It is wonderful, I love it and I could not be happier than I am now living at Heritage Woods. The facility itself is very clean and all of the staff members are super friendly. The food was not the best when I got here, but it is getting better, we have a new chef and he has new ideas and is putting forth new things. The activities director is wonderful, I would give her higher than a 5 if I could. With covid we were kind of bored since we could not go out and do things, but now we are getting back to normal and it has been great. We have had lots of entertainment coming in and we have been going out to do activities. The staff go out of their way to help us and make us happy. I fell in love with my apartment right when I walked in, it is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The director has been strict on the covid protocols and we still have to wear masks. She was very empathetic when I lost my dog a few months ago. We have a community dog, it is a toy poodle and if I am ever feeling lonely or want cuddles, she lets me come into her office and get the dog. I would most certainly recommend Heritage Woods to others who are looking, it is a great place.

This is a great place for you or your loved one. it is a little smaller but the executive director and the people that work with her have been wonderful. I have told other people about this community and they are even planning to look into it. The tour was great and my loved one really likes her food and they even sent a salad for us to show her when we first went through.

They were very helpful in making a difficult situation go smoothly.

Our mother is very happy there, we have nothing to really complain about. She is really enjoying the meals and all the people who work there. She is really happy with her apartment and the layout, but the could use some updating of the place in general.

Vineyard Ranch has a great location that is next to a mall that has grocery store, nail salon, and more. This makes it convenient for residents to visit and take advantage of. The food is good, with a daily special. They have a standard menu for the residents to order off of. They have inhouse physical and occupational therapists for the residents to take advantage of. They do have activities for the residents to choose from.

I was wowed with the modern decor and cleanliness of this facility. When I entered for the first time, It felt like home. I did not get that feeling when I toured other facilities. The staff was excellent and while my tour was going on a resident came over and asked for help with something and my tour was halted until the resident was helped. This showed me that the residents come first. Both my husband and I will be going there when the time comes. They have a variety of services that will be a blessing when the time comes. Their prices are comparable to all other facilities around. I'm really looking forward to that next stage of my life.

One thing that stood out to me on the tour was, [name removed], the administrator. [name removed]asked about my loved one first before letting us know about the community. Overall the staff are attentive. The grounds are beautiful. My entire family appreciates everything they offer and how beautiful the community is and enjoy the company. The food is excellent. I'm able to have lunch with my loved one, and sit off of the dining room. Some of the activities include welcome party for the new residents monthly, weekly happy hour in the piano lounge, monthly celebrations, visiting pet therapy, Catholic and Christian services, and more for the residents to choose from.

The staff (absolutely everyone) treat our resident with kindness, unconditional acceptance, nurture and support. They are knowledgeable of details of needs and prompt to respond. The culture is warm and friendly.

I WORK FOR PACIFICA, IN OROVILLE CA CL-107 HERE AT THE COMMUNITY WE HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR OUR RESIDENTS. EVERY STAFF MEMBER IS FULLY DEDICATED TO THE RESIDENT. WE HAVE ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BUILDING 'S IN THE AREA. IF I WAS GOING TO PUT A LOVED ONE IN THE COMMUNITY, I WOULD CHOOSE PACIFICA.

Sakura Gardens is a special place that is beautiful and peaceful, although it is right near downtown Los Angeles. The koi pond and the Japanese inspired landscaping is nice for the residents to enjoy when they are taking a walk. The tour was great and very informative. Will consider for family in the near future.

Sakura Gardens is a tremendous facility, staffed with excellent caregivers and providing an invaluable service to the Japanese and JA Community in L.A. by allowing residents to feel comfortable and being surrounded by Japanese traditions of food, activities and hospitality. I know it made a huge impact on transitioning my own mother to the Legacies unit of Sakura Gardens. She is happy and seems to be thriving in this warm, caring and proactive environment. I can't say enough about the nurturing nature of the staff, from the administrators to the wonderful caregivers. I highly recommend Sakura Gardens without any hesitation to anyone considering to be a resident or transitioning a family member to this community.

My mom has been in the assisted living side of Vineyard Ranch for 2 1/2 years upon diagnosis of early Alzheimer's. We have been very pleased with the care here and most importantly, my mom is very happy. The director {name removed} who took over during covid has been terrific at keeping us up to date on things. The rest of the staff is also very responsive to any questions we may have. Moving my mom have was a great decision.

Our Mother entered Sakura Gardens 6 months ago and as each month that has gone by, she’s blossomed. She has more and more friends each time we visit her and because she’s living her best life at Sakura Gardens, it’s always a joy for our family members to visit her. We’re very pleased with the care our mother is getting there.

Toured Sakura Gardens and was impressed with the beautiful campus and the peaceful feeling. Tour was very informative and enjoyable. Will seriously consider when the time is right.

Absolutely exceeds all expectations. Their management team could not have been more cordial or more professional during our initial visit and subsequent visits. All questions were answered. The furnished apartments are very comfortable. Housekeeping and front desk staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The overall services provided including scheduled various activities (daily) and three excellent meals per day greatly assisted in facilitating this significant transition. Yoshi, who just turned 100 three months ago, has seriously enjoyed her three year stay at Sakura. The management team and staff have absolutely protected their residents during the pandemic. They really care about all residents. My wife and I feel extremely fortunate to have found such an excellent community. Huge accolades to Sakura for making Yoshi's three year stay so comfortable and successful. We are elated and we thank you, Sakura.

We moved my mom into Sakura Gardens in July 2021, she is doing very well there, she is making new friends, going to exercise classes and is genuinely happy there! I know she is happy there, because whenever I try calling her she is never in her room! The room is very nice, and has a lot of space. The food is good and dining room is very clean!

Toured for the future for family member. The staff and the residents are nice and the koi pond and other areas are well kept.
