The staff are for the most part kind and friendly. There are a couple that consistently go above and beyond. I do think communication needs to be much better as things change or get done with little or no prior notification/communication.

They have treated my dad like a person not a liability with a diagnosis- I've really appreciated that. The staff is very loving and kind. We've been very happy there

This is a hard one because what does $[fee removed]K per month get you - it's better than other facilities in area for same price but very very expensive. But value for the money.

Its going to cost more than you think, even after you initially go through pricing. The first months are going to cost more because your loved one will need more help during the transition. The staff is amazing. The residents are pretty great too.

Good staff and management. Food quality has decreased some with a new chef. Need more Asian choices. Bad is communication is only by phone to and from staff. No group text or email. Lots of phone tag.

Ivy Park at Bradford is a beautiful place. The staff are very friendly, fun and take great care of my mom. The facility is always clean and in good repair. There are fun outings, activities, and entertainment that make it easy for residents to get to know the staff and other residents better. The residents are friendly and make new residents feel welcome and wanted. The food is good and there are a variety of offerings so the menu doesn’t get boring. My mom has been very happy with her choice and so has our family.

Staff is very friendly, they pay attention to details making sure to call family if anything goes awry. They acknowledge the residents by first names, making sure to say hi as they pass them in the halls. Dining is a hit or miss. I've had really good food for dinner but not do much for breakfast. I haven't had the lunch there yet. I'm not sure if the dining in memory care is the same as it is for the independent residents. Overall, the staff takes a really hard job and make it seem easy. God bless them all for the work they do day in and day out! The facility is well kept. Bathrooms and apartments are nice and clean. I do wish they would allow some deodorizer sprays as it can get a little smelly in the apartments at times. I hope this is what you were looking for.

Overall it has been good. There have been a few night care givers that my mom did not have a great experience with and she already shared this with the staff lead. Otherwise they really love it there for the most part.

A few things that stood out - the helpful staff. It is generally easy to get questions answered. Caring staff. I would recommend Ivy Park to others.

Staff have been very kind and loving with the residents and they try to do activities but it's hard in memory care.

My daughter and I checked out 7 places and knew this place was the best for my husband and me. As soon as he fell they immediately had an ambulance pick him up. He wasn't in emergency long, but they didn't want to take any chances. The activity directors here are great. There are people that are here from 65-106. The really old ones are usually very smart. A 96 year old walks miles every day. The courtyard is the most beautiful I've seen. The breakfasts are excellent. Sometimes I don't care for some of the other meals, but you can always substitute something else like Salmon, hamburger, or salad, When people visit the places, make sure that they look at the patients. My husband was at a beautiful house in another state. I never saw the patients. One ended up yelling help all day and night. All they showed info commercials on one tv. Here you have your own tv and a movie in a theater. My husband likes to watch TV all the time except when he exercises in the fitness room. The variety of people here are amazing. There is a happy hour once a week. There are retired teachers, numerous vets, various ethnic groups, doctors, judges, builders, store managers, religious people, republicans, democrats.. you name it. Is it perfect, no it isn't, but for the most part people are reasonably contented. They have meetings to discuss food with the chef, private meetings of the residents, and town hall meetings every month. You can't count on people with you holding your hand day and night, but they do their best. They are not allowed to take tips or they lose their job. The staff, except for one, is very friendly.

Each cottage has up to 15 residences. It’s nice and small and the care staff can easily hear everyone. The grounds are pretty for walking around and enjoying the surrounds. I think they should have one more staff member per cottage, but all facilities carry the minimum staff per requirements.

Overall cleanliness and activities are both very good! Food in independent living and assisted living are good also. Food in memory care is not as good

Ivy Park at Wood Ranch is a beautiful and well-maintained property. The management, chef, and food servers have all changed several times within the past year. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The dining team does a great job celebrating holidays with festive food and invitations for family members to attend. I would recommend this community to other families.

It's a beautiful facility for someone looking for a smaller confined facility. It worked for my sister while she healed and got stronger. It did not provide enough activities or stimulation for her long term needs.

Everything is good. Except for her insulin and eye drops that need to be administered at bedtime. Apparently they don't have a night nurse anymore. For the most part we are happy with the facility

What stood out the most is that Everyone is friendly and helpful. There are very good and courteous staff.

Reasons we chose Ivy Park: -price -location -cleanliness -open dining room (although this turned out not to be true) There has been frequent staff turnover (although this may be typical for the industry)

The facility does not have a diabetes management component, which I did not realize until we had already decided to use them. The staff are extremely helpful and always very pleasant. They work hard to greet everyone by name. I have been extremely pleased with our treatment there. For some reason in the beginning, we had trouble having my mom's room cleaned on a weekly basis, but they have addressed that.

They are very attentive and caring. Not a 5 as I think they could use more help. However mom is happy, eating well and free to wander/roam within the memory care unit. Rooms are sufficient, mom has her single bed, her bureau, her recliner & a little end table and chair, still plenty of room The rooms are vacant, you need to furnish. The plus side to that is familiarity and comfort. When moving someone from a place they know, it's good to fill their room with familiar furnishings and decor.
