Good community during the tour. Nice property and great flow for memory care.

We chose Ivy Park because of the proximity of the facility to my brothers house which works well for emergencies. The room sizes here are beautiful. The director is lovely, she takes the time to answer all of your questions, she is there via email and phone when you need her, and she is very hands on with the residents. I would recommend to other families who are looking.

The meals overall are pretty good and when we speak to our parents they seem to really enjoy the activities they have going on. The community is very clean, they like the location and for them the value for cost is worth it.

We had a nice tour at Oakmont of Whittier. What a beautiful place! It was just so much more expensive. If you had unlimited funds, this would definitely be a place you would want to go.

It's phenomenal. The transition was handled incredibly well by Oakmont. They're incredibly attentive to everybody's adjustment. They keep you abreast during the transition phase with phone calls and emails, and they send out newsletters. They're very transparent in their communication. It's like a cruise ship in the desert - they have everything! My mom raves about the food, and they have their own executive chef. They have tons of things to do, something for everybody. She's enjoyed the little tour excursions, PT, movie club, and just socializing with other residents in general. Her cognitive ability has absolutely stopped declining, and in some instances has even improved, due to Oakmont facilitating her diet, stimulation, and socialization. They don't allow her to play victim. Instead, they support her and give her that little push when needed. Every single person there is so skilled. That's exactly where I would want to go when I reach that point in life.

My loved one does not participate in a lot of the activities but they do have things for the residents to do. However, my loved one is more interested in card games as to arts and crafts. Due to where I live it is a great location, great professionalism and friendly staff. It makes it all worth it and my father feels like this is his home. I would advise to give it a try.

They have a lot of services and amenities provided at Oakmont of Lodi, It is like a five star resort

We think it's a very nice place. It has a lot of amenities, and they have special events regularly. Every Thursday they have a happy hour, and they schedule events for the families to attend as well. I think they're really working hard to keep people happy. The staff is very friendly, and most of the residents are as well. Mom tells me the food is pretty good. We really like that if you end up needing assisted living down the road, you don't have to move to another apartment, which was not the case anywhere else that we looked. You also have a choice of a studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom apartment. And her 1-bedroom is very roomy.

We absolutely love it here. I would definitely recommend Crescent Landing. We have found my mother to be thriving. She is extremely happy. She has friends and is not stuck at home alone. She just loves it. We are so pleased with the staff, and even the residents are so sweet as well. We just love it here.

Overall, we are very impressed with Oakmont. It is the kind of place [name removed] feels comfortable in. The food is good, the place is clean, and the staff is competent and friendly. She just doesn't like buying her own toilet paper.

This community was nice and had smaller rooms than some of the other communities it was also more expensive.

We have not had personal experience with the meas and dining service but from just seeing the dining hall it is beautiful and the meals look good. They do offer exercise classes and social setting activities, so the residents who choose to participate.

We loved this place , they just did not have a pool. They had a spa tub and said that they would let her go there to take her weekly bath. But my loved one really likes water aerobics and being in the pool and they did not have that. The location was also too far everyone was wonderful and really sweet.

This was my second choice, my loved one loved this community, the only thing that she noticed is that she did not see many people around so she did not know how well she would connect to people. The rooms were outdated and not enough storage space for my loved one.

The people are very friendly here. The staff take good care of the residents. The food is great. Some of the activities available include bingo, games, poker, Wii bowling, movies, entertainment and more for the residents to choose from.
