They have all sorts of activities for the residents there. And they have a great staff. And my experience wasn't really extensive because my mom broke her hip and was put in the hospital shortly after she got there. The only thing I could think of to improve would be to hire more nursing staff. I was really happy with the experience there.

I have been visiting the senior communities in the area, thinking about myself and my wife. I have been to four communities in the area and have found that Pacifica Country Crest, is by far the nicest. The staff was very kind and knowledgable. More importantly, you could tell they had fun with the residents and one another and that they enjoyed their work. The facility was very clean and felt more like a high end resort. They are in the midst of a remodel and had just received new furniture, which was very nice. I had lunch, which was just incredible. The food was well above and beyone the other communities I have visited. The most attractive part of the building, was the size of the apartments. There is a full kitchen, in each one, which I know my Wife will appreciate. When we move, we will be going to Pacifica Country Crest.

They were just great, everybody is very caring and very involved with the patients and it shows. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Their open space is great, and the backyard is awesome.

I stayed here for a short respite stay. They did great! I loved them, I will be going back again for another stay. I would rate them very highly and give them a five. I was very happy with them.

This is a nice community for independent living, but not necessarily for anyone needing assisted living. These units have full kitchens and single car garages. The upstairs units require you to take stairs from your living quarters to the garage. The layout is more like condos that a hotel, meaning access to your unit it through outside sidewalks not internal hallways, which allows for more privacy, but you will have to go to and from dinner or the clubhouse walking through outdoors which may not be desirable during poor weather.

Beautiful community, outstanding staff, great prices for the room size. We looked around at a lot of the options in the area, and Pacifica Country Crest was by far the best option for our Mother. We are more than satisfied with our decesion, and so is our Mother.

My Husband and I recently put his Mother in Law into this community. She has been there for 3 months and we are thrilled with Pacifica Country Crest. We toured around 7 buildings all together in Butte County and found Pacifica Country Crest to be by far the best in accomodations, price, staff and food. We eat with her at least once a week and are so pleased with the restaurant they have. The community is rather small, so it has a complete family feel to it. The staff is incredible and treat my Mother in Law just like their own. We could not be more pleased with this building!

My mother really loves it there at Sundial Assisted Living. The food is great. her room is wonderful, and kept very well clean. All the people there are extremely nice. I can't say enough great things about them - it has really been a great place for her. It is a wonderful setup for her, and she has gotten very active and interested in doing things with the group. She is really having a wonderful time there.

This Memory Care facility is very pretty and nicely decorated & landscaped, with 2 enclosed and nicely landscaped courtyards. An outdoor path allows residents to walk a loop within the fenced property. They use a Montessori approach to help the residents stay engaged in life with activities of daily living like sweeping the floor, doing as much of their own self-care as possible, etc. Margaret gave me a tour and is very professional and experienced in working with the elderly, including those with Alzheimers. The activity schedule looks good and I'd like to come back to observe some activities. Most of the rooms are private rooms and are roomy and well-designed (with the toilet easily visible from the bed, for example, to allow residents to stay continent as long as possible).

It a amazing place and couldn't have been a better place for my dad. My dad was more happy being here than being at home. It is definitely worth the time and putting your loved in it. I wouldn't be happier with anything help else. I cant say enough great things about it.

We placed our mother at Pacifica after a terrible fall at the other home she had been residing at. The care and the support received was outstanding. When my mother was placed there she was placed with Hospice to follow as she was not expected to live much longer due to internal bleeding and her medical condition. Pacifica staff were very supportive to me during this difficult time and went out of their way to accommodate family visits no matter what time of the day it was. If I had known more about the level of care and support as well as the flat rate cost I would have place my mother there at the beginning.the place that I place her at to start with was a very nice place and provided good care but the cost for her stay continued to go up over the year and a half that she had resided there due to the level of care she required. I would say Pacifica is where I want to be pakce if and when the time comes that I need that level of care. Great job Pacifica staff.

My mom has been at Sundial for almost five years. Many times she has told people, “It is the next best thing to being at home.” She is surrounded by loving staff, numerous activities, good friends, and good food. They encourage her to be independent and do for herself what she can, while always willing to assist with a helping hand when needed. Some people still have the vision of “sticking mom in a home,” but at Sundial nothing could be further from the truth. Mom is able to pick from many activities: music, entertainment, exercise, parties, games, and engaging with her “Sundial family,” as well as scenic drives, and trips to local shopping and appointments. She would never have this richness in opportunity and friendship if she was still in her home. She has blossomed into a wonderful, caring, and engaged woman because she is living in a loving environment surrounded by her Sundial family. I highly recommend Sundial Assisted Living!

This was the best decision I have made overall. The most of my time as a resident in this community, I have been well taken care of. The staff I dealt with' s and witnesses at visits or those I witnessed first hand were never bearing any type of negative characteristics that i witnessed first had nor any that I was aware of. In fact with what I reviewed I saw only positive people.

I think they are doing really well. The people are really superb. The place is clean, and nice. She likes it there. It's really social, and everyone is friendly, but the food is really lousy.

They are doing a great job. We are very happy with them. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We haven't had any complaints about them and my husband loves them.

Stonewall Garden is a much needed addition to our health care community here in Palm Springs. The community is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the culturally specific services they provided is addressing the issue(s) for LGBT seniors. I would recommend going in to meet Lauren and Dee to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and have hearts of gold. I have been in the industry for over 10 years and I can tell that anyone who decides to make Stonewall Gardens their home will be seen as a family member and not just a "soon number." Keep up the great work Lauren and Dee, the community is 100% behind you!!

They do a really good job with the patients, and the place is very clean and well laid out (easy to get around and navigate). Mom is always clean and well-dressed. The food there is also very good. If I were to offer any critique it would be that I am not sure that they are adequately staffed, especially in the night time. Other than that I have been very happy with the whole situation.

They are really doing an excellent job. They have a very extensive and comprehensive program. They are really meeting my needs, as well as my husbands (who is the resident staying there). They are willing to bend over backwards to work with me. At this point I am very happy with things so far, and really can't even think of anything they could do to improve.

For any family with a loved one who needs care , please take a tour and meet the people at Pacifica . You will be surprised to find a place for your loved one that cares as much for their health and happiness as you do. My mother spent her last days there with both their care and community hospice , so I speak with the factual truth they do what they say !! they helped my family those last days enjoy my mothers last days as well as you could.
