What sticks out about Ivy Park the most is the friendliness of all the staff members who work with mom. For a person who is sick they are very hands on with her and it has given me some peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. I would recommend to others looking.

My daughter's mother-in-law was a previous resident in the memory care unit at Ivy Park, so it was natural to select it when my need for help arose. I arrive here at the height of the covid pandemic and was placed in quarantine. It was reassuring to see that isolation and medical protocols were enforced and vaccinations were available in a timely manner. As restrictions were eased, meals in the beautiful dining room were again instituted. Culinary staff is of the highest caliber and the meals are healthy, plentiful, varied and tasteful to any palate. The serving staff is congenial, very helpful and prepared to aid with off menu requests. I can personally vouch for the initial care and follow-up care provided by the nursing staff. They have been diligent in protecting the residents from the covid emergency while maintaining their normal daily care protocols. For relaxation, classes stressing memory retention, learning, fame playing and just plain old socializing and meeting your neighbors are a daily occurrence. You, the resident can choose suitable activities in order to enhance your life. I know this to be true because I experienced it and continue to live it everyday.

I would recommend Oakmont of Simi Valley to others for their loved ones. The community worked well with hospice for my loved one as well. The staff took great care of my loved one during their stay. Some of the activities that were available included: playing games, arts and crafts, celebrations, family events, and more for the residents to choose from.

I toured Sunrise for my grandfather who needs Memory Care. I felt that the community was very warm and welcoming. The residents seemed to be happy and well taken care of.

Sunrise at Wood Ranch was over the top wonderful. The facility is BEAUTIFUL. When we were visiting, they had split the Alzheimer's residents up by the level of care that they needed and were doing different activities for each level which really impressed us. Unfortunately it was just too expensive for us or else this would have been our first pick.

This was a good community but my loved one went with another community as her final choice.

Crescent Landing is clean and the staff are caring, attentive and patient. They could not be more friendly and they truly care about the residents and it shows. I think it is a great place. The grounds are beautifully well kept. We have eaten here a few times and the food was excellent. Considering all of the services provided and the peace of mind, the price is worth it. It takes away stress on the families.

We had a great tour experience with Ivy Park. The facility and staff were all very nice, but my mother wanted to stay at home so we went with a homecare agency instead.

I would recommend this community for a family member. They treated my wife very well and took care of her very well. I felt very comfortable with the staff they were very informative and kept me updated.

Truly appreciate the warm and courteous welcome. We did a short stay to aid while I was traveling in and out of the country. [name removed] was awesome. Terribly friendly and kind. Kept me well informed and reached out with any concerns and updates. Greatly needed peace of mind, as it was our first stay following a horrific experience during a medical recovery. On my return, there was even some consideration by [name removed] to stay longer. However, she had recovered significantly during her stay and really wanted to be in her home as long as possible. She has made friends and remained in close contact with them. Special thanks and appreciation to [name removed]. YES we will return for any other stays and when in need of a permanent solution.

I have lived here at sunrise for 4 & 1/2 years now. I enjoy the broad selection of activities offered to the residents. Sometime back I was asked to accept the responsibilities as the "resident president", which I accepted. I have enjoyed the open door policy exercised by the staff. We have all enjoyed a return to normalcy following the year long Covid shutdown. Our head chef makes it a policy to interact with residents during our meals, requesting feedback, which I really appreciate!

The staff has been very engaged with my dads care. They are great at parenting with the family with the residents care. My fad has been making progress. He says that he really likes the people that are caring for him. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. We think [name removed] is the best!

I am a recent member of the Ivy Park Community.From the very beginning I have felt such warmth and support from all the staff as well as the administrative staff. The environment is elegant and welcoming. Meals are delicious; not unlike a restaurant. I highly recommend Ivy Park.

This was a beautiful community but there was another location that was closer to me and worked better for my loved one.

My Mom is in the memory care unit and we’re very happy. My parents lived together in an assisted living facility elsewhere but when my father died, my Mom just wasn’t up to it. She needed additional help and we shopped long and hard to find Sunrise. She's been there for 3 years now. They’re awesome. The lifestyle manager makes every day a joy for her, and the nurse manager makes sure she and all of the other residents are well cared for medically. It’s EXACTLY what we were looking for. The resident to staff ratio looks to be about 2:1 and every one of them is loving, interested, and involved. I highly recommend Sunrise of Fullerton.

We had a pretty good tour at Oakmont, although we ended up going with a different community. The emphasis at Oakmont was a lot on the frills. And for us, that wasn’t what we were really interested in. It was a beautiful facility, very clean, with lots of amenities. It would have been good for the right people, but just wasn't the right fit for my loved one. At another place, we saw people smiling, chatting, and really engaging with us, and that really helped us make our decision.

This comforting, friendly and lovely community has scenic waterfalls and fountains. The residences are surrounded with beautiful flowers and greenery. There is a heated saltwater swimming pool. I’m addition to other private services there is also a medical clinic within the campus. What a wonderful place to live.

No Covid testing and didn't see many activities.
