I got a feeling of warmth from the moment I walked into Park Plaza. The receptionist told me how long she had been there (13 years) and how much she likes working there and being with the residents. Everyone who passed by said hello to me. When I met [name removed], my "contact," she was immediately friendly and warm. During our tour, she introduced me to every resident we passed, and made some conversation with them. I had lunch there (I hadn't planned on it, but decided to accept the invitation). The food was very good; many choices and healthfully prepared (not too much oil, butter, etc.). The servers were friendly and accommodating. People seemed to have their "groups" to sit with--no one was alone. I did observe one activity, a balloon bouncing exercise group. The outdoor courtyard is very inviting with its large shade tree and tables and chairs in various places. There is a small pool for those who might want to use it. The rooms and common areas are in the process of being renovated (new carpeting, countertops), which they need because they looked worn. Everything looked clean, though. I liked the smallish, cozy "living room" and library, and there are other small areas where residents could sit if they chose not to be in their rooms. The whole place gave off a very homey, warm feel. I could definitely see my father here when he's ready to move.

Vineyard was a really nice care facility. Friendly staff, clean, happy, and well organized. The Memory Care unit was safe, looked like the folks were well cared for and healthy. Does not have a large garden area but there is outside area for the residents.

I was impressed the moment I walked up to the front door. The parking lot was clean and well maintained as was the lobby when I walked in. A friendly receptionist greeted me warmly. I was met by someone quickly who answered all my questions and set me at ease. A beautiful and informative tour was given. Then lunch they served me was very good and there was plenty of it. the staff were very helpful. The apartments have full kitchens and each had been painted and new carpet put in. They showed very well. An active and pretty community. They also told me they just had defficiancy state survey and that made me even more confident in my choice to go there.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. [name removed] was very knowledgeable of the facility and the amenities. It is very clean. Well kept up. Friendly staff.

Spoke with community relations director and was given the tour of the facility. She was extremely pleasant and most helpful. I could sense that she is very good at her job and takes pride in her responsibilities there. Thank you.

My father was in memory care at this facility and I am very impressed. It is a small facility where the staff and residents are like an extended family. I knew the caregivers by name and could leave knowing my dad was getting exceptional care. He has passed away now but I highly recommend you check out Lifestream Greenhouses when you need a place for your parents.

My mother has lived at country crest for nearly 15 years. At the beginning she was an "independent living resident" then, the "assisted living" service made her life comfortable. Now she requires all the very good care country Crest provides within the "Legacy" memory care facility at country crest. Her selection of Country Crest was an important decision.

My mom has been @ Pacifica country crest for 3 months now. The facility is kept in great shape. The meals seem to be good and tasty with a good variety. The staff is very friendly and approachable with any questions. The maintenance people are on top of things. I think it is a really nice place to be.

I have been here over 2 years and I find it a wonderful place to line, and it has become my home and many other residents have become my family. It has become a much better life then I had anticipated. It is exceptionally clean. The food is very good and I have gained 25lbs in 2 years. There are so many activities that one could be busy all the time. The management is very good. It provided me opportunities to help people which I enjoy doing. At 90 years old I am able to run exercise classes 2 and 3 times a week which I enjoy. My overall opinion is this is an excellent place for seniors to live. Please add one more star.

Love the staff and how much it feels like home. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. The staff always keep things clean and tidy and they always have something fun going on. I really love it here and wouldn't choose anywhere else to go.

While looking at different options for my sister, I was impressed with this location. The facility looked like individual condos. They also had a little yard that looked like it was landscaped. The residents are in a safe space because they had security that rides around the perimeter at night. I would recommend this community to other families.

New, barely open but the ambiance is lovely with lots of art and open light. Lovely dining room. Still hiring. We loved it.

This facility has been outstanding. This was the first community I looked at and the one I kept going back to. I just feel like all of my concerns that I've brought forward, they have been addressed and taken care of. Since my Aunt has moved in, everything is going very well. All of the staff members are friendly and personable. They not only know my Aunt's name, but they know my name. I also like that all of the staff members have been there for over 10 years. The facility itself is very clean and they are actually planning on doing a remodel soon. I would really recommend this facility.

I took a tour for my mother. They are in the middle of construction. The ED showed me what had been changed and I could tell the staff and residents [were] able to give me a good idea of what it will look like when finished, Overall great experience!
