My spouse is staying in an assisted living department. All the people I’ve interacted with have been wonderful. They are very caring and really active trying to get my wife well enough to come home. The parking is a little limited, and this is the only bad thing I have to say about the place!

Cost was mid range compared to other options. They worked carefully with my loved one when she had to move from assisted-living to memory care. From the many tours of assisted living to memory care places, Ivy Park Otay ranch stood out in all categories that are important for the family and resident. The managers are friendly and caring, as well as the entire staff. They are willing to make living at Ivy Park about the individual residence needs but also really treating them as a whole person and including the family in decisions. Beautiful and clean facility that is up to date with a great floorplan. They plan and follow through on activities and special events. My loved one has actually made a lot of friends and enjoys the activities. They often go out to movies or for ice cream in the facility van along with caregivers.

Ivy Park is a lovely assisted living residence. The food is great, they have lots of activities and the rooms are spacious yet cozy. It is conveniently located near everything you need, and the staff have all been terrific.

Oakmont of Riverpark is a wonderful home for my aging parent. I considered a number of different care communities in my search for just the right spot for my Mother with her advancing Alzheimer’s disease. It is a very difficult and emotional time for my family. The staff at Oakmont during our initial meetings eased the process and their staff has been very attentive and supportive. I’d especially like to call the Director of the Memory Care wing. [name removed] has been a wonderful and I am lucky to have her as a partner in the care of my Mother. I recommend Oakmont of Riverpark to anyone looking for the next stage of care for their family. It can be difficult, but the people ease the burden.

Staff is great. the facility is very clean. the food is great. Kitchen and wait staff friendly and attentive. Front desk personnel greets you when you come in.

Excellent - My mom is receiving such good care. Ivy Park is responsive, caring, clean - I am so happy I chose them. It is a relatively small facility, well appointed, lovely environment, after interviewing multiple staff members was so impressed with their level of professionalism and training

So, since my mom passed in[, they have had almost a complete turnover of the manager positions, so some of this may differ greatly with the new [date removed] team. For the time my mom was there [date removed], the director was very responsive to questions or issues and quickly answered or dealt with anything. The you lady running the business office was also very good at explaining things, making any corrections/adjustments to any billing that needed to be made as care needs changed, and getting me the written records to show everything for my files. [name removed], who managed the care team was awesome. She let me know what things were changing with my mom's care needs and included me in the solution generation. In some cases her team added more care and in some cases I took care of minor things. I felt like my input was valued and I had control over what we were going to do and when. My mom loved the food there. She also adored her caregivers. When she was close to passing, and had to go to the ER at the hospital, she was very adamant that she wanted to pass "at home" at Ivy Park and not at the hospital. The team at Ivy Park worked with the hospice organization to get things set up so my mom could return there to pass peacefully where she felt comfort=able and around people she trusted.

No massages as advertised....hair salon very expensive....no computer or phone lessons.....$[fee removed] to bring tray to room. Yikes way too expensive.....$[fee removed] a month to have a car here. Yikes , way too expensive. .......limited visited parking. Only two days a week to drive residents places.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Oakmont Senior Living! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the community is warm and welcoming. The facilities are well-maintained, and it truly feels like home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and comfortable senior living community!

Oakmont of Roseville is head and shoulders better. From day one of the sight tour. To the activities schedule to tailoring needs just for my mom. Every employee us smiling and greet you by name.

There's a tremendous sense of community between the residents and staff. The staff is very involved in hosting recreational activities.

Very friendly, no pressure. They just redid the whole courtyard area, really nice and enjoyable for all.

It is expensive but I love the beautiful facility and the staff is exceptionally nice. Yes, I would recommend Oakmont of Fair Oaks to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

You get what you pay for, I guess. [fee removed] + per month is a little pricey. When I learned my sister needed assisted living I took her to several places and she decided where to stay. The Oakmont of El Dorado Hills was the nicest by far. It is immaculate. My sister is a foodie and loves the menu choices she has every meal. She devours salmon daily as it is her favorite food and is available every lunch and dinner. The food service is beautiful and the staff serving the food is so nice. The facility has ongoing musical entertainment, wellness classes and my sister was thrilled to see they have an art room. She and a friend were able to organize an art show and the items shown by both residents and staff were quite nice. Everyone, including staff and residents, has been a pleasure to meet and they make my sister very happy. If someone wants to see what a place like this is like, the Ted Danson show, "A Man on the Inside", is a funny, easy way to check it out. The place where Ted does his investigating is just like the Oakmont. A couple of other things that have benefitted my sister are American River Providers who have an NP come to her room for her medical needs and EmpowerMe Wellness that provides on site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and a caregiving program paid for by Medicare. My parents were originally going to move into Oakmont together. Once we all took the tour, it was easy to choose Oakmont over any of the other assisted living communities in the area. Dad passed away before the move, so we moved Mom in by herself. Her apartment is light, comfortable, and quite spacious compared to other over places we researched. As we were moving in we were impressed with the cleanliness and overall great condition of moms' apartment. There is plenty of storage, the bathroom is roomy with a big shower, and a chair fits easily inside for safety. Mom loves how friendly everyone is, from the front desk staff, the housekeepers, the dining room wait staff, the med techs, and the residents. She can be as bust as she wants to be with all the various activities made avaliable. The food is very good and Mom looks forward to her meals. My brothers and I take comfort in the fact that Mom feels comfortable and safe in her new home.

I toured Ivy Park on Foothill Blvd., Roseville. The facility is exceptional: exceptionally clean, a comfortably at home vibe, beautifully furnished, and a very well organized flow of daily care and activity. There are many exceptional activities for seniors to choose from. My number one pick for Mom- Ivy Park!

I visited 12 different assisted living living communities. Oakmont of Silver Creek was clearly the best one. My mother is very happy there and she is difficult to impress. I would recommend Oakmont to everyone

My father currently resides at Oakmont of Roseville, a resident of four years. I can't say enough about his experience there. The staff is outstanding, so caring and friendly. They treat the residents with dignity and respect, and are well trained to meet the needs of the elderly. There are many opportunities for the residents to make friends, with activities going all day. My dad is always commenting on how good the food is, and I can agree, as I've eaten there with him many times. His apartment is comfortable and spacious. He's very happy there, and I'm grateful that he's well cared for. Oakmont of Roseville is a five-star residence!
