I felt like they had a very caring staff that excellent communication with families. Nice clean environment. I don't think that there is any room for improvement. This was a pretty good facility.

This is an incredibly well-run assisted living home. The entire staff is capable and compassionate, and they create a wonderful environment for their residents and for guests.

The overall experience with Sunrise of Tustin was wonderful. They are very caring and very helpful. They answered all our questions and worked with us to get my mom assessed. It is a wonderful place and we are happy with it.

After visiting several assisted living communities, we moved Mom into Sunrise at Wood Ranch three weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with our choice. I am incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the activities offered, the planned outings, the meals, but most of all the staff!!!! On day one, everyone seemed to know and be aware that Mom had moved in. Over these first few weeks it has become very clear they all know Mom well, including what activities she enjoys and are always making sure she comes to join in. The environment is always a warm and welcoming one. I couldn't be more pleased knowing Mom is happy, being well taken care of and safe.

My father moved into Sunrise at Wood Ranch when he lost his mobility and needed full time care. We visited a number of senior living places and Sunrise was by far the best. My mother joined him a few months later is is thriving. They enjoy that they can be together, yet have some private time for themselves if needed. The staff at Sunrise is beyond compare. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our choice. The staff takes a personal interest in the residents and they make you feel like they are part of your family. The atmosphere is warm and the food is very good. My family joins my parents a few times a week for meals and have never been disappointed. My wife and I joke often about how we want to move in. We highly recommend Sunrise at Wood Ranch.

Sunrise Of Tustin seems to be a wonderful place. The staff take good care of the residents. They far out classed every other facility we looked at. So far its been head and shoulders above what we have seen. She hasn't moved in yet but I don't foresee any issues because the residents there all seem very happy.

I knew on my first visit that this was the place I wanted for my Dad. It was clean and friendly. Just had a good feeling about this community.

I have lived at Sunrise of Tustin for over 11 years now! It is a great place to live. The staff are life family and they tend to my every need. I have several friends that live here and we are happy with the service. I am 91 years old and my memory is sharp.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept.

They have done a good job of taking care of our dad. He has adjusted very well and the staff has been very helpful. They are willing to talk to you if you have an issue and they do their best to resolve it as quickly as the can.

I really had a hard time choosing a place for my mother. The key people at Sunrise of Bonita are Michelle, Liz, Dan, Shannon and Christian they are compassionate and Professional. They really go above and beyond to please not only my family but all families. They truly care about what they do and it shows everyday. I felt comforted and supported during the whole process. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

Everything is good at Sunflower Gardens. They are a very caring group. The communication is really good here. It has been a really good experience. It gets five stars all around. I am very pleased.

Felicita Vida is a beautiful facility. She is really happy there. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I really do not have any complaints about this facility at this time. It has really been a great experience. So far so good.

I don't think they can improve on anything. It is a brand new facility. They are all friendly and anxious to help my mom and they go above and beyond what her old facility was doing. They know their business.

I think they do an excellent job overall at Sunrise of La Palma. The communication I've seen between all levels of staff has been fantastic, and I think it really comes through in the level of care they provide. Every person I've spoken to, from the management to the cleaning staff, has been friendly and ready to help. I also like that this is a smaller community, and the residents seem to get more individual attention and care.

I think they are very friendly to their clients at Atria Sunlake. They try get the residents feedback and really work with them. My parents are there and very happy with the facility.

the staff has been very willing to help and accommodate. They have made my mom feel very welcome. I only have one thing to say about activities. I wish they would do more for people who are not mobile, for example, read to them.

They were very, very helpful over at the Atria Sutton. There is just so many things you have to know when you start getting in to this kind of thing and thanks to them I was able to not drown. Just very helpful.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

At Brookdale Elk Grove the admissions process was seamless. The move in process was also seamless. The quality of care here is excellent. I would say the social aspect needs improvement and the meals need improvement at this facility. That pretty much sums it all up for me.
