I have a lot of residents in this building and they rave about the food here and snacks and drinks always being available. I love how they work with each resident and accommodate their dietary restrictions.

This is a high end assisted living community, here at Sunrise. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff seem to be very good at communicating with us when the family has questions and are responsive at answering our questions. There are activities for the residents to participate in. There are three meals a day served and choices for the residents to choose from.

The staff and personnel are fairly new as they have changed ownership. The activities when she does decide to partake have been great for mom. Everything in her short time there has been great, she is safe, cared for and is adapting well.

I would highly recommend Sunrise of Belmont. Everything and everyone staff wise and residents have been wonderful very accommodating.

Sunrise of La Palma has been a great place, from the moment we walked into the community the cleanliness just stood out we were so impressed. All of the staff members have been so friendly, the residents are up and walking around instead of just sitting in front of the television. Our loved one recently was moved over to memory care and so far it has been outstanding - there are always staff members walking around which is exactly what we wanted to see. It really just seems like a fancy hotel, we have already recommended them to other families and we will continue to do so

Our father came to live at The Lakes a little over two years ago.When we toured the community we were impressed with how beautiful it was and how friendly everyone was. We were somewhat concerned because our dad is rather shy and keeps to himself. Well it didn't take long before he was making friends and actually joining in and taking part in things. He continues to thrive and even tho dad can be quite picky about the things that he likes to eat,the kitchen staff knows him well and go out of their way to bring him his favorite things and make special requests for him on a regular basis. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of our dad!

It's a peaceful community with nice people to interact with and they don't neglect people, they give the residents things to do.

We have been very happy with our experience at Crescent Landing. I like the open concept of the outside area so he is able to walk if he wants to - he does not feel trapped at all. We would recommend the facility to others looking.

My mom is in the memory care. They do have a great activities program overall. It is a beautiful location, great parking for guests. Very elaborate check-in system, must wear a mask, have your vaccination card to check into the memory care facility. The beginning was a little confusing as they have different levels of care options, it was a challenge but once the staffing helped us through those it was a nice smooth process.

The facility is lovely. The staff from the janitorial staff to administration are all very kind and caring. Overall nothing but great, minus it is pricey.

Nicely appointed, cheerful community areas, large rooms, bright, woodsy setting but close to town, good amenities and activities. Staff was very nice. Did not taste the food, however.

Ivy Park is amazing and were really trying to meet the max that my parents could afford. But it would've immediately tripled because my mom moved to Memory Care after only about a month.

We have had some meals there ourselves and the meals and dining service is very good, we were happy with what was served and our loved one is happy and if she is not happy with something they are serving they will make her something else. Our loved one does not participate in the activities but from what we saw was great. It is a little pricier but we still like this community more then others

My family and I are very pleased with the service our father receives at Crescent Landing at G.G.. My father is very content and happy with his living arrangements. The one improvement I would like is at least seven day notice before toiletries and over counter medications run out.

Crescent Landing is a very special place that provides wonderful care, a range of amazing activities, and above all, love and dignity to its residents who need memory care. We are so grateful for all they do.

We moved my mom here after 45 years in the Bay Area. The care and attention she has been receiving is nothing short of excellent. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about her. The staff knows the residents and also the family members. This has given me piece of mind that she is safe, happy, and cared for by an incredible staff.

They never have to worry about any help or anything that is needed for themselves or their loved ones. Everything was fantastic and everything and everyone was very helpful and caring.

This has been a great experience. They offer a tremendous community for difficult circumstances. The community is very homey, modern, safe, and clean. The environment is very predictable for memory care residents. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating to the resident's needs. The staff makes sure that the residents don't have to fit into their systems. They truly care for the residents. The staff communication with the family is excellent.
