Comfortable rooms, good staff, lots of activities inside and outside. Weekly bus ride around the area. Food is good Everyone there seemed to enjoy being there. Good number of staff so everyone had guidance in activities and help if they needed extra assistance

The Lodge at Piner Road is an amazing place for those who need assisted living. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and very professional. Their rooms are great and their food is great. There are plenty of activities to join in on. I highly recommend The Lodge at Piner Road!

It's a wonderful facility BUT they want to charge/raise rent [percent removed]% yearly. It's highway robbery. They also charge $[fee removed]/month in "re-direction" for my mom. Overall it is a nice place. I have toured many- and for the price it's once of the better ones

Everyone are so kind and helpful. You feel good about leaving your love one there. I would definitely recommend.

What we like the most about Ivy Park is the location, cleanliness and the staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They were quick to respond to a request for an interview and walk thru. The facility was clean and seemed very organized. But since we only stayed 2 weeks hard to rate the rest # 4-8.

For me I would give the Lodge a 5 on everything. However as to the value for the money. I may be bias as I'm grandfathered in at a lower rate from last year due to when we signed up. I know rates have changed so I can't speak to the new rates. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The small cottage setup is perfect for my husband. He gets very personalized care by the same staff. He wouldn't eat after his stroke and all the staff at Ivy Park worked with his doctor and me to overcome that serious problem. He is now eating with continued oversight by the care staff. I also feel very supported and anytime I have a concern or request it is quickly addressed. Ivy Park was the perfect choice for both my husband and me.

I can tell you my father in law loves the people he loves the ability to socialize and make new friendships. He loves the food there and has gained 20lbs since moving there. My husband likes the staff and we appreciate the great care he is receiving there.

5 for all categories. I would give a rating of 10, if I could. Ivy Park is a small community, so my Dad gets lots of attention. The staff at Ivy Park is very friendly and keeps me informed about my Dad. My Dad is very happy and comfortable there.

What we like the most about Ivy Park is the Non hospital feel. Inner communication and yes we would recommend this community to other families

Everyone helpful, friendly and professional in their duties . Menus balanced and varied, various daily activities provided. Place is clean. Price is on the higher end but worth it. # 1 BUILDING EQUIPMENTS UPKEEP rates a 3. Elevators, Washers & Dryers, frequently "Out of Service" and Internet Service going down.

Facility is very clean Friendliness and quality of care. Excellent. Administrative staff- not very responsive, we were overcharged 3 months ago and still are waiting for a resolution. Food, mom likes it. Great activities. Value for the money- it's very expensive and her dementia gets worse and she need more care it will cost more than we can afford

I only toured this community, so have not experienced it in action. My tour guide was very warm and informative/ attentive to all my questions and concerns. Staff were welcoming, residents seem relaxed & happy. The facility itself is beautiful and clean.

It's a very nice facility and thankfully [name removed] has been settling in nicely there and we can have confidence that she is being well cared for and looked after.

My mother in law lived the Carlotta. Although she was only there for some rehab one month, she enjoyed it very much. Delicious menus, clean and friendly attendants.

5 across the board. The staff is incredibly kind and patient. Lots of great amenities. Dining experience is delicious and healthy. Safe and secure.

The staff was very welcoming when my aunt first moved in. When I am there to visit, they are very friendly and helpful if I need any assistance. My questions are answered and most importantly, my aunt seems very happy. I was told my aunt enjoys all the daily activities scheduled.

From day one the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. The facility is beautiful, food is very good, and a lovely garden patio area. Many activities available every day. Would highly recommend this facility.
