I've lived at Oakmont of Westpark for a few months now, and it's been an incredible experience. The tranquility of the community is what stood out to me the most. The beautifully landscaped grounds make it feel like a peaceful retreat. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy day, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quiet, serene place to call home!

Sadly my Dad passed away in December and we moved my mom to a one bedroom and the cost is now a concern so I Hope I can keep her there... [name removed] and [name removed] did their very best to try to help us but unfortunately corporate wasn't willing to adjust the new monthly rate... I truly can't say enough about the staff! From the gals at the desk who greet me when I come to visit[name removed] [name removed], and [name removed] always with a smile and are so friendly when I call, to [name removed] and [name removed] with planning and activities seeing these two interact with the residents is truly amazing! They are so Great at what they DO! I absolutely love several of the servers in the dining room especially [name removed]! [name removed]is my next favorite! [name removed] the manager of the dining room does an outstanding job and I see her go above and beyond every time I'm there! Also a big shout out to the maintenance team for working so hard to get the new room ready so fast and helping me with whatever I needed! Huge respect and appreciation for [name removed] the woman that cleans my mom's room! What a sweetheart she is! So thankful for All at The Ivy!!!

All staff members are very attentive and responsive. They make an effort to know all visitors by name. The smaller size was comforting to our loved ones and made it easier to get settled in. The food is varied, healthy and tasty. We have been very happy so far.

The staff members are not only professional and highly trained, but they genuinely care about the residents. They take the time to connect with my mom, making sure she feels seen, heard, and valued. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to maintaining a calm and supportive environment for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions. One of the things that stands out the most is how individualized the care is. The staff works closely with our family to understand my mom’s specific needs, preferences, and routines. I would rate them a 10, if I could. I would absolutely recommend Ivy Park at Bonita to others. It is a GREAT place and my Dad is very happy there.

My father does not like the food. The staff is very attentive and the nurses keep me in the loop on all matters. They communicate concerns with my dad's doctor. The rooms are a nice size. Perfect for my father's needs. My father is wheelchair bound so the bathrooms is ADA accessible.

Love the size of Ivy park. Love the staff and people. The food is the number one complaint and annual costs are number one complaints.

Staff is great. Really great. Yes, we would recommend Ivy Park at Studio City to other families who may need a place for their loved ones, but the care cost is pretty high compared to other communities
