Very comfortable and inviting community for my mom to enjoy while we were on vacation. Sunrise is friendly and the residents talk about really loving it there. The staff are great genuine people who care. The food is good. Sometimes very gourmet, sometimes interesting. They really try to reach out to resident's family to encourage involvement with their family member. It is close by mom's grandkids so it is easy for them to come visit or pick her up. Highly recommend Sunrise.

Oakmont of Fullerton is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL facility. It was new and up to date and the grounds were so pretty. The staff were all great and did a good job with their follow up after our tour. Unfortunately it was extremely expensive. If the price would have been lower I would have loved to had my dad here. In fact I would move in here today myself if I could it was that nice.

You provide a very safe, nurturing environment for your residents & their families. Everyone always went out of their way to do what was best for mom. I was always informed of any new changes. All employees were a positive role model for each other & residents. Unfortunately, mom was not ready for the transition from her home to memory care. That is the only reason why we had to bring her back home. You provide a 5 star atmosphere and living facility. Thank you for everything you all provided for mom & I will continue to highly recommend your facility!

Oakmont of San Jose is a wonderful community and the communication is mostly good. Sometimes there are lapses in communication, but they are still very good to work with. They're taking good care of mom and she's treated with dignity. Communication is provided via phone call for special concerns, and through email for facility wide information. For example: there was a Covid outbreak on the assisted living side, but not in the memory care unit; so some things were altered within the community. The overall director left, and they sent out an email regarding that as well. Some of their activities include exercise with music, bingo, family feud-like games, movies, walks, and musical guests who come in and entertain the residents. Memory care is totally separate and is located on the first floor, behind locked doors. You can came come in, but cant come out unless you are let out. They do have some wanderers, so that extra security is a good thing. There's around 30 memory care residents (give or take), and they have a good staff to resident ratio. Overall I would absolutely recommend Oakmont of San Jose to others.

I'm pretty happy with the community. I like the staff and the way they treat and care for my loved one. I like that they allow family to visit whenever to see our loved one. There are three meals served daily in the dining room, with snacks available as well for the residents. Some of the activities available include card games, arts and crafts, outings for the residents to go on, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from.

Sunrise of Alta Loma is a wonderful community! Everyone there always did what they could to make my mom feel comfortable and included. They also welcomed the family & always kept us informed of my mom’s needs. I will highly recommend Sunrise to all my friends! The staff are a positive role models for their residents and family.

Felicita Vida was really beautiful. It was super nice, like a five-star hotel. It was one of the nicest places I toured. The building itself was fairly new, and all of the interior was very modern, current, and clean. It was a two-story, so it was low and spread out. They had a lot of outdoor areas. It was a really, really nice place. The staff were helpful and friendly. Budget was the only concern for us.

My mother was a highly independent woman until about one year ago. She never wanted to leave her home. The staff at Sunrise of Burlingame are exceptional and she feels at home there and well cared for. The activities are engaging and enjoyable, and the staff is always upbeat, encouraging, and respectful. Further, all of the staff have been very responsive to questions, concerns, and feedback. It has been a very positive experience for our mother and us from day-1.

My wife and I appreciated the enthusiastic welcome and tour we received from [name removed] and [name removed] during our visit on Friday. The personal interest they took in understanding our current health challenges, and their openness in sharing their own personal health circumstances meant a great deal to us and tells us a lot about the personal connection they must have with each of the 70 residents at their facility.

The is was a very good community for tracks my husband I brought there while we moved in from Boston to California, and I needed to have him be in a safe place, and that certainly was the case. So now it's important for him to be able to be back home again.

I continue to be very pleased with all of the staff, facilities and programs Sunrise has in caring for my brother. My only concern is that his laundry fairly frequently does not get done weekly as expected. I live 1,200 miles away so do not personally see this, however, have been advised that this is the case. Overall, I continue to rate Sunrise of Claremont EXCELLENT!

I am a professional that refers many clients. I have placed 2 families at the facility and they have been very happy.

Ivy Park is a perfect fit for my sister, who I put there. The staff is outstanding. The only problem I have is they seem to have some turnover, and right now it's affecting their activities - but they have told us there's a fix in place with a new activities director starting this month. There's a little bit of everything when the activities are there. The apartments are a good size. From what my sister tells me, the food is awesome. She also tells people how good of a place it is during their tour!

Our family had an in person tour and it was wonderful, they put our names up in the entry way to welcome us when we arrived but it was just to expensive for us

It's a very nice place. My friend seems to be happy there and pleased with the care. He's very happy with the food, and that's coming from a very picky person. We've been very happy with the staff we've dealt with. We toured several other assisted living places in the area, and they all cost quite a bit more. So this is a great value. And we've already told others what a great place Rockville Terrace is.

We toured Oakmont of Westpark and it was absolutely lovely. We ultimately chose another community as it boiled down to cost. Oakmont also didn't have that same inviting & cozy-feel as the community we chose.

This was a fantastic experience for the family and our loved one. The community is beautiful and the staff are nice. It feels like you are in a home away from home. There is a dining room and the community serves three meals a day. Bingo, piano, singers, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in.

Everyone from top to bottom and their greeter were just absolutely wonderful. All of the residents and staff members on the memory care side were fantastic. The activities coordinator was wonderful, and the manager was also present, active and professional. Even though the meals sometimes were a hit or miss with our loved one there was only different options for her to pick from instead.
