I went to Ivy Park at Sabre Springs in search of a community for my mother, who is now recovering from surgery at a retirement community at [removed]. I had the opportunity to meet the executive director on my visit, and I was extremely taken aback by their kindness and openness to learning about our case. We spent a lot of time getting to know the other residents in the neighborhood and watching them engage in activities, which I really loved. I had the opportunity to see an entertainment at the neighborhood, and it seemed like a lot of fun. I would tell my friends about the location. And I'm happy to have located the ideal location for my mother.

My loved one is currently a resident at Oakmont of Roseville. The staff at this facility is friendly and helpful. They're open to answering questions, but don't expect reports/updates. The move in was fairly simple. The meals are good, but it's difficult for dementia patients to eat on their own. Overall, my loved one's experience at this facility has been very good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Oakmont is a friendly, clean, loving and happy environment. The staff is caring and loving. It is a very clean place. The food is delicious and there are many choices. There are lots of activities and happy hour twice a week. I recommend Oakmont very highly for your loved ones.

The staff at Oakmont of Folsom is always caring and willing to go out of their way for the residents. They make accommodations for personal preferences and make every effort to plan motivating activities that they might enjoy including scenic drives. I highly recommend this facility based on the staff working there!

My loved one is currently a resident at Oakmont of Torrance and everything has been great for her at this facility. The best thing about this place is the staff, they are very accessible and friendly. We have yet to have any problems concerning my loved one's care. I would recommend Oakmont of Torrance to others.

Ivy Park at Seal Beach is by far the best facility we looked at. It's expensive but the quality of the facility, the services and the staff made the transition from home to assisted living so smooth. They are so organized in their admissions process, which helped because we knew nothing. They are responsive to our calls and requests. Just no issues at all. I would for sure recommend this community to others who are looking.

Everything is top notch! Awesome people and so good to their guests and family members. Our friends have been ther and felt the love. We picked this community because it was smaller and more personal.

Our mom has been at Oakmont Folsom for 9 months now. Oakmont has been a godsend, allowing us to have our mom local while getting her round-the-clock attention and care. The outstanding feature of Oakmont Folsom is the people, from the care givers to the other staff as well. We know the care givers by name and they take individualized care of mom, showing real, sincere concern for her and her health and happiness. It's obvious their heart is in the right place. But we've had been more than happy with the kind and capable folks who work at the front desk, the activities staff, the resident relations staff person...heck, even the marketing staff person has her heart in the right place and watches out for Mom and other residents. The apt is clean and spacious enough, the building well maintained, clean, and decorated. The environment is always lively and seasonal. It's a small building with individualized attention and care and we appreciate their care for mom and support of us.

Overall Oakmont of Folsom is a stellar assisted living facility for my Mother. The staff, from the care aides, the medical techs, and the administrative staff are very good and dedicated to their job duties. The fact that this is one of the smaller Oakmonts in the Sacramento region is what I believe to be a bonus in connection to my Mother being able to receive such great care relative to the cost.

My mom joined Oakmont Folsom 3 years ago. I recently had her moved to memory care and the staff has been so helpful with the transition. She is doing great and her care is outstanding. Great supportive staff and she loves her room and “helpers”. Truly has been a great place for her, happy we chose it.

My mother entered Oakmont Dementia Care two years ago. She was very depressed after losing her husband to Covid and had difficulty adjusted to other senior home environments. With mild dementia, she needed to be in a care facility but was more cognitively capable than others in the care unit. Oakmont made her welcome by allowing her interaction with the general senior care activities and putting her to work 'helping' care for her fellow dementia care patients such as calling Bingo numbers and going on walks. She is now so enamored of Oakmont that she tells us not to call between 8 am and 5 pm because she is too busy to speak with us. Much happier outcome for all of us!

My mother has been at Oakmont of Folsom for over two years. I toured a lot of places before deciding that this is the best place. It is a smaller community so she doesn't get lost in the population. Everyone knows each other. It is a beautiful facility. The professionals that work there have become like family. When Mom first moved in, I felt like I needed to check up on her and make sure she was being taken care of. I found out pretty quickly that was not necessary. Oakmont personnel do their jobs and do them well. The facility is clean and safe. The food is nutritious and good. I would move there just for the food! The location is great because they are only a few minutes away from Mercy Hospital in Folsom. That is a great comfort when your loved one is in their 90s. They have good social activities, a salon and on-site physical therapy. They truly provide a loving home for their residents.

The staff has always known who my mom is and where she is. That is so important to me. It shows that they care about her. She turns 98 today, as is happy and content. Great job Oakmont of folsom staff. has always

Everyone was so very helpful and kind. They were very patient with my dad. This was the first facility that my dad wanted to look at and we needed a place as soon as possible. We liked the people we met when we came to tour. There was a room available so that made our choice even easier and we got him in right away. I would 1000%recommend Oakmont of The Lakes to others.

It is worth the cost if you can afford it. We picked this community for our loved one because, of the location. It's expensive.

We toured Ivy Park at West Hills when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. Our tour was a very positive experience. This facility was a nice place. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness were great!

I've been very happy with our choice of community. My father seems to be doing very well under their care. The staff are very friendly. And the location is perfect for all of his follow up visits with his physicians.

It's a very nice facility, both apartments and common areas. Extra care is available and excellent. Staff, all the way up to and including the executive director, were helpful and caring.

We picked this community, because of the location. The tour experience was excellent, and the facility was spacious. Respite, furnished room was available immediately after release from the hospital.
