This is a terrific place--so professionally run, trained staff, every amenity, a beautiful building, with private rooms some of which look out onto the freeway, which is better than watching TV. However, for our "walker's" needs, there is minimal walking area in the rear, and the front would require constant assisted access under supervision. But this is a super place-- with lots of light, a huge 1st rate dining area, and a great vibe anyone would be comfortable in. A-1!

Felicita's caring and attentiveness to my Mother's needs has been wonderful. There were some issues with her moving in process, but since then, everything has been exceptional. I am so relieved and grateful to have my Mother in their care.

I wanted to share my thoughts on Oakmont of Santa Clarita. It is a beautiful facility in a lovely setting. It features a courtyard with walk and fountain, community garden, dog park, library and gorgeous lobby adjacent living room with fireplace. The restaurant facility is beautiful too and the menus are varied and the food is very good. There are activities aplenty including movies shown twice a day in a beautiful theater with wall sized big screen, concerts and field trips! My mom lives in a two-bedroom unit and it is larger than some non-assisted living apartments I’ve seen. The facility is fairly new and they’ve had their growing pains at times but then again, what facility or establishment doesn’t occasionally have an issue or two? Here is the important thing to know-when the occasional ‘hiccup’ occurs - that issue is addressed or redressed QUICKLY. THAT is the measure of a quality place, the desire to continually improve and right what needs righting. I have seen first-hand on a daily basis how much the administration and staff absolutely care. Speaking of staff, Oakmont of Santa Clarita is staffed by LOVING people (they literally to a person have been fantastic to not only my parents but my siblings and me as well!) My sweet mom requires some hand holding at times and the med-techs, care-givers and yes, definitely the administration have made my mother feel, the word is ‘loved’ and certainly cared for. They have also been quick to respond when my parents had some moments of crisis. When my father passed, I was surprised and touched that the administrator, [Removed]., attended his funeral that wasn’t just around the corner. What a beautiful and kind gesture. Is the place expensive? Comparatively yes. Has it been worth it to me and my family? Simply put - yes. Whether other families feel it is affordably priced or not, I will leave it to them to decide. All I can say is at the end of the day, this place has been a blessing to my family for how well they have taken such loving care of both my parents.

The staff have done a great job with my parent and they are great at communicating with us. When we visit we also get to talk with them. I am pleased with the services they are providing.

We are really pleased with Atria Sunlake. It is a very clean and inviting community. The staff is very friendly and available. The community is very open and spacious. The people we meet in the hallways are always so friendly. The administrator knows everyone and acknowledges family members and residents by name. He loves the meals they provide. There are at least four to five various activities offered daily for the residents. I would definitely recommend Atria Sunlake.

Clean, friendly. Staff were all positive, helpful. Dining room very nice. $3200/mo and up PLUS care costs, depending on level of care needed. $4000 move in charge. Cat OK. [Removed] did tour. saw studio suite. Small but functional.must go to dining room, tray service available for price.

I am more than pleased with the care from this community. The staff is very caring and attentive to my mom's care and needs. We like knowing that the community is clean and maintained. They have a wonderful variety of meals and options. They have activities for the residents. We can give high recommendations for the care and the value from this community.

I have no complaints of how things are going for myself since I made the move into this community. The staff have been very accommodating to my needs and have been helpful with the transition. I have enjoyed the meals they provide as well as my dinning experience with the other residents. They have a great activity program and I am looking forward to getting more involved in the future. Overall everything has been pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone.

We toured this community for care. The staff were nice and were able to answer the questions The community was very nice, nice but it did not have the feeling that we were looking for. The rooms nice and they have a good view. It is a new community. We liked the tour alot. We would be happy to recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

I was very pleased with this facility. I will be checking out a couple more but have to say this facility was great.

Wow, wow. [Removed] was amazing! She listened and asked us about our dad's needs, likes and dislikes. Facility is beautiful and so are the grounds. The staff was very friendly. They focus on and specialize in care of Alzheimer's and dementia residents. The residents all seemed to be very happy and well cared for. Great package price.

Yes, it's pricey but it looks like they try to provide value for all that money.

This is a good community for good care. The staff is attentive and caring. The menu is good and she is pleased with the nice variety on the menu. I like knowing that she is in a good clean community and a nice environment. They offer here activities that she is participating with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the care and value of a loved one.

I cannot say enough good things about Sunrise!!! Since my mother moved in, things are going very well. While Mom is extremely picky, she loves her room and appreciates that the staff treats her with respect. They are EXTREMELY responsive and flexible. The facility is clean and maintained very well. The meals are good choices; though I find them a little bit uneven, my mother seems to like them overall. We initially moved mom into assisted care. She was not adapting well, and the staff suggested that we move her into memory care. We thought we were blessed with the 3-4 room assisted care suite, but Mom much prefers her single room in Reminiscence. We could not be happier with Mom being at Sunrise. It's not easy entrusting a love one's care to someone else. But we are confident that Mom could not be in better hands!! I'd give Sunrise a 10 (out of 5) if I could!!!

It was a very nice community and the atmosphere was pleasant. The people were really nice and it seemed well put together on the tour. They didn't do breakfast till 9 am, my dad is an early eater. I thought the people were very nice. It was the best experience for a tour. We found a different community with what they wanted.

My loved one is having a wonderful stay at Atria! The staff are just marvelous and they take great care of my loved one. The food is great as well. Everything is going fabulously, and we have no complaints whatsoever about the facility!

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one at this community. The staff have been wonderful to her and have made sure to accommodate her needs at the best of there ability. She has had no complaints about the meals and really has enjoyed all of the activities they have available throughout the week. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
