The staff here seems to care and they are friendly. While touring the facility it had a better vibe compared to other places that I have seen. It just had a brighter atmosphere which made me feel comfortable. They do a great job with cleanliness too. I have been there numerous times and every time everything looks spic and span. I ate lunch there one time while I was touring other places and it was pretty good too. As for activities they offer exercises that cater to different level of mobility, they screen movies, pizza parties, and they have musicians and others to come in to entertain the residents. I recommend this community to other families.

This place has a great staff that are friendly and respectful. They have many activities for mind and body. They have studios with a patio for my dad's dog. Dogs were truly welcomed and a positive part of the community. They greeted people by name. [Removed] was super helpful and engage my dad. Residents were alert and social at lunch.

My tour was good. But was very tired looking and very small. It was really awful smelling though. My mom couldn't be comfortable here.

We went on a tour and were about to move my parents here and then my dad passed and my mom wanted to stay where she was. But this community was beautiful the people were great. It was a good experience. They answered all of my questions. They had an amazing care levels there.

Liked the people and facility. Good choice on room options and reasonably priced.

Fabulous facility! The facility, the rooms, the common areas were beautiful. The residents were happy. I was there during lunch and the food looked and smelled delicious.

Sunrise of Sacramento is unreal. It is a beautiful place, and the staff is really friendly, helpful, attentive, and they took great care of my mom. There was someone there to hang pictures when she moved in, and they were very accommodating for my wife and me when we came to stay, making sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. [Removed], the manager, was excellent and cheerful. She really helped lighten the mood and make such a stressful situation little easier on us. I feel so lucky that they had a room available and that my mother passed away there with comfort and with dignity. Sunrise is outstanding, and I would recommend the community to everyone.

The memory care area has its own facility. So it had its own separate building. This was good in the sense that the staff can mainly focus on that certain medical need or attention that those residents need versus those in assisted living. It also has its own courtyard that residents can enjoy outside. It was also very clean; I know that they do laundry for their tenants once a week or so. I would recommend this area. They also have a monthly board that have a lot of activities offered that would keep the residents stimulated, energized, and engaged.

When I was looking for a place for my mom this was the first community I got to tour and I was definitely impressed. They gave me legal and financial information even if it wasn’t about their community. They gave me more information than any other community I had seen. The staff was wonderful and I was mostly impressed about how the staff knew each one of the residents’ names. They were family members to them, not numbers. It was very clean and very fancy. Everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. They even had fresh baked cookies!

People are so friendly and nice. Residents and staff. Staff is loving and integrate us into a family. I enjoy the veterans group. [removed] is a very energetic activities director.

Good food. Good games. Excellent staff. Good friends.

I’m very pleased living here. There is a lot to do and get active in. I’ve enjoyed the food. I’ve made some friends.

Caring staff and I love the feeling of safety and well being whenever I need help, somebody is right there for me.

I see and visit many of the communities in my life with work. This community stands out from the rest. Always clean, decorated and residents seem very happy.

My dad has been here over 4 years. They have been just wonderful to him. Everything he needs is right here. Caring and loving staff.

This is by far the best assisted living community. I have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years!

I visit this community often I can’t say enough good things about it. My brother lives here for past 8 years. Everyone is so helpful and treat him great. I recommend this community to anyone looking for assisted living.

Our decision to place our mother here 4 years ago was the best decision we’ve wade since her diagnoses of dementia. The community is exceptional and very caring, understandable and helpful.
