Wonderful place. All staff were caring and got to know my brother. His room was well kept, cleaned regularly. They made us feel welcomed when we came to visit. He didn't participate in many of the activities but while I visited I got to see what they did with the residents. I talked with the nurse manager on several occasions and she was helpful and addressed my questions. I don't have anything negative to say.

I toured this place with [name removed] and [name removed], they did a great job showing me everything like the dining room,courtyard,activities room,gym and a few different apartments. Everything was really clean and really nice!! They were great explaining everything I would need to get to get my parents to move in. I learned lots about the whole process and look forward to moving my parents in soon. What a great place

Excellent caregiving, nursing, makes, executive director, receptionist, and all admin. Beautiful rooms, beautiful place.

It's very nice place rooms and care are good. Expensive but good . Quality , staff and close to family

The meals and dining could use some improvements and its expensive but I think it's all worth it. It feels more like a hotel than a nursing facility. The staff are great and they keep the place very clean My aunt really likes it, but the food is a little drab, I'm sure it's not easy to make everyone happy. You can order room services, but it gets pricey

I enjoy visiting this facility due to the friendliness of everyone who is there, including care staff, third party visitors and residents. Everyone always greets you and are happy to be there. The residents living there seem to enjoy their stay as they are always busy with activities and socializing. You can tell right away it is a close community.

This is a lovely facility with a beautiful garden and an elegant and large indoor areas with the feel of a luxury hotel. The staff were friendly as well as professional. The food we were offered was delicious and well prepared and presented. There are lots of activities should one wish to use them. The units we saw were one bedroom units. There were two bedroom units which were not available so we could see them. They also have a a Memory Care section which is helpful if a spouse needs this service and if the other spouse needs a more active lifestyle. I liked the facility a lot.

My mother is a current resident at Oakmont of Roseville. The staff is amazing. The care and attention that they give each resident is above any level I have seen. They have given my moma a purpose. She feels safe and well cared for. I couldn't not ask for a better place for my mom.

This place is amazing!!! I can't say enough about how welcoming this facility is. The marketing director [name removed] was very accommodating and very insightful. I really appreciated her vision and understanding about what we are going through with my Mom. The building is in perfect condition.... like a Ritz for senior living. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I can't recommend this place enough.

The main reason we chose Ivy Park was the cost. It was more than I hoped to spend, but it was still really nice and much nicer than any of the other places I looked at that were a little more affordable. They just weren't acceptable. I am extremely happy with Ivy Park, they are very helpful and flexible to work with.

The facility at this time appears understaffed and the caregivers overworked. For example, residents needing assistance are only showered once a week My sister in-law was not bathed for 2 weeks because the staff was not free. Nursing staff is excellent. Many of the caregivers are kind, professional, caring people. Physical therapy staff is excellent.

We are so very fortunate to have found Oakmont. The apartments are well-designed and the activities stimulating. But the real blessing is Oakmont's caring and lovely staff. From the very first day, they have taken in our mom and welcomed her into a warm community, which has been wonderful for her and a godsend for our family. We are very grateful. Thank you!

I have been so impressed with Oakmont since placing my parent there in the memory care area. They plan activities daily, check in on them regularly, work with you on any concerns, keep the rooms and areas immaculate, communicate regularly, and every time I visit ( almost daily) everyone that works there is smiling and respectful to the residents. They all have a genuine care for the residents as if they’re their own family member! I’m so pleased and can rest at night knowing they’re being well-taken care of.

I would give all 8 of these items a 5. It was a pleasure having my brother stay there as he was well cared for and I never had anything to worry about. They are attentive to the needs of the patient. And the needs of the family.

my mom was very resistive to leaving her home of 60 years to go into a care facility. Ivy Park is extremely close to the home she was leaving so that was a big help. Ivy Park is a very nice home that anyone would feel comfortable at. We visited 6 different care facilities and Ivy Park was hands down the best overall. My mom is actually thriving there now with several friends and activities galore. Staff at Ivy Park is wonderful and the facilities, in general, is top shelf. I cannot imagine a care facility better than Ivy Park. Highly recommended from all three of my mom's loving sons.

My spouse is staying in an assisted living department. All the people I’ve interacted with have been wonderful. They are very caring and really active trying to get my wife well enough to come home. The parking is a little limited, and this is the only bad thing I have to say about the place!

Cost was mid range compared to other options. They worked carefully with my loved one when she had to move from assisted-living to memory care. From the many tours of assisted living to memory care places, Ivy Park Otay ranch stood out in all categories that are important for the family and resident. The managers are friendly and caring, as well as the entire staff. They are willing to make living at Ivy Park about the individual residence needs but also really treating them as a whole person and including the family in decisions. Beautiful and clean facility that is up to date with a great floorplan. They plan and follow through on activities and special events. My loved one has actually made a lot of friends and enjoys the activities. They often go out to movies or for ice cream in the facility van along with caregivers.

Ivy Park is a lovely assisted living residence. The food is great, they have lots of activities and the rooms are spacious yet cozy. It is conveniently located near everything you need, and the staff have all been terrific.

Oakmont of Riverpark is a wonderful home for my aging parent. I considered a number of different care communities in my search for just the right spot for my Mother with her advancing Alzheimer’s disease. It is a very difficult and emotional time for my family. The staff at Oakmont during our initial meetings eased the process and their staff has been very attentive and supportive. I’d especially like to call the Director of the Memory Care wing. [name removed] has been a wonderful and I am lucky to have her as a partner in the care of my Mother. I recommend Oakmont of Riverpark to anyone looking for the next stage of care for their family. It can be difficult, but the people ease the burden.
