The community was way too expensive for us. Sunrise was able to keep my loved one busy gardening and with other activities. This wouldn't be my first choice due to the cost. The staff communication was very good with the family.

The staff is very nice. They are flexible, understanding, and the location is pretty good. I would recommend you check the community out. Make sure you check the payment and monthly fee as well. They are currently doing renovations on the community. There was an adjustment period due to COVID for my loved one. The community was helpful with getting the vaccines to the residents quickly.

My mom loves the community, her room, and the people. She is very happy there. The communication between the staff and the family is good and they have a weekly newsletter that updates us on any covid changes. They are also quick to return calls. I would recommend this community to others

They are FANTASTIC. They have been as helpful as can be and the transition was very easy. I speak with her every week and she absolutely loves everything about Oakmont of Segovia. She was fortunate enough that she got one of the units where they allow you to rent it instead of buy in so that was nice. It was the most expensive out of the ones we looked at, but it is definitely worth it. I would highly recommend them.

I searched for many weeks and finally landed at this facility. When I first went to take a look around I was nervous. Everyone was so friendly and really educated me on all my options. They even told me to look around at other facilities. During the whole process I felt supported. Thank you for caring for my parents. You all are true heroes. Very happy with the care and compassion the staff have.

The friendliness of the staff members go way above a five they are extremely friendly. The food the serve the residents here is very good, and they have been doing the best they can with the activities. The last few days they have started to loosen up and bring back more activities since covid has been more under control. It is a pricey but they do have a lot of to offer, and I am very happy here

They make sure to keep the residents care their top priority even during this difficult they have really good communication, and have clarity on issues that may happen. They do video calls for our loved one, and every time we are able visit we just have a really good feeling about the place

The room shown was very nice, with a western view on the 3rd floor. This facility seems to have all one would desire in an assisted care facility, but comes with a large monthly price.

5YRS OF BEING AT A HIGHLY RATED ASSISTED LIVING PLACE BUT HAVING MY MOM STRUGGLE WITH MANY ISSUES I TOOK A CHANCE AND MOVED HER TO OAKMONT OF CONCORD AND HAVE BEEN SOO ASTONISHED AT HOW WELL SHE IS DOING AFTER 6MONTHS OR SO. AMMENITIES ARE SIMILAR BUT THE STAFF IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE. CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH TO LET ME FEEL MY MOM IS IN THE RIGHT PLACE FOR HER.

I work professionally with Sunrise Sabre Springs providing hospice care to their residents, and, in doing so, I am able to see exactly how they care for patients and families in need. Over the past four years, we've had dozens of mutual patients/residents, and each time it feels as though they add another member to their loving family. Their staff collaborates excellently with our staff and family members of the resident, and, most importantly, they treat each and every mutual patient as if they're their own. If and when I have to search for a home for my mom and dad, I would feel confident trusting Sunrise Sabre Springs.

We chose Hawaii Kai because of the location as well as the services that were provided from the facility. She is in a 1 bedroom and it is spacious sized apartment and has a nice view. I would absolutely recommend them.

From what we can see of the lobby area, it is really clean. Our loved one really enjoys the meals, and even though the activities are very limited due to the restrictions she is still enjoying what they have to offer. We think the value is fair, our loved one is happy and being well taken care of.

We moved my mom into Oakmont Memory Care right in the midst of covid. This was not an easy thing to do, but necessary. The staff at Oakmont were helpful, supportive, caring and helped us all with a successful and smooth transition. My mom loved her room, and the loving and positive staff. Due to covid and Alzheimer's we cannot personally rate the food or activities, although from everything we have gathered, they are great. Going forward, the staff has continued to consistently communicate, provide high standards of health and safety in the midst of covid, and have listened and responded to any and all of our questions or concerns. I came to Del Obispo Terrace last month after being in a nursing home for 6 weeks. The care that I received has helped me to completely recover and I am now self sufficient and have made the decision to make Del Obispo Terrace my permanent home.

We chose Sunrise of Seal Beach because of the convenience and access to where I live, it was going to be easy for me to visit. We also chose it because it was one of the nicer facilities as far as the condition it was in, it is well kept. They were also able to take him in a short notice and very accommodating. He is in a shared room and it is average compared to others that we saw. The level of communication with caregivers and staff is very good, I can call and talk to someone and they can give me information immediately. I would recommend them to others.

They were awesome. I totally loved them. They handled things with a registered nurse that other communities wouldn't do. They took excellent care of the residents. The community did lots of testing during the pandemic. As far as I know there were no cases in the community. They went out of their way to assist my loved one. The staff was very communicative with the family. I would highly recommend them.

Their work has been top notch and we were very happy with the care received at Oakmont. They are very kind and focused on residents health needs. The food here is outstanding, they are chef prepared meals and the chef is great. I was very impressed with the quality of the meals. I would definitely recommend them.

Bradford has been an amazing community for my loved one. They go above and beyond. I truly appreciate the fact that they had open conversations with me while my loved one was progressing in their memory decline. My loved one started in their assisted living then went to their Terrace Club (memory care). Both settings helped my loved one live as independently as possible. What I like about their Terrace Club is it is for beginning to moderate stages of dementia, it has a beautiful secured courtyard, and it is all inclusive. The grounds are beautiful and they really try to keep like minded individuals together. Thank you Bradford!!

Make sure you ask lots of questions so that you can make the transition is smooth. Make sure you talk to several different staff members and get to know who people are. I would definitely recommend this community to others
