Staff really top notch. Carolyn always so nice! The place is immaculate. Food really really good! We had a wonderful holiday meal that everyone raved about. Would highly recommend this place.

My aunt with Alzheimer's was miserable and lonely in independent living but didn't have the mind to help herself. Even with her limited capacity and fearing change she chose Rosewood Gardens herself responding to many things there including the openness of the community rooms, current residents' lively interactions with her and each other, and the way every staff member treated everyone including her like part of the neighborhood. She's been there four months now and Rosewood Gardens is more than we ever could have hoped for. It has given her (and others living there) something we never thought we'd find - wholeness of person and joy in living. Credit for this has to go Rosewood's management and staff. I salute and thank them all for what they're doing for us. My Aunt is very, very lucky. She is having a good time.

This place is beautiful, incredibly clean with wonderful staff. Food is really top notch. The only concerns we have personally is our family member may need more overnight care than they can provide.

My dad has only been here for a month. His favorite thing is the food, they have a chief that comes out and prepare meals for the resident, the food is so good I often stay and eat with my dad. Also, the people are really friendly. The prices could be lower, however we are happy.

There is really nothing that immediately comes to my mind that the Sunrise of Belmont facility can improve on. In my opinion they are very highly rated and I am satisfied that my loved one is staying at the place.

I like it there. This is a big change in my Mom's life. She fell and broke her hand in another state, so I had to move her to California. She is away from her friends. Other than her trying to adjust, everything is fine. The people there are amazing.

All of the staff members working at the Sunflower Garden facility have just done a great job with my loved one. He has not been there long, but everything they offer is exactly what I expected and more.

Our father has lived there for about three weeks now. We live out of state and were so worried about his move. The staff made everything so easy. They communicate with you on concerns immediately. They truly care! I am so happy I chose Sunrise of Bonita!

They have been absolutely amazing here. I love them here. My Mother has been put in hospice care. The staff has been absolutely amazing! Words cannot explain how fabulous they have been. Wonderful.

They only have 2 walk in tubs and need more. I realize it would be costly but need more walk in tubs.

They did a great job with everything at The Watermark at Beverly Hills. We were only there for a short while, but all of the staff workers were extremely friendly and very helpful with all of our needs.

Capriana is a beautiful, high-end living community that serves you to your highest expectations. We personally recommended Capriana to a friend. He now lives there and is very happy. Before he moved to Capriana he used to lived alone. Now he interacts with other seniors. They have high-standards when it comes to care and service.

My mom is really happy here. It is a really good place.

Well managed, good food, very clean, great activities, expensive, caring. Highly recommended!

What an incredible community! It smells wonderful, has a resort like feeling and the food is wonderful! The staff couldn't be more friendly anf helpful. I recognized a smile and all of the residents faces... I would be smiling if I lived there too! I love visiting my grandparents here. They are thriving. More active than myself!

Everyone was willing to meet with me. I work for Home Health and people rarely have time for you. I met with Liz the head of nursing she was so caring and listened to what I had to say.

Truly caring people work here. From the moment I walked in the place felt like home. I took a tour with Michelle and she was so helpful. I them met with Shannon, Dan, Liz and Marleth. Christian the cook gave me peppermint bark he made from scratch. Everyone took a genuine interest in my mother and the care I was looking for. I don't know how these people do it but I am touched. I will be moving my mother in this week. I feel so relieved I found Sunrise.

The overall experience is going great. It is a wonderful facility. The food is really good and the staff is always pleasant and friendly.

The staff is very well trained and they are all very enthusiastic about their job. My loved one had been at two previous facilities and the overall treatment and care she gets at the Oakmont is far superior.

My father-in-law was moved from another assisted living facility to the Fountains for rehab. The family decided it would be best to move his belonging from the other facility to the Fountain assisted living when his rehab ended. After an evaluation by the Fountain staff it was recommended he would be better served moving to their high level nursing section instead. Dawn, the move coordinator at the Fountains, handled everything for our family as there are no other family members in the Palm Springs area. She handled the entire move from the other facility to the Fountains, arranged his apartment so he could move in seamlessly with decorations and pictures on the walls and etc. After the decision to move him to skilled nursing, Dawn handled the move of his apartment belongings again to a nearby storage facility. She also ensured he would have a shelving unit for family pictures in his skilled nursing room and hung paintings and larger pictures on the walls of his room. She was very communicative during this two week process and was excellent working with. We could not have done this without her valuable help.
