[Removed] was very good. He was very thorough. Asked us questions about what we were looking for. Gave a great tour. Definite contender if we can just convince my dad.

I am very pleased with the care my mother got while at this community for a Respite stay. The Staff here is what made her stay so nice, in fact when I went to get her I learned she had become very popular there with everyone. Her room was very nice and they made sure that she got involved in the activities, she like visiting with the other residents and she enjoyed taking walks in the courtyard area. I would definitely recommend this community.

We toured this community for the care of my father. We wanted a small community for care. The staff was nice and helpful. They offer a nice variety of activities for the residents who are able to participate. The community is clean and would recommend families to tour this community for the options that are available.

We toured this community. The staff was very helpful in the questions that my mom had at the time. The menu was appealing and the environment was nice and clean. The activities would have been helpful. My mom just did not find what she was looking for at the time. Families might want to consider a tour for the care of a loved one.

My mother's experience since her move has been excellent, we could not be more pleased. The people that work there, no matter what they are doing, from cleaning the floor to the directors, are amazing. We do not have one negative thing to say about them. They have activities for all of the people there. I also like the availability of me signing mom up for assisted living if she needs to. She is going on as independent living which worked out very well so she can stay in the same building and not have to go through that huge transition in another place she is not familiar with. The meals she really very rarely does not like what she had. Overall, I am very pleased with everything.

[Removed] is the only reason for my 5 star rating!! She is always hardworking, knowledgeable, compassionate & caring. She goes above and beyond her duties of Marketing Director. She truly loves the residents and treats them as if they were her family. [Removed] is the backbone of this community and without her, this place would not function properly! Greenhaven Estates should do whatever it takes to make sure she NEVER leaves!

The first time we met [Removed], we knew this was the place to be. She has always been helpful, pleasant, caring and compassionate. For being such a young adult she is way ahead of many others. She knows all the residents names, and the family members. All of the events she plans are FIRST CLASS..She is a wonderful lady.

I have no complaints about this community, and my father is doing well since his move here. Everything has worked out well, and I'am satisfied with his move here. This is a great community, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. The experience is going well so far for us in this community.

Today I came for a tour at Greenhaven Estates. I toured 3 other places today with my two sisters. I am planning ahead but I wanted to share what stood out to me the most. This community has a completely different atmosphere compared to the ones I went to. I automatically felt right at home. I met with [Removed] the marketing director. She was very pleasant, the nicest lady we possibly met all day. The difference from her and the other communities was this wasn't just a job. She actually loved what she does. She highlighted the entire community. When we walked past current residents she knew there name, they knew her. The residents would tell us where in good hands with her but one resident stood out the most. Her name was [Removed]y. She invited us into her apartment showed us her paintings and when we were leaving she said "stop by again your my new friend" when we were about to close the door she told [Removed] "I love you" and [Removed] gave her a hug and said it back. You can tell she meant it. As we were leaving she answered every question I had, my sisters loved her. I forgot to ask one question so I went back inside and to her office and then I noticed something that truely sold me, she has photos of herself with her residents in her office. This lady loves what she does! When I asked her why, she said I work here and see my residents more than I see my own family. There not just residents but they are my family also. Sold sold sold! This is the best community I have been to. I am in love with Greenhaven Estates. I'm planning my move soon and I'm excited to move to Greenhaven Estates!

I like the care here for my mom. The staff are nice and very caring. My mom is happy with the great menu and variety of the meals. They do offer her activities and we are glad to see that she is slowly participating with the other residents. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

My name is [Removed], I came to Greenhaven Estates about a month ago. I had a follow up call two weeks ago and today I received a call just to see how I was doing. [Removed] is so nice and sweet she is making this decision very easy for me. I have been to other communities and there really pushy. [Removed] makes me feel comfortable with my decision. I cannot wait till I move in. I am waiting to sale my house then I will be there. Its people like her that really helps in making these life changing decisions. They need more people like her in this industry.

We are very happy with my loved one's stay at Pacifica! The meals are great, and the staff are sure to cater to my loved one's needs and requests. My loved one also has the option to participate in activities such as bingo. Though we hit a couple of bumps along the road related to housekeeping practices, our concerns were addressed immediately. This facility fits our needs!

My experience with Senior Care Villa has been wonderful. I could not have asked for better care for my loved one and I highly recommend it to all who is looking for memory care with a loving touch. I was seriously impressed.

Mom had a good respite stay at this community. The staff were friendly and great with communication. They let us know we could call as often as needed. She liked the daily activities. This community is for memory care only and I felt she was safe staying here. We liked that this community is very clean and I would recommend this community for a respite stay.

The care at this community is outstanding. We have moved in recently and we like the atmosphere. The community is very clean and maintained. The do offer a lot of great variety of healthy meals. We like living here. We would recommend this community to other families who might want to live at a nice community.

I had a good experience when touring Pacifica Senior Living. The community was very nice and clean. The tour guide that I meet with was informative.

We chose Sonata Memory Care facility at Tequesta Terrace for my father. They are well staffed with highly trained personnel and the facility was very clean and bright. They offer many activities to keep Dad's mind stimulated and I feel he will be in good hands here.

My name is [Removed], I am 98. I wanted to share with everyone that love my care givers. I have the options for when I need assistance I can pull my pull cord and someone will come if there's an emergency. Yesterday I pulled it because I dropped the toilet paper roll and they came in a jiffy. its the little things like this that makes my day. Our Ed is [Removed], She's such a nice lady. We love her here. I have lived here since 2006. I live in apartment 123. I have a 2bedroom 2bathroom. An amazing balcony. I love sitting outside to feel the fresh wind and bring back my golfing memories. I am thankful the good lord gave me a place to stay, I get tucked in daily and every care giver I tell them " Goodnight, I love you, and don't forget to lock the door" I just love everyone there.

My parents were at Legacy at Highwoods Preserve for a respite stay and from what could tell, it was a good place. The staff was friendly and professional. I ate there once and the food was excellent. Everyone was very understanding.

My mother is doing great since her move to this community. She really loves it ! This is a wonderful community, and I'am very pleased with all they have done for my family. I know she is safe, and in good hands at this facility. They have a wonderful staff at this community. They help make to the move, and transition very smooth for us. She is doing very well at this community, and I would recommend it. It is a great community.
