My loved one is really happy there, and that's all that matters. The staff are really nice, and they've been wonderful to her dog. But they're short-staffed, which has affected the services a little bit. Overall, it's clean. The rooms are clean, but the stairwell hasn't been. I imagine not many people take the stairs though. My loved one says the food is very good. The base cost seems affordable, but all the add-ons for services really add up. I feel like they could be more transparent about that. There really is no assisted living unless you pay extra for it.

My father was in failing health and was extremely set against assisted living. Due to the rapid decline and excessive falls, we had no choice but to look for help. We had to move him during the pandemic which added to the stress and reluctance of him wanting to move. However, Oakmont of Orange made the process very easy and welcoming. [name removed] now referred to Oakmont as his home after 6 months! They communicate with our family on a regular basis and every member of their staff has been so professional and caring in every interaction we have had with them. I cannot be happier and so grateful to everyone. Special “shout out” to [name removed]!!!! She is amazing and has a heart of gold.

I would tell others that it is a great place. The staff have taken care of my parents well. It's not to big. The community was supportive of our move in. My parents enjoy the food and have settled into the community nicely. They have movies, happy hour, games, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.

Oakmont of Redding has been wonderful, the community is very clean and we have had no problems so far. The nurses are great, the staff members have been very thoughtful and helpful. The individuals we worked with in the beginning were just fantastic. The grounds are beautiful, the residents can go out and walk around. It overlooks the river which our loved one enjoys, we can sit outside and watch the fishing boats go by. It is just a really nice place.

I would highly recommend to others for their loved ones. The community is modern and clean and this stands out to me. They have a nice patio and a garden area. The grounds are small, though compared to other communities.

Very impressed with the sale rep and the facility. Felt welcomed and like it could be a great place for mom. The location is a little farther south than wanted. But still a great place.

we toured this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and they answered all our questions. They followed up with us and had really good communication.

This community was wonderful. When they heard about the prior experience at another community they sent us flowers. They kept in contact with us to check on our loved one. They are the best, and this should be your first choice.

Hi to whom it may concern I would like to say that I Stella Craig had the most wonderful experience after receiving an invitation through the mail to Oakmont of Silver Creek I must tell you that we do get other invitations. Our hosts to show us around was a young gentleman name [name removed] and a marvelous young woman name [name removed] these good people more than made us feel welcome and when I say welcome like I was home and we want to tell you if you want something as beautiful as meaningful to your life that these people have to offer then you will find your home at OakMont of Silver Creek I could go on and on their amenities are too many to mention in this review take my word for it it is a great place and we intend to live and make the best of what they have to offer.

We toured Elk Grove Park and it was a very good, thorough tour that lasted about an hour and a half. Everybody here was friendly and it is a nice facility. It just did not fit our needs, I think my mom needed much more care than most of the other residents that were here.

We chose Sunrise Villa because they had a very good plan for social pods during the pandemic so people still got to know each other and it was always the same group of people and less isolation. The room sizes here vary, her first room was small and she had a noise issue but they found a bigger room for her and took care of the problem and now it is a very nice size. It is a very nice, clean, friendly facility and I would recommend to others looking.

We are so happy with Sunrise, we have a sense that our loved one is with family. They really seem to care for her, and treat her as if she was apart of their own family, all the way from the receptionist to the care givers. They know everyone by name, we cannot say enough good things about them. We would recommend Sunrise community to others.

Sunrise was our second choice, we really liked this facility. The staff members here were warm and friendly but the care was not as personalized which is what we were looking for. If my mom was more ambulatory and did not need the amount of care that she did, it would have been a great fit.

We chose Sunflower Gardens because of the value for the money, you got a high quality of care and we did not get nickled and dimed for every little thing. We also enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members that we did get to interact with at the time. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them.

This organization offers the tops in innovative senior care in terms of care services, encouraging community connections, social activities and entertainment. The staff works together to make sure that the seniors are responsive, involved, and are enjoying a life of exceptional quality. The food is 5-star, as are the care services, activities, and entertainment offerings. The grounds offer outdoor spaces to gather and enjoy.

I would recommend the community to others. I feel my loved one was well taken care of at the community. This is one of the higher rated communities in the area. I felt like they had good communication, made accommodations, and took care of my concerns. The food was really good. The staff seemed to really care for the residents.

The community is kept very clean, it would be a 10 plus. We were able to eat a meal there with our loved one, it was a oven made pizza and it was very good. Speaking with other residents they also seem to enjoy the food. They are trying their best to do different activities like cooking demonstrations so the residents can bake. they have music activities, and we do know they keep them very busy especially in the memory care unit. They also coordinate very well with the hospice team, they are incredible and anytime we have questions they get answered. Every time we see our loved one she looks great, they are taking good care of her and even though it was very expensive we can walk away knowing the money is being put to good use.

We toured The Cottages and it had a very warm and homey feel to it. We walked in and they had the fire burning and it was also very clean. The staff members here were welcoming and friendly.

We chose Sunrise of Monterey because I liked the proximity to her old home as well as her doctors offices and when I walked in it had a very warm, homey feel to it. The room sizes are pretty good, my mom has a studio and it has a view of the park and the pine trees. Some rooms have a view of the bay as well. It has a very roomy bathroom and roomy shower. The friendliness of the staff overall was great and they were so on top of safety during the pandemic. I would recommend them to others looking.
