My mother lived at Savannah Court of Brandon for a year. I was so thankful I was able to get her out of there and move her into an assisted living facility that really cares and does not lie. There are many unhappy residents living there. My Mom fell at least twice and I was never notified. I did not know how neglected she was until I moved her to a new place. I really did not want to give them any part of a star but was not allowed to leave it blank.

This facility has the worst management, no activities and is under staffed. There is no nurse on staff only a CNA and many times 2 med techs for over 35 people. Very little documentation happens as well, regular weighing mysterious falls and bruises that nobody knows about. The limited staff has to serve all of the food (not cook) set the tables and clean up the tables. Along with feeding residents that require assistance, although the other residents often take care of their "friends". The management will paint a rosey picture to get you in there, then when reality sinks in it's not a pretty picture. There are some caring staff members but there are some that are horrible. Please consider another facility if you have a loved one looking for a place. This place looks nice until you peel back the layers.
