We toured this community for my father'.We needed a studio. The menu was appealing and activities would have been helpful for him to participate. The community I beautiful and clean. We liked the environment and the menu. We would recommend this community for other families.

My sister is doing quite well it is a positive atmosphere and I would and have recommend the community. The staff are really trying to help her out. At the moment she is only able to eat some soft meals and gets disappointed. with the limited options. She will be able to eat regular food soon. We ate there too and they make wonderful meals. She is active in all activities and they are pleased that she participates.

My father's stay at Atria Sutton is going wonderfully! His room is just fine, the facility is kept very clean, and the staff are doing an excellent job; they are very caring. If anything, they could introduce more activities for residents to get involved in. Out of all of the facilities in the area that we saw, the residents here seemed to be the happiest. For any family looking into this location, just know that, while it can be a difficult decision to move your loved one into a senior living facility, this is the best option for them. We have been very pleased!

We liked this community while mom was living here. The food was good and they offered some nice amenities. The staff here were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately mom was no longer able to care for herself so she needed to move into another place.

My parents are doing alright it has become their new home. My mom and dad do some of the daily activities and go on some of the outings. They receive the care the need and I can't complain. Down the hallway they have a shared living room with chairs and tables to entertain guests when they come to visit. The staff has been very nice and extremely helpful. My mom an dad are early risers and breakfast starts at 7 am and that works well. We like that it is a newer community. It is a very nice and clean facility. One of the nicest communities that we visited. There has been some issues with meals recently and I was told they are looking for a new chef. The food when they moved in was awesome. The presentation and taste was so good, it was like a picture.

Sunrise is the perfect place for my mom. At 93 with very limited eyesight, she is at a place that provides the type of care that she needs 7 days a week. The staff and residents are very friendly and it has a very homey atmosphere. Wish I had done this sooner!

My loved one's stay at Sunrise is going great! The staff take great care of her and the facility is well maintained. My loved one also really enjoys the various outings and activities that are offered!

My loved one had a good experience at Sunrise at Oakland Hills. For the most part, the staff did a great job while he was there and they took good care of him. He decided to move out because it was just not where he wanted to be, but he did not have a bad experience at Sunrise.

This was a nice community when we looked at it. The people were nice and focused on caring. They had a lot of good amenities. We just got a little better feeling at the community we chose.

I toured a half dozen facilities in Central Orange County and we chose Sunrise of Tustin for the combination of a a quality facility, positive and friendly staff and proximity to our neighborhood. My Mom's transition has been smooth and we are certain that the right choice was made by Mom to select Sunrise.

So far, things are going all fo my mother since her move into this community. The place is clean and maintained very well. The staff has been very friendly and it has been a good experience.

When I toured Oakmont of Escondido, the staff were all very friendly. The place was clean and I had a good experience. They were able to answer questions, but I found another community that fit what we were looking for a little better.

The overall experience has been very good. The employees have been very nice. More work is needed to keep family informed of medical situations..

I am happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The staff has been very helpful to her needs. She is happy with the variety of meals. They do offer her activities, yet she does not want to participate. We would recommend this community for the good care that is given here for a great value

We considered this community when we visited. The staff were nice and knowledgable. The community was clean and well taken care of. They did not have any openings at the time we visited.

The Villa Serra was a very nice community with friendly staff. I would live there if I was looking! The problem was that it was too big for my mom, we wanted something smaller and easier to get around for her.

I have been very pleased with my grandmothers transition into this community. [Removed] and [Removed] where very helpful with the move in process and made sure we got settled okay. I like that it is a smaller facility and she has really seemed to make some friends while she has been there. They have great activities and even have a beauty care team to make it so my grandma does not have to leave to get her hair or podiatry done. Overall I am very happy with the quality of care my grandmother has been receiving.

I actually had already put a deposit and they had a room available for this place, but after speaking with my father he decided it was too expensive. The place itself is lovely, I can't imagine any bad coming from this place. The apartments are terrific, very comfortable looking and nice.

Unlike the 2 reviews listed, I actually live here. Yes the "rules" covering dining change... no progress without change. The wait staff are young people ( the pay scale has just been raised to the highest in the area for a retirement community) and they are certainly not grumpy! Since we moved in July 2016, residents asked us to join them for diner, invited us to join them for breakfast. Everyone has been cordial and and inviting but respect your privacy. We looked at 6 places in the San Diego area and gave up until we found FGL on the internet. Made the 10 hour drive and fell in love with the place. A golf course behind and Thomas Lake Harris Open Space in front of the building. Ok, the wild turkeys aren't that beautiful but the deer are.

All the Staff at the Atria were very helpful, kind and understanding. They let us sit down to lunch with my mom to get a feel of the place and were very considerate in trying to get her the closest room possible to the elevator and dining, as she was on oxygen and had some trouble getting around. They let us get in to the apartment early to have internet and telephone set up. Unfortunately, on the morning my mom was due to move in, she passed away. The staff continued to be very helpful and agreed to refund the deposit we had paid due to the circumstances. When I get up there in age, I would definitely look to the Atria Sutton to be my new home.
