They are so friendly. We've eaten there ourselves and they give you three choices. The food is good. They take y loved one on little field trips. I really can't say enough. They're a great place. We picked this community because, of the friendliness right from the start. The way the rooms are set up. We felt very welcomed from the get go. I'd encourage any one looking for a place please check it out. The scenery and location is beautiful.

The food looks very good. They have a lot of activites such as bingo, and entertainment. They are reasonably priced for similiar facilities, and they were the cheapest. It was the nicest community, the place is very lovely, and the grounds is beautiful. The offer low-income grants as well. The staff is very nice. For the money, it was the best facility.

What we really like about Oakmont of Pacific Beach are the helpers who come assist her w showers, etc. they r all very kind and friendly

5 stars all the way, we cannot say enough good things about the facility. Great staff who are polite, efficient, and caring. They have good food and huge bright rooms. IT is just fabulous all around. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Also good price compared to other facilities I viewed. We recently even received a stunning bouquet of flowers from Oakmont .

This felt like a large hotel. They had a lot of state of art technology. It was more than we wanted to spend and too large for my loved one.

My mother has lived at Cottages of Carmel for approximately 9 months and has never been happier. She enjoys the surroundings as well as the staff, food and activities. She always has something fun or interesting to do if she wants or is able to spend time in her studio apartment which is comfortable, light and airy. This community was an excellent choice for her and I'm so pleased that she is enjoying her life here so much. We were very fortunate to have found this home for her.

The staff is great. My loved one likes the food. We picked this community because of the people that my mom met, and the reputation of the community.

I have had my mother here since April 2019. The staff has always been very caring a responsive. The activities are designed from research and science on how to keep your loved one engaged and stimulated. There has been an ownership change and some staff changes. It seems for the better as all the rooms have been remodeled. What I really like about the location is there are lots of skylights and glass doors. Other places I have visited were dark and claustrophobic. Cresent Landing is open, airy and lots of space for my mom to walk around. The outside gardens are well maintained and inviting. I'm happy she can be in such a loving space!

We really needed a place for my mother to stay. Crescent Landings staff has been nothing but helpful to us. [name removed] (Executive Director) addressed any concerns we had, made time for us and our concerns talked to us at length about thing we didn't know or understand. [name removed](Receptionist) is always cheerful and ready to help in anyway she can if she doesn't have the answer to our question she finds it. My mom eats really well and the meals are well balanced. She is able to do crafts, sing, dance (in her wheele chair) and just enjoy herself. We are able to come see her at anytime and it feels great for us to know that she is clean and safe and well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful with trees and flowers, there is a gazebo if you would like to sit outside with your loved one. Or you can walk and find a bench. It has been newly remodeled and looks great inside and out. We are pleased with the facility and glad we have her there.

Lots of Great things happening here..Chefs menus are delicious- servers know everyones needs-do they need extra water? Do they need a napkins at all times>> It is the little things that make the Facility like a Loving Home.. The physical space is well designed- lots of yard, grass and all safely controlled. The TV room is comfortable and the dining room is large so everyone has space to move around- with or without a cane, walker or wheel chair. You always feel welcomed when you come to visit your loved one..Thank You all for dedicating your time for our people that are in such need..

We made the difficult decision almost a year ago to move our loved one into a Memory care facility. As difficult as it was we knew for safety reasons that it was time. Our experience at Crescent Landing has been an extremely positive one. After just a couple of weeks our loved one felt at home. In fact, now when we go to visit her and take her “off campus” for a few hours she’s always ready to go home to Crescent Landing. She is happy, healthy and thriving in her new environment. She tells us she loves living and working on campus! We are thankful to have found the perfect spot for our loved one.

If money had not been an object, Oakmont of Escondido Hills would have been hands down our first choice. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff did an outstanding job of giving us a thorough tour and really explaining to us the things that they could or could not handle. We really appreciated their honesty.

We picked this community because of, the quality of staff, and the ability to meet needs of both my loved ones. Mom is treated with dignity and encouraged to participate in activities. The staff are loving and attentive. Dad has found community outside the memory care side, which is where they both live for mom's care.

What really stood out to us was the customer service - everyone was and still has been incredible friendly and nice. Based on our experience we would 100% recommend The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens community to other families.

The staff at Sunrise of La Palma are super friendly and helpful. The facility size is not too big that way residents will not get lost. They also have plenty of activities offered to keep them busy.

A lot of places did not take him because of the care that he needed, so we were happy that they were able to take him here. It was also the best looking facility out of the ones that we visited. The staff seemed like they wanted to get involved and help my dad meet new residents and do activities. After he got here, it was obviously to us that he was dying, it took us a while before staff/hospice/and family could get on the same page. He was here about 3 weeks before he passed away. I would tell others that if your loved one is in a lot of pain, perhaps talk to hospice and make sure that the pain medicine is scheduled and not up to discrepancy of the staff members. Make sure to visit the first week at all different hours of the day.

We had a very good tour experience with Sunrise of Pleasanton. The facility itself is very elegant. The lady who showed us around did a great job. Unfortunately it was just way too expensive for what we could afford. When she called to follow up and I had told her that we chose [facility name removed], she was happy and knew the directors name over there. It seems that the community of elder care in this area is very connected to each other and I like that.

This facility is really good. It took awhile for my parents to settle in, but I think we're finally getting there. The staff has been a great support with the adjustment. It's always clean and professional here. It really is wonderful. Communication with the family is good. The executive director is very good and very personable, she explains things very well. The head of healthcare is very knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful. The only suggestion I would have for improvement is the communication of monthly charges. The monthly bill isn't itemized and I think that would be very helpful, especially when there are increases. We've had some confusion/questions there and I think itemization would definitely help with that. It's the most expensive option out of all of the facilities we looked at, but has been great so far. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Oakmont is a beautiful community with the most gorgeous courtyard. My Aunt loves sitting outside with others. They also have an awesome movie theater where they show movies everyday. Oakmont has a great Activities Director [name removed]and she does many fun things. She takes residents on outings, they play games, do crafts and fun events. I know Oakmont was the right place for my loved one.

I toured this community and it was beautiful. There was a lot of positive energy here. Very clean and staff was friendly. It was more expensive than most of the others we toured.
