My experience and my families experience with Pacifica Senior Living Modesto was extremely good. My mom recently passed away, and they gave her a great place to be, and allowed us to spend plenty of time with her. Going through experiences like this can be painful, but if I had to do it again I would definitely choose Pacifica Senior Living Modesto, and would highly recommend them.

I like the friendliness, it's homey, and it's really nice. They all know everyone. They are very welcoming. Both of my parents live there. They love the place. They especially like that it feels like home, despite having to leave their house. My mother in law is doing bingo, my father in law went on a casino trip. The location is perfect for them; they just had to move across the freeway. Kaiser Medical is right there.

I'm very impressed with Somerford Place. From the time you walk in, everything is easily accessible. The staff knows my mom by name without having to go look up any information. On any given day, they can give me updates right there on the spot about her. The place always looks so beautiful. My mom loves the food. She's able to participate in the activities they offer, such as art classes, and game time. I'm so pleased with Somerford that my dad is being transferred there to be with my mom.

It's going great, I really like this place. One of the reasons I moved here is because I hate cooking, and I really like the food. Everyone is really friendly. It's not too large of a place, there are only about 70 or so residents. They have quite a bit of entertainment going on. They don't have an exercise room, but they do exercise classes a couple of days a week, but it would have been nice to have an exercise room with a treadmill for when the weather is bad.

We're very satisfied with The Regency Place. The facility is wonderful. We're pleased with the friendliness of the staff, and care they provide. They are very efficient. We're pleased with the cleanliness of the facility as well. The place is wonderful.

They are amazing! We are very pleased. Everything is very clean, and the staff is wonderful, they are just fantastic. We had a difficult situation with a couple of different needs coming into play, and Emeritus was great in working with us, and giving us such a good value. They have plenty of activities, and entertainment. We are happy with the food, and I can't think of anything that needs to be better. Such a good job, we are so happy with them.

After researching many different assisted living facilities in Klamath Falls, OR, we chose Eldorado Heights for my 85 yr old Mother. From the 1st day to the present, almost 4 years, it has been just the BEST home like environment for Mom. My Mom has been treated like a queen by staff and is kept busy with the various activities. My Mom's doctor said the activity,both physical and mental (bingo etc), has made my Mom revert to how she was 10 years ago! At home she was alone so much without the enjoyment of being busy. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, they treat us like family. Thank You so much!

The set up was really nice. I really liked the staff. The team running the activities seemed to be really on top of what they were doing. We went with a different community only because they offered some care services that we needed.

The staff is very professional but compassionate and caring. The caregivers are very giving and have the very best interests of the residents in mind. My loved one receives excellent care in the memory care unit. It’s smaller and my loved ones don’t get lost in the shuffle. When I call I immediately get someone to answer my questions. I don’t feel badly about calling them. I really think they do a great job!

Very nice and appear attentive to the needs of the elderly. like the idea of one price and care being all inclusive. appears to understand dementia patients have good days and bad days. Still a little pricing for what we are needing.

Specifically designed for Alzheimer's patients (even the building). The living & dining rooms are like home so it's familiar & not institutional. People live in separate areas that serve a max of 16 but they can freely move/visit in other inside & outside areas. Mostly private rooms. Lots of caring staff so there is no long wait for help. Nursing staff updates us on any changes in condition or treatment immediately. Staff talks to family to get info to get to know your family member. Example: talked to us when meds were refused & started giving them in ice cream- no more problem. They have infinite patience and treat the residents with respect. They are trained in how to deal with the difficulties that arise as Alzheimer's progresses and the resident's behaviors/abilities change. Best decision we've made is Somerford.

It's great. They have lots of activities, and we haven't had any complaints about food or laundry. We liked that the owner has been there fifteen years, and the building is fifteen years old. It's very clean and well maintained. It's a good place to stay, and they were really accommodating for us.

They are able to provide a good and comfortable home for my mother-in-law so far! So far they have been excellent. We also have her granddaughter who stays with her for six hours a day. The food is excellent. It’s very clean. She’s getting great care there!

They were pretty clean. The staff was very friendly. It seems like that had a lot of things going on. They did everything what we needed. They didn’t have any activities that my mom wanted to do. Check who the chef is. They had macaroni and cheese one day , but it was just a pile of noodles with some cheese powder on top.

We had our setbacks, but it was just getting things set up, so I'd give them a five. They are very clean community with a very friendly. I wish the memory care area had a larger outdoor area. I wish there were more activities. Alzheimer’s patients really benefit and need access to the outdoors, places to walk.

They are very loving and organized and caring. We haven't seen anything they need to improve, as of yet. They are flexible in working with families. They are communicative. They have been willing to work with us. We really like their flexibility and we chose them for their geographical location.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby I knew I had found the right place for my mother. The interaction between the staff and clients was friendly and caring. The people eating in the dining room seemed to be engaged in interesting conversations. I was particularly pleased with the building. It was beautifully furnished and very clean. The grounds were well cared for and there were places for clients to garden if the so chose. Mom moved in and everyone made her feel like a queen.

Overall they've done a very good job here so far. I'd give them 5s across the board, its a very clean and nice looking facility, the staff have all been very friendly, and the services they provide here are good. The only issues I've noticed is that they had issues with transportation for a while when one of their buses broke down, and it took them quite a while to get it repaired. This caused some issues with scheduling appointments and off-site errands.

Pacifica Senior living is a super place to put a loved one. The staff is very courteous, caring and professional when it comes to personal care. Very willing to help wherever needed and will go beyond the call of duty if needed. My mother would still be there if she wasn't in long term care.
