None of these places are perfect, but my parents health has gotten better since moving here. It is new and well kept. A bit pricey. Still settling in as a new facility so a lot of new employees all the time. Activities have been lousy (going to restaurants all the time), but new activities director has been hired and things are getting better. Food is very good, quality, choices, service.

San Ramon - Sunrise Villa Low income units are kitchenette only with microwave and small refrigerator.. The studio is so small it is depressing $2,310 move in fee is waived The one bedroom is almost useless if he has to have a king size bed $2,763 We didn't take photos of them. Toured very nice place is an option to be considered.

I was working w [name removed] -who was wonderful- and am now working w [name removed] - who has been wonderful. I put my aunt’s name on a waiting list (w $2,000 deposit). Have arranged for [name removed] to come visit my aunt at Crystal Cove on [date removed]. And hoping my aunt would be up for a visit maybe on Tues.

A really lovely place in a quiet location with both Assisted Living and Memory Care available.

Toured this property Thursday, [date removed], with [name removed], marketing director. The property looked and smelled brand new and clean, probably because it still is, BUT it has been well-maintained. All of the residents appeared clean and well-groomed. I struck up conversations with different family members who were onsite visiting residents and they were all extremely pleased with this facility. The floorplans are spacious and bright. I really loved the “memory box” style entrances for the memory care section, as this is very similar to what I currently do at our home to help spark memories. I do not currently have family LIVING at this property, but I may in the near future. Facility was 100% reserved at the time of tour, currently only awaiting 1 move-in, which I thought was pretty remarkable being that it had just opened on May 1st of this year. Anyhow, I am looking forward to revisiting this property in the near future.

It was an extremely nice place. The people, activities, layout, etc. were top notch. Out of our price range, but if you can do it, it seems like a great choice.

Rockville is a fairly new beautiful place.The rooms are spacious, and there is a lot of closet space.I am still holding out for two bathrooms, so will continue visiting. [name removed]

Beautifully decorated, brand new facility with large accommodations. There are only 20 residents there at this time, so it was difficult to judge activities or staff interactions. There was one lady in the dining room (it was about 2:30, and apparently the dining times are any time a resident wants to eat). The common areas almost felt too big and open (almost cold), but that may change when the occupancy is full. I would take my father here to consider it when he's ready.

My tour guide, [name removed] was very nice and thorough. The facility is a bit older than others and they are undergoing remodeling right now. It was a nice facility.

We, my sister and I, liked this place but the only drawback was the size... it will accept 69 residents... too big for my honey.

Wonderful facility, easy access for residents to the main recreational areas because it is a nice, smaller size than many facilities I have seen. Their prices reflect the staff to resident ratio. Excellent floorplans.

Beautiful facility conveniently located to where my mother lives. However, price was beyond our budget and we settled on a place that wasn't as modern, but more than half the price.

The vibe here is really good. The place seems a little older, almost like it may have been an apartment building at one time. Everyone was friendly, no one seemed unhappy, lots of airy light filled rooms. The usual amenities to keep everyone as busy as they would like to be.

I went on a tour here and it was nice and clean. The person who did the tour was nice answered all of my questions. If you have any memory care issues this place is lovely. But they were behind locked doors and had a prison like atmosphere. The good thing about this community is they had all 3 levels of care and also skilled nursing option if you needed that. I would tell families to tour this community before making a decision.

My dad has an apartment here that is nice and fits his needs. The food is pretty good and they have a nice dining room. This is an older building but so far so good. They have lots of daily activities he can choose from if he wants. The staff and the residents are friendly.The come in 1x a week to clean and the whole community stays clean. It has a nice rose garden on the grounds. I would recommend this community.

It seems that my cousin is doing very well at this facility and she is very happy. The place itself is very clean. She is always doing something, she has her dog there, and she walks her dog all the time. I am very happy with the staff team and with the facility. They also have a beauty shop on site and I make her appointments to when she will get her hair washed. Everything is so clean, neat, and well cared for. From all the places that I’ve seen and looked into this is the best place I can find for her hands down.

My friend lived here for 4 years and it is a nice clean community. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lot of people in this community and it was a bigger place. It seemed like they were understaffed. They were accommodating to us but we had to move my friend because the price kept going up and they always seemed to add some type of extra charges. I would recommend people to tour this community.

I went on a tour here and it was nice. The staff was helpful and answered all of my questions. They were very professional. It had nice large hallways. I saw little staff around and all the residents were in their rooms with the door shut. I would recommend families tour here before making a decision.

I had to place my husband here in the memory care. I liked the layout and how simple it was. He has improved since being here he is more alert and more active and has started to talk again. He loves going outside and the garden here is a nice size and not to big you can get lost in. The staff is friendly and helpful and has an open relationship with the residents. They acknowledge when any concerns I have come up. He will go down and watch the daily activities it stimulates his mind just by looking.There are plenty of staff around. Housekeeping does a good job of keeping it clean. They have 3 good meals a day with snack in between. It is very welcoming here and I would recommend it.
