I get an email every week with what is going on including pictures of my dad. It's an excellent community, the room sizes are good, I think the food is also good. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

A first class operation. We searched all over So Cal for a Memory Care that didn't feel institutional and we found it. Had his own apartment, fine dining in a beautiful setting and cared for at the highest level. But all of this was secondary to the care we got when we had to move him to Hospice. During Covid it has been a rough go of it, but we were still able to have access to him once he reached Hospice of course with the necessary precautions. My Dad was able to pass in his home/apt with visits from everyone who wanted to say good bye. Priceless. Thank you Oakmont.

We chose Sunrise of Oakland Hills because we needed a place that would offer more care that she needed and they were able to offer that as well as offer up to hospice care so you do not have to move your loved one around based on care needed. It was also a very nice facility and we liked all of the staff members. The best part about the community was the caregivers, they were wonderful and we appreciated all of their care and they really got to know her and grow a relationship with her. I would recommend.

Superb living

Fullerton Gardens is a beautiful caring community that I chose for my mother. Everyone is so caring and I am so very happy with my decision to place her here. They are wonderful!!

I have been so pleased with the care that has been given to my mother during the many years that she has lived at the Hawaii Kai Retirement Home in Honolulu. She has moved away to the Mainland a few times, but always returns to Hawaii Kai. The residents are a great group of people that Mom enjoys interacting with. The employees are all pleasant and understand about keeping the residents safe during the time of Covid. Daily life, of course, is not "normal" at this time. It isn't for any of us. My mother is in Independent Living at this time, but I am assured that she can move up to Assisted Living when it becomes necessary without having to change anything but her apartment. It is wonderful that they have been able to set up InstaCart for my Mom so that she does not have to leave her apartment during these stressful times. The last thing I want to worry about is Mom having to go out to purchase various sundries. I appreciate the ability to talk with the management when necessary. They have been very responsive.

The staff have been the most caring, friendly and very professional to my mom and our family. Great amenities, well maintained individual units and common areas,, beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. It's also pet friendly. It really feels like "home" away from home, so i give this a "two thumbs up"!

I am thrilled to be here. I enjoy having the experience of a lot of Art Culture in Hawaii. I also have freedom in sharing movies I love with the other residents. The food has also improved a lot recently.

I have been here for about 8 years now and everyday feels like Christmas. I enjoy being here because I have a lot of friends and I get to know diverse people and cultures.

Me and my husband are very very happy with everything that Holiday has provided for us for ten years. We appreciate everything from the activities to the outings and we miss going out (pre-Covid 19). The food has also really improved tremendously lately. I am really looking forward to inviting my friends to have lunch or dinner back when visitors are allowed in the dining room again. Hopefully they can even move in one day!

I've been here for a couple of years now and I feel that the staff and amenities are WONDERFUL. If it wasn't for the tremendous people who egged me on and encouraged me, I would not be where I am today. I came from a rehabilitation facility to Hawaii Kai where I was able to utilize the pool everyday. I now have my health back, I feel great, and I even started painting again after SIX years of not being able to. The food has also really improved over the past year with the new chef.

I appreciate the thorough and thoughtful care that the staff at Fullerton Gardens has extended to me and my family, as we made the difficult decision to finally move our mother out of our home. It has been a relief to have caring experts help guide us through this unknown, new path of care. I appreciate the formality and updates the facility provides, and look forward to receiving the daily "Sagely app" activity updates to see what my mom is up to during her days. it appears my mother is settling in better now that she is in her permanent room and can enjoy the company of the greater population at the facility.

The staff and caregivers are extremely nice. The place is very clean and the garden is beautiful and relaxing when sitting outside!!

Everyone at Fullerton Gardens has been extremely helpful in making my mom's transition very smooth. [Names removed] have both been exceptional. I am confident our family made the right choice in Fullerton Gardens.

Nice visit yesterday with Fullerton Gardens. Love [names removed]. difficult decision, but I would recommend Fullerton Gardens as a place of comfort with the confidence in knowing they are doing a great job with their residents.

I can't say enough good things about Fullerton Gardens. They give my mom great care. They have kept me informed of every incident that happened with her during the time she was there. The sense of security has been priceless.

My brother and I toured Fullerton Gardens yesterday afternoon and we are happy we did. We met with [name removed], the executive director, as well as the resit of the team. They were very knowledgeable about the day to day journey of the residents at Fullerton Gardens. My aunt is a skilled nursing facility and i was worried about finding her next home. The caregivers seemed happy and residents did too. Fullerton Gardens is my top Memory Care choice.

I recently came here to visit a friend of mine (social distancing) and the staff is amazing. They treat all residents with total respect and dignity. I feel very happy and blessed to have a great friend of mine in such good hands. I would definitely recommend this place is you have a loved on who needs a home.
