I continue to be very pleased with all of the staff, facilities and programs Sunrise has in caring for my brother. My only concern is that his laundry fairly frequently does not get done weekly as expected. I live 1,200 miles away so do not personally see this, however, have been advised that this is the case. Overall, I continue to rate Sunrise of Claremont EXCELLENT!

I am a professional that refers many clients. I have placed 2 families at the facility and they have been very happy.

Ivy Park is a perfect fit for my sister, who I put there. The staff is outstanding. The only problem I have is they seem to have some turnover, and right now it's affecting their activities - but they have told us there's a fix in place with a new activities director starting this month. There's a little bit of everything when the activities are there. The apartments are a good size. From what my sister tells me, the food is awesome. She also tells people how good of a place it is during their tour!

Our family had an in person tour and it was wonderful, they put our names up in the entry way to welcome us when we arrived but it was just to expensive for us

It's a very nice place. My friend seems to be happy there and pleased with the care. He's very happy with the food, and that's coming from a very picky person. We've been very happy with the staff we've dealt with. We toured several other assisted living places in the area, and they all cost quite a bit more. So this is a great value. And we've already told others what a great place Rockville Terrace is.

We toured Oakmont of Westpark and it was absolutely lovely. We ultimately chose another community as it boiled down to cost. Oakmont also didn't have that same inviting & cozy-feel as the community we chose.

This was a fantastic experience for the family and our loved one. The community is beautiful and the staff are nice. It feels like you are in a home away from home. There is a dining room and the community serves three meals a day. Bingo, piano, singers, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in.

Everyone from top to bottom and their greeter were just absolutely wonderful. All of the residents and staff members on the memory care side were fantastic. The activities coordinator was wonderful, and the manager was also present, active and professional. Even though the meals sometimes were a hit or miss with our loved one there was only different options for her to pick from instead.

We toured Sunrise of Monterey, and had a good tour experience and first impression. We chose another community because it was my loved one's preference.

My loved one participates in all of the activities. This is a great community and I would look into it here. It is a beautiful community and everyone is very nice. Whenever I have a question they always make sure they get right back to me even if I have to leave a message. The tour was good and they allowed us to come in and have lunch with my loved one to help her get comfortable with living at the community. It felt like home compared to some of the other communities I looked at.

This was a nice community but we just did not end up going with this community. It was brand new and it was a lot of nice things about it. This community was also very expensive it was just not the right fit for my loved one.

This community was very nice this was a close second for me. I liked what they had to say and what all I saw at this community.

I love the beautiful courtyard, the love I receive from the staff - i.e.: the nurses! My private apartment is spacious & my cat receives lots of care when I'm not there. Thank you, everyone!

The cleanliness of the entire community just stood out to us right, the second you walk into Oakmont it is just so beautiful. The have different activities going on all the time. There is a karaoke machine, a bunch of games and she really enjoys all the different puzzles. Based on our experience with the Oakmont community we would recommend it to others - it is expensive but everything is expensive these days.

We have had no complaints at all. My father in law loves the food, you get a menu to choose from and the entrees change daily. They do always have some particular menu items at all times if you do not like what is being served. The staff are all super accommodating and treat the extended family very well. I have been so impressed with how thoughtful they are. I think they are doing the best that they can with the activities provided. They have lots of exercise classes, a walking class, happy hours, etc. I do think that it would be nice to have more entertainment coming in. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Alta Loma to others looking.

My mother spent her final 3 years at Cottages of Carmel. The facility is new, immaculate, and well equipped. It is centrally located and close to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. But what really sets it apart is the warm, caring and compassionate administration and staff. My mother loved the caregivers and med techs, and had close relationships with other residents. There is a wide variety of activities and events, and she particularly enjoyed the daily walks and the group exercise classes. Weekly excursions such as scenic drives and shopping outings were a big hit. If you are looking for a safe, loving environment with many activities, Cottages of Carmel is the place! Highly recommended!

The facility itself is beautiful and the staff have been great, I had both my parents in here and my mother passed away last week. The staff here were amazing at handling at everything. My dad has said that he would like a little bit more variety in the activities, maybe some more outdoor activities since they have a gorgeous courtyard. They do take the residents to parks and Saturday they will take them to the grocery store. I have eaten here a few times and I think they charge way too much for what they are serving. It is very expensive and it is a lot of add on fees.

My mother is in assisted living and based on the information we had at the time we went to memory care and that is not what my mother needed . The tour was very good and they even gave a gift bag at the end of the tour.

We loved the community. There was a waiting list, and we needed something faster.
