care & activities he is doing. We even noticed a change in his appetite, he loves the food. It can be a difficult decision but everyone there is so friendly and caring.
