I loved the look, very elegant, nicely situated. Loved the look of the rooms, studio or 2 roomed area. They had a music room, special dining areas if you would have family down. They have the special tub I am interested in. They are costly. One pays for the services needed by client. $5000 entry fee. Must be evaluated by nurse and doctor.

I returned home from touring this community and others. It has been a long day. It is quite elegant but very warm and home- like at the same time. I am planning on moving to this area to be closer to 2 of my children in the next 6 months and although I am very nervous about making the transition, I felt better after meeting with this community today. I put my name on the wait list for an apartment because they were sold out.

My father lives at Bayside Landing community. He has a very large One bedroom apartment. I visit him weekly and am so happy that he is able to have the quality of life that he does in this wonderful facility. You can't put a price on his happiness but it is worth every penny.

The Food was top notch. The chef made this bacon wrap scallops for a happy hour and Wow so tender and the flavor was intense! Staff was I like family to the residents. I have been to multiple senior living communities and Atria goes above and beyond for there residents and there guest.

I looked at every single community in Stockton. I have lived in this town for over 85 years and I had no desire to move. Bayside Landing is hands down the best community with reasonable pricing that a senior could ask for. TRUST ME. I looked at them all! The staff members are caring, kind and discreet. There are many staff members who have been at the community since it opened 15 years ago! That speaks volumes. Aron, the marketing director is amazing. The nurse is top notch. The chef makes the best food. Read my lips RESTAURANT DINING. I am one happy gal. Thank you.

I want to share our experience to help others. The Atria Bayside Landing was first on the list as far as great reviews. I would like to add our pleased outcome. To begin a relationship with any business agency that will play such a role in a family member's life, it is one of careful inspection & thoughtfulness. These days, integrity most times falls short when doing business with people (this is sad). However, Atria offers high integrity with it's wonderful staff. Almost seemingly too good to be true because how can people be this nice all the time? But they are! The marketing director, Aron, is the most genuine, caring and helpful business person I have met. From day one, she has been giving of her time and attention. Her answering & offering of answers to all our questions have superseded that of our own idea. She has remained in constant communication with me regarding our upcoming move for mom. The integrity continues to pour out with the business rep, Patricia & the front greeter, Elaine, the head nurse, Cameron seems very thorough as he crosses t's & dots i's prior to moms entry to her private studio suite and our waitress at lunch is pleasantly personable. Our family has been invited to their Thanksgiving lunch & I hear they will send a Christmas brunch invitation as well. The thoughtfulness as a whole is surprisingly amazing & comforting. The activity director is a bubble of energy & smiles. The campus is an oasis...really, to be in Stockton, the location is in the business district area with a promenade, lake, bike trails and big trees. The courtyard does not fall short of the surroundings either w/ pergolas, fountains and a large path between the foliage. They can have small pets! I just cannot say enough about Atria thus far. The food is delicious, as they allowed us to have lunch on our tour the first day, along with our gift bag of treats from the chef. We very much look forward to this adventure with mom's new independence. Atria staff care for the residents, down to the different artwork throughout the areas of living. Mom has been in one other 'assisted living facility' & it cannot compete with the abundance we feel from Atria. It truly is a gift from God that we have this opportunity.

My mother in law and I toured this beautiful facility as a possible new home for her. It was very nice, the staff was gracious and friendly. The apartments were spacious and bright. In the long run, the reason for not choosing this facility was two fold. My mother in law needs a lot of help and we felt it was important to have a dedicated care manager (the same person every day). We were told that at Montecito Oakmont that the care staff rotates and that the resident would not have the same care manager every day. The second reason was the sheer size of the place. My mother in law felt it was just too large a community for her. She's a bit of an introvert and wanted to live in a smaller, more intimate environment. This community was a close runner-up. I would think that an active senior, who didn't require too much care, would love Montecito Oakmont!

My 95 year old Mother in Law lives in this wonderful community. She needs lots of help as well as medication management. Her caregivers are so kind, respectful, loving and are very conscientious. The administrative staff are very involved and make it a point to know and anticipate the needs of each and every resident and their families. They know us all by name and are very welcoming. When I visit, it feels like I am visiting my mother in law in her home, not a care facility. We all could not be happier.

What I really like is that their staff is extremely compassionate, and nurturing, and that was a big thing for my parents and their personalities. Again, their staff, they are all very happy!! I am just leaving right now, the receptionist and everyone is always courteous and happy and it is just astounding! Very much so. That's huge compared to what else I have seen. Everything is clean and the staff is very attentive. I think they could use improvement on their menu, it could be more varied and make it a little more nutritious. That's my point of view, but my parents, I don't know if they can tell the difference, but the food is still good and fresh. This was a slam dunk compared to all the others.

This is a location we toured when looking into options for my loved one. Both of the Sunrise communities we looked at were very very nice looking, and also very expensive. The care my loved one required was beyond what they could provide here, but if I were looking into options for myself I would definitely be interested in Sunrise.

While my husband and I decided that we weren't looking for assisted living at this time, this was the location we felt we would be most comfortable at when the time comes. It was a very nice looking place, and the staff were all very friendly during our tour. It was a bit remotely located, so some form of reliable transportation would be necessary if we moved here.

I have nothing but good things to say about the place. When I go over, the employees are always courteous and astute about people coming in. The cleaning service comes in once a week, and the laundromat is on each level. Before they moved in, my mother and her companion weren't eating properly and the three meals a day was one of the things that I was glad about. The unit itself is nice, the only thing that they have complained about is a small shower. She is happy there. It is an upper level place with a livable rent. They have a library and quiet room. The other residents are very friendly. You can tell when people are in a good mental frame of mind because of their attire, and at Sandoval they are all wearing clothes that are nice and everything. They always have events plans. Ann is always gracious and diligent. They have all been very nice. Things are taken care of, and I am very happy with it.

Vintage Burbank has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The physical layout looks more like an upscale hotel than a senior living center. The staff does a wonderful job assisting the residents and planning lots of activities. I was impressed with their dining room which is run more like a restaurant - there is a menu with lots of choices for the residents. I looked a 5-6 places before deciding that this home was the best place for my mother.

Yes, we are very pleased with your services, but unfortunately Mom passed early the morning of December 1st, the day of the move. We will still be moving Dad to Emeritus after the mourning and sorrowful time.

Was very informative in types of activities that the had as well as the care that they give. Very clean,professional assistants and very nice personnel.

Villagio is the name of the memory care building at Capriana. My mom moved there at the end of September, along with her sister. They are both thriving in the two months they have been there. The staff is caring and attentive. The building is brand new and simply beautiful. The attention to detail in all aspects of care is far superior and I believe accounts for the two sisters actually doing so much better since moving there. I moved my mom from another community where she had lived for the last four years and I can say Villagio has made a difference.

Vintage Burbank has the luxury of a five star hotel crossed with the fun of a college dorm. I toured the facility with my brother and neither of us would want our mother anywhere else.

Segovia is extremely high end. You actually have to purchase your room, it is not just a rental, but it is so nice. The apartments are brand new with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. They have a gorgeous theater that looks like it is someones expensive home. There is a gym and exercise classes. The food is spectacular. They always have fresh cookies and coffee available. It's just beautiful!
