The overall experience is going great. It is a wonderful facility. The food is really good and the staff is always pleasant and friendly.

The staff is very well trained and they are all very enthusiastic about their job. My loved one had been at two previous facilities and the overall treatment and care she gets at the Oakmont is far superior.

My father-in-law was moved from another assisted living facility to the Fountains for rehab. The family decided it would be best to move his belonging from the other facility to the Fountain assisted living when his rehab ended. After an evaluation by the Fountain staff it was recommended he would be better served moving to their high level nursing section instead. Dawn, the move coordinator at the Fountains, handled everything for our family as there are no other family members in the Palm Springs area. She handled the entire move from the other facility to the Fountains, arranged his apartment so he could move in seamlessly with decorations and pictures on the walls and etc. After the decision to move him to skilled nursing, Dawn handled the move of his apartment belongings again to a nearby storage facility. She also ensured he would have a shelving unit for family pictures in his skilled nursing room and hung paintings and larger pictures on the walls of his room. She was very communicative during this two week process and was excellent working with. We could not have done this without her valuable help.

I have been really happy with all of the staff members and with the care that they have been giving my husband and how they seem to have been very helpful to him and also very careful in watching over him.

I love the people that work here! They go above and beyond daily!

Sunrise of Huntington Beach is going well overall. It is clean. The staff is very friendly. It is a good value. I have no complaints. It gets five stars all around.

What a wonderful home-like setting. The staff is amazing - so genuinely caring. They are smiling and talking with residents regularly, like friends would chat. And not just the caregivers but the chef, facilities staff and housekeepers... The facilities are amazing - smells like a hotel when you walk in. The environment is inviting and residents and family feel right at home. Rooms are bright and spacious and you can decorate to make it feel special. My mom was there for only a short period (3 weeks) but it felt like longer since we all enjoyed it so much. Everyone that visited said they would like to live there! I live out of the area (came down on weekends) and it was important that I felt comfortable with knowing that my mom was well cared for. If you have the money to afford this level of care, it is worth every penny and more... I

Well I do think that overall it has been a good experience with all of the staff members at Felicita Vida, but I really think there should be a little more attention given to the residents that are there.

When I walked in I saw a resident playing the piano with the biggest smile on their face. I met with Michelle the Sales Director and she gave me great information I also Met with Dan the head manager and Liz the Head Nurse. They gave me such good information on every aspect of the move in process. They were very patient and they actually listened to what I had to say. I felt important and felt they truly cared about not only my mother but me as well. On my tour they greeted each and every resident. Every staff member smiled and shook my hand. I will be moving my mother in next week. This place feels so homey. I would recommend anyone who has a loved one who needs care go to this facility. I am truly amazed!

The facility and the land that the facility is on are beautiful. The staff is friendly and caring. Everyone is just so warm and inviting. It has truly been a wonderful experience so far at this facility.

The move-in went smoothly. They seem to have a good spectrum of activities. My one misgiving is my loved one is in the memory care unit and they have not figured out how to work with him yet, but overall I am satisfied with them.

This place has a very homey feel. From the time you walk in it feels like a little bed and breakfast with tons of smiling residents. They have cute decorations and the staff members greet you with a smile. I literally met every manager they made a great effort to give me as much information as I needed. I would recommend this place to everyone. It smelled like fresh cookies and their dog Winston is so cute.

My mother was at Sunrise At Wood Ranch Simi Valley, Ca until last November. The care given was extraordinary in every way. From the Care Managers to the management personnel I could not have been happier with the way that she was treated. We looked at other facilities before moving her into Sunrise and we are very happy with the choice we made.

They are very very good about getting her out and involved in activities. The only issue I have is that they build it as an eat-anytime-place, but according to my mother is that, yes the kitchen is open, but the way they serve makes it feel like they don't like serving at certain times, like they are rude. They also said all of their employees carry pads so they can communicate with hard-of-hearing residents, but that's not the case.

It is an awesome place. All the staff is wonderful. They are very dedicated to their residents. They make the families of the residents very welcomed as well. It's like having a large family. The food is great too!

All of the staff members are friendly and they have a welcoming committee for new residents. The workers know you. They just seem like a happy group over at the Sunrise of Tustin.

They are doing a great job with dad at Fullerton Gardens. Infact I am going down this weekend to talk to family. They want to move him out. I keep telling them he is living at the taj mahal. I am very happy with this facility.

Front desk staff friendly. Great tour with Sarah Canetti. Setting is quite lovely. Residents I saw were engaging. Many nicely appointed common areas and meeting spaces. Found it to be comparable to Brookdale-Anaheim in many ways, but a more exclusive area, so more expensive. Both have spacious rooms, many common areas. There is more furniture use here and large halls, but Brookdale has much larger areas for ambulation. Both are are cheerful environments, clean, with NO NOTICEABLE ODORS! Surrounding community more upscale here, not so for Brookdale. Pricier here. Trade offs to consider.

They were fantastic with the overall presentation, and were very honest and upfront about the fees. Some of the places I checked out were not as out in the open about the costs - I would much rather have somebody be up front. I love Becky - she has done an excellent job coordinating everything very well. Angela was amazing as well. I love the place and would like to move in myself to tell you the truth. I highly recommend Sunrise at Wood Ranch.

Our experience with Terraces at Fountain Grove has been a very good one, so far! The staff here is friendly and professional, and I really appreciate how accommodating they are when it comes to staying in touch with families! Whenever I call to speak to my loved one they always get her right on the phone for me, and they're always happy to answer any questions I have!
