At Brookdale Elk Grove the admissions process was seamless. The move in process was also seamless. The quality of care here is excellent. I would say the social aspect needs improvement and the meals need improvement at this facility. That pretty much sums it all up for me.

This place is just amazing. Caring staff -I took a tour and saw the interaction between staff and their residents. It was one to the best experiences of any place I have been. Dan and Liz were informative the care and compassion I could feel. Their activity girl Elyssa was so happy and was so excited to tell me what was going on in the facility. Michelle was understanding and loving. She made me feel a sense of peace throughout the tour. They literally answer every question you throw at them! I would recommend this place to everyone. I actually am moving forward with moving my mother in. I am so thrilled! I left smiling I am so happy I found this place for my mother.

Our experience with Atria Sutton has been a good one, overall, it is a very nice place! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and personable. We're very satisfied with the service!

Very NIce Place

It is a smaller community at Sunrise of Woodland Hill and we like that. He does not like the food at this facility. He also doesn't like that they show old movies and not updated ones. The staff is great and they take care of him. They address any issues we have had so far. They are very accommodating to our needs. They even have meetings where they get the residents input on any issues. I think that is really important. They don't have too many activities there. All in all he chose this facility himself and he likes it!

The staff is very patient and attentive at Terraces at Fountain Grove. They are very sensitive to our needs at this facility. The staff is really supportive of mom and of me actually. I am very happy with everything here!

Things couldn't have worked out better for us here! The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, and they take great care of the residents! And the facility is just the right size! It's large enough that there's always something to do, but small enough that all of the residents really get to know one another!

We are very pleased with how they are taking care of my father-in-law at Sunrise at Oakland Hills. We aren't able to visit to often due to where we live but we we do visit we walk in and staff knows us immediately. They assign certain staff members to the residents. So you know who is working with them. This facility is run extremely well. It was a hard transition for my father-in-law but he has adapted so well. He is very happy there and the views are incredible at this facility. What is beautiful about this facility is the homeyness of it. The architectural design is so cozy and it is appointed so beautifully. The only thing is the layout of plugs in the room, there is only one plug in the center of the wall. Also the bathroom doors can clash with the room door. But these are such very minor things. Overall I just cant say enough good things about this facility!

My sister is living at Atria Sutton and everything is going very well. Everybody there is very friendly. My sister lives there and they are really good at communicating with me to let me know how she is doing. I do not see any area for improvement as they are doing everything excellent. And the care they give is excellent as well.

We have had a very good experience with Valley View Gardens and would highly recommend them. The whole process was very easy. They provide a very loving and safe environment for their residents. All of the staff has been exceptionally attentive and friendly.

Excellent at helping you choose the right solution

It's kind of hard to tell because I have nothing to compare it too, because it is dependent on the individual resident and their needs, So it would not be fair to place a comment at this time. All the facilities are about the same, from what I have researched.

My father has dementia and is staying at Oakmont of Chino Hills. Sometimes his bathroom is not as clean as it should be, but that is more my dad's fault than it is there. They know and understand dementia so well that they were able to help get him on the right medication, and he is a different person now. It was horrible for a while, but the staff and everybody worked around the clock. They do an awesome job. It is a very hard job, and they do it very well. The meals they provide there are very lovely and well done, such that the residents are basically treated like royalty there. They have good activities to keep them active and watched all the time. They are also really good at communication. Any time they feel there is an issue or anything I should be informed of, they call me and let me know. They have been very good and I am thankful to have them.

Can't speak highly enough about the staff and facility. They really treat your loved one like family. It's true, you get what you pay of, not the cheapest place but I can't imagine any other place that serves your parent better. Nancy, Victoria and Regina are the rock stars who run the place, meet them and you will be sold!

Everything about Oakmont of Escondido Hills is very good. The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of interaction with the residents there. The only thing where they could improve is with their air conditioning system. The way it works and the air flow system is is kind of hokey. The food is very good and the facilities are very well kept up.

Fantastic residence, residents appear to be well cared for..the property is well maintained and the stall to resident ratio seems to be very good. My tour was extensive, Dana was informative and answered all my questions before I ask them. Many activities, good food and an animal friendly community. Memory care unit was clean, comfortable and no one left alone. Staff managed to keep residents engaged. This community has the priciest move in fee of my recent community tours. The apartments seem a little larger and some have fantastic views. May be priced out of range I'm working with. It has not been ruled out yet.

We toured here, and we really liked it. They were very impressive. We really liked the staff as well as their program. Availability was an issue for us, and as nice as they are, I am not surprised. They really tried to work with us, and find a way to make it work. It would have been very nice.

They are doing fantastic. We could not be happier. She is as happy as her personality type could be. She is adjusting, nicely. The place is lovely, and the people there are absolutely fantastic. Especially the director of sales and the director, Lucia and Alice. They were very good and helpful. After years of looking they really helped us with the paperwork and everything. We love them.

Searched many places before finding Valley View. The staff is by far the most caring we found. My father has excellent care and is more alert and engaged than in any place before. Visit and you will see.
