We moved our widowed mom from AZ to CA and needed a place for her due to her medical needs. We were blessed to be connected with Ocean Hills Senior Living. The facility is gorgeous, a ton of activities, super kind and attentive staff (shout out to [name removed] and [name removed]) and wonderful residents. Our mom has made so many friends and is living her best second phase of life. We couldn't be more pleased with Ocean Hills!

Pacifica is a beautiful home setting. The staff is always helpful and caring. The directors are wonderful in so many ways, caring, loving, and promptly returning messages, via phone, text, it is greatly appreciated. The residents always have smiles on their faces and are very friendly. I love visiting my auntie there. I will be sure to tell everyone how wonderful Pacifica and the staff are. Thank you, Pacifica!

It was a big decision to have my 90 year old parents move into assisted living when they wished to stay in their home but it was absolutely the right one. Since the move they have both thrived physically and emotionally. The warm welcome by the staff and friendly acceptance by the residents has made such a difference in their lives. Before they were somewhat isolated with only a few friends and family visiting them and now they have that plus lots of new friends plus helpful cheerful staff looking after them. They are also eating a much much better diet and are now participating in activities that were just too difficult to attend prior to their move into Pacifica.

From the ambience to the friendly care staff, this place is wonderful. Everyone is hard working and compassionate. The residents seem to have a great time during activities and enjoy themselves. I would recommend this community.

This facility is nice and clean with separate communities . Each community has its own kitchenette ,dining area , and TV area. The Kitchenettes are always stocked with drinks and snacks for the residents . There is a wonderful nurse on site and caregivers that truly care for the well-being of the residents .

This community is a great community. They are so loving and care so much for the residents. Everyone from the Kitchen, maintenance, housekeeping and of course carestaff are just amazing with the residents. The facility feels like home when you walk in. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking to place their family member.

My parents wanted to be in Merced. I'm happy with the care that they are receiving here. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I feel so comfortable living here at Sundial Assisted Living, I have been living here for about 4 years now and it is such a wonderful place to live. The staff is excellent! The residents are all pretty congenial. And the food is absolutely wonderful. The activities that [name removed] plans for us are good too. One of the other things I like about living here is that they watch out for us, and see to it that we do the things wer are supposed to do, but do it in a way that allows us to keep our dignity. This is the perfect place for me to live.

I visited this location to drop off flowers for an event. I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the building and was directed to where I needed to go by the nice staff. The building is so beautiful & I absolutely love the decor. It's very welcoming and homey. At the time of my visit I didn't think much about it but I can see a loved one staying at a place like this!

I work as a hospice liaison in the north county San Diego community and have visited this facility quite often. The environment here at Ocean Hills is so welcoming starting with the front desk, to the marketing team, activities director and nursing staff. I have had the privilege of doing a short informative inservice on Alzheimer’s disease for some of their residents and I must say they all seemed so happy to be there. They conduct lots of fun activities that include their residents and their residents families which is very special. I genuinely enjoy visiting this beautiful facility.

The senior care at Pacifica County Crest was great! [name removed], [name removed], [name rmeoved] and their team was the BEST!! They took such great care of our Father [name removed] all the way to the end… They kept us updated at all times..

Moving a parent to assisted living can be very stressful. Pacific Country Crest helped with the transition and did an amazing job. Every staff member including the Executive Director were so helpful and I am internally greatful for the caring support, expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone considering the change for their loved ones.

I have worked with the facility to move in my great Aunt recently. They were all great in the transition. My Aunt is having a hard time with the transition from independence to assisted living and they have been helpful with the transition. I look forward to working with them.

What a relief it is when you know that you’re loved one is amongst loving and caring people. This is the Place that provides these two enduring qualities plus Socialization, delicious food and truly a beautiful environment for your loved ones to live.

What my loved one could eat, they liked the food. The value was fair. There is no internet services. The interaction with the staff was very positive, relaxed and respectful. They were really supportive when my loved one passed, which was very respecful of them. I would recommend to other families.

It's a beautiful facility,brand new, like a resort, and everyone is very nice. The food and services is really good. I don't have anything bad to say. My interaction with the staff has been great. They have a calendar of monthly activites with time/day of the activites. They aslso have a gym, in which my loved ones likes. They also like the treadmill, bike exercises and attenting classes with a trainer. In addition , they have art/crafts ,had a grand opening party and a halloween celebration. Overall, compared to other places, it's much nicer.
