Our family had an in person tour with Heritage Wood and we felt the tour experience was really good and all of the staff members we met with were very informative

We give 5 stars to ever category, we could not be happier with the experience we have had so far. Our loved one has made so many new friends and her life is so much better now. Thank you for your help, and we would most definitely recommend Heritage Woods community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff interacts with the residents so lovingly. They greet everyone by name. It's nice that it's so small, and the four wings have four separate eating areas so it's more intimate. The courtyard and backyard areas are peaceful and beautiful. I was amazed we were able to find such a nice place for an affordable price. Most of the rooms in memory care are private. My mom is in a shared room. They're way roomier at Summerfield than [facility name removed]

My mom loves life at The Gardens of Sun City. We give it a 5 in all categories. Quality of care, meals, and value for cost are all especially improved over her experience at [community name removed] .We did get in at a reduced rate, though. Staff friendliness also gets high marks. We have no complaints at all!

My mother is currently a resident at Summerfield of Redlands Memory Care. Everything about our experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness is great. The staff and care services are also great. This facility is the place to go. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have had a great experience at Sakura Gardens of Los Angeles, and I would recommend it to other families. They are friendly, attentive, and helpful.

What an amazing hidden gem I discovered; Vineyard Ranch at Temecula is certainly one of the best know secrets I came upon. I was given a list of local Assisting Living & memory care facilities by [name removed] (Senior Living Counselor) with “A place for Mom”. Upon visiting several facilities in my search to leave my loving mother for respite stay, I finally came across Vineyard Ranch. My initial contact was [name removed](Community Relations Director) who was instrumental in providing a full tour of the facility and meeting so many friendly staff members throughout. [name removed] listened to all my concerns and addressed each one, giving me a sense of relief. First impressions gave me a sense of comfort knowing that my mother would be well taken care of by the entire staff as though she was a family member. The facility is well taken care of and extremely clean. I left my mother for a respite stay in the month of May 2023 and she loved her stay there.

I've had a great experience with Stonewall Gardens. All the staff is always there to help. The activities are set for the specific needs of the residents and socialization is encouraged. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The staff is very good. They have long term staff working with the residents. The rooms are very good and safe. The facility is set up in four sections depending on cognitive ability. The facility is secure, but residents can visit all areas. There are no showers in the rooms, but shower rooms in each section. The residents are assisted when showering. The food is good and the residents eat together. The Activity Director is great and takes the residents on walks outdoors. Communication between the family and staff is very good and responsive. I am very happy with Summerfield of Roseville Memory Care for my Mom.

So far I've already told people that I had such peace about the facility after my first visit. And also after making the decision to place my loved one there. Many people have told me that they have only heard good things about Summerfield when I tell them Mom is there. Mom has adjusted well, and I feel confident she is being taking care of with lots of care.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls and it was great! Excellent facility. The cleanliness, friendliness, and staff were all excellent, as well. However, it was too expensive for us.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a memory care facility. They have been very responsive.

I visited many facilities in the Fresno/Clovis area and Summerfield was just the right fit. It is a new staff, but all are experienced in the field of care. We had a few minor hiccups in the beginning, but it was communication issues on both myself and Summerfield. They were prompt on responding and resolving the issues. They have been great since then. The activities director is awesome.

From my experience, overall I would rate Sakura Gardens a 5 stars. The experience was short - but everyone was very courteous there. The community itself is very clean and everything is easily accessible - it is like their own little condensed world. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend Sakura Gardens to other families.

We have found Ocean Hills to be a wonderful facility, caring, and trustworthy. Out of the 5 assisted living facilities I visited, Ocean Hills was by far the best for your money.

I had a couple days to fly in from out of state to find a place for my Dad and move him in when he was released from rehab. I visited 5 locations and found Vineyard Ranch worked for us. The staff was friendly ([name removed] and [name removed] were my main contacts and they were fabulous), knowledgeable and went out of their way to meet my strict timeline. My Dad said they are treating him great, the food is good and he is happy to be at the Vineyard Ranch.

We picked this community, because it is all inclusive and encourages participation in all aspects. It's a clean community, although at times short staffed but that is common everywhere you go and try and get a long term contract at a set price. We did not know that Pacifica was being bought out by NorthStar properties .

My mother was welcomed with open arms and the staff was so friendly. Staff assisted in making the transition go smoothly. So far we are well pleased.

I LOVED The Gardens of Sun City - it was awesome. The staff were excellent. They were so helpful and helped me get all of my mothers medical records and things that we would need for this process. They gave us a wonderful tour and the price was actually better than the facility we went with. They had quality services provided. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because my mother wanted to be closer to where she lived.

My mama moved to their assisted living a few years ago and when she needed memory care they made the transition as easy as it could be. My mind is at ease with the staff there looking after her. Everyone is very helpful there
