Mom moved in (she's 100 yrs old) and loves it there. Her room is more like an apartment, we were able to bring almost all of her furniture. The staff is all over and greets everyone with a smile. My 87-year old mother moved into the memory care unit called Evergreen in mid-[date removed] after being diagnosed with vascular dementia. The staff has been supportive, helpful and cooperative from the Executive Director to the Care providers. The 2 stars are the Activities Coordinator [name removed] and the front receptionist [name removed]. This place is well maintained, organized and very clean. It sits on a beautiful property very accessible. I highly recommend it for consideration.

Staff is very caring of my mom and our family. Activities, staff have daily activities that keep my mom stimulated to keep her mind being used, instead of just watching TV. Ivy Park is a nice facility. The apartments are nice, clean, and modern. Good amenities at the facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dining menu is also good and offers a lot of options. Happy to have found this place for my mom.

The grounds were always well kept the staff was outstanding my mother was always clean and well taken care of. She loved the food, they had Christmas dinners, Thanksgiving dinner, we had barbecues on the Fourth of July. Valentine's Day they had entertainment come in all the time with sing-alongs. They had activities arts, and crafts . They had daily activities such as gardening, travel, videos. I was very impressed with everything.
Ivy Park has been a great option for us. I am pleased with their care and attention to my mother. I would absolutely recommend

My experience with Ivy Park at Milpitas so far. This facility is clean and bright, most of the people works there are friendly and responsible. The food is fine too. Since my mom only knows little English, it is too bad she couldn't attend and enjoy most of the activities there, and she couldn't make lots of friends there neither. Those are the only drawback for her, I think.
