The staff are really caring. My father in law seems to be happy with the food. They have great activities and there is always something to do. The community is very clean and the allow pets. I would recommend this community.

I am familiar with the lovely Capriana as an industry professional as well as the adult child of parents in their 90's; as a result, I visit very frequently. The business model is considerably more sophisticated than that which is commonly practiced in the realm of senior housing and mirrors that of a hotel; discretion and dedication to accommodating the needs of residents clearly reflects the philosophy of the company and is evident throughout this beautiful community. The director, Sam, is very hands-on (many communities cannot boast of this benefit) and accessible. The best insurance of a strong community is the level of interaction between residents and management - families touring should be aware that many of the residents are those seniors who held positions of leadership in their earlier days, and who expect/demand quality programs and services of a high caliber. They are not afraid to communicate their likes and dislikes and are encouraged to give feedback and be in relationship with the management. The staff is very friendly and any issues of concern (which naturally arise in any community from time to time) can be addressed with the appropriate manager. I only wish I were retired!

We like this community for care. The staff is very nice and caring. The community is clean and well maintained. She likes the activities and being able to go on small trips out of the community. She is pleased with the good variety of meals. We would highly recommend this community for good care and a good value for other families.

Our family was not sure on bringing in care into the home or moving her to a place like Villagio. After being here almost 10 months we know we made the right decision.

The experience with Sunrise of Fullerton was very positive. The director was helpful and they offer many great programs! We decided against Sunrise of Fullerton because it was a little further than we were comfortable with and costed a little more than another Sunrise location. I would recommend them!

Sunrise of La Palma was Beautiful! I was impressed by the community. I wanted to move there! I felt it was better suited for a senior in their 70's not a 90 year old woman like my mother. Care was extra and that equaled CHA-CHING! Sunrise was expensive but gorgeous!

Beautiful, clean, great location, and the most friendly people in the world. Love all the planned activities, they really keep my Mom busy and this is great for her mind. I was so worried about moving Mom but the staff was super making her feel welcomed. Mom loves the food and told me the best part was not having to cook her own meals! Mom resisted moving for so long but we finally had to move her for her own safety so glad we chose Sunrise! The price is high but I feel it is worth the cost.

This is a first class facility! The people are kind and caring, the dining experience is 4 star and the activities and movie theater are outstanding. My mom, 87 years old, moved in midFebruary and is wheelchair bound that requires a lot of assistance to get around. She is very happy with this facility. It is clean and doesn't have that old musty smell you'll find at most other facilities. If I ever get to a point I need ADL care, I'm headed here!

Things are going well so far at this community. My loved one is slowly starting to adjust to living here. The staff are on top of things as they are monitoring my loved one and encouraging them to participate in some of the daily activities. They are easy to communicate with and I feel she is safe here. The food tastes ok and they do work with residents dietary needs. Her room is beautiful and the community is clean.

My loved one is doing wonderfully since her move to the Sunrise. They are very accommodating and even send lunch with her when she does to dialysis. They have something called A Taste of Sunrise, where they let the resident's family go and try them meals that they provide for them. She has a new perspective of life, things are really going well at the moment.

Always love attending industry events here. The entire team is warm, friendly and a pleasure to connect with.

Loved this place. It's a beautiful property, lots of amenities and lots of activities for residents. The food looks amazing and snacks are available to residents. I want to live here. [Removed] was very accommodating and even brought me cheesecake on my eay out.

I love that Sunrise feels like a home. Floors are carpeted, there's a pet dog, the food was good and the people were friendly and helpful. Plan ahead I'd you think your loved one will need to be in the memory care area as space is limited and there is usually a waiting last. The $$$amount I put in is for everything including meds and incontinence care and supplies, meals and rent.

I am pretty happy with the care that we are receiving here at this nice community. The staff are well-trained and helpful. They keep me informed on my parents' progress. The food is very good -- my parents love it! My parents also like the weekly "field trips" to places in the community. The location is good -- close to shopping and restaurants, and it's close to my home. Other than the field trips, my parents aren't very enthusiastic about the activities. I have visited on several occasions, and I rarely see a lot of people participating in the activities, which leads me to believe that the staff don't solicit a lot of input from the residents about the activities they want.

From the looks of our visits, my mom is experiencing a good, new lifestyle. She has made the transition just fine. We are getting the doctor set up and I am familiar with the staff. They are great workers and I think the facility is great too. The manager, staff, nurses, are all very nice, all kind and all helpful. She has a private room with a nice patio to sit out on in. We are please with selecting this community for my mom .

The theme here is if a call button is pushed be there within 10 minutes. They have been prompt when needed and my mom's apartment has call buttons in every room of her apartment. The only issue is that the elevator is far from her and it gets hard at times. Since moving in, I have seem craft projects, exercising, Mojito happy hour; if okay in medical records, and performers. She loves her meals, breakfast is served all day and she likes that. There is variety and daily specials. I feel better knowing that she is safe with a staff member there through the nigh, she feels safe too. They have a safe and beautiful courtyard that has a great landscape and secure. Everyone is nice and helpful. I picked this because this is where I would want to go too. They are recommendable but it is expensive.

What a lovely community! We toured with [REmoved] and we were so excited to see everyone involved in different activities. My mom is moving in Tuesday so excited.

Our family is so pleased with the care and support our mom has received and the concern each of the family members have experienced with this amazing staff! Truly blessed to have this facility and staff with us on our journey ??

Liked this place a lot. Both parents could stay together and the room seemed big enough to live in day to day. Met another older couple that are living the same way, and they seemed happy. The place is very pretty and very clean, and seems more cozy and laid back than another we toured. Great neighborhood too.
