My dad lives here. The staff at summerfield are outstanding. They do everything and more than we expected. Dad is not easy by any means. When we toured to say I was frazzled is an understatement. Dad had become such a skilled escape artist none of us could sleep, shop, or go anywhere. The police brought him home several times we didn't even know we was gone through the night. (payback?) Anyways, as soon as we walked in the door we knew. the community is welcoming, the staff are attentive and understanding. I must have spoken a million miles a minute because the executive director and marketing director looked at me and said let's take a minute and we will just let you know what we are going to do for you. First off they offered day care while we made all the arrangements. the knowledge and care they both took that day meant the world to us. They even took him in to lunch and to meet some of the other residents and pushed us out the door to go and have a much needed lunch. Thank you

Looking for a new facility for my father-in-law who is 95 and has some specific things we were looking for in a facility. [name removed] from Cypress Court is amazing. We visited other facilities and did not get a good feeling, but with [name removed] she listen to our needs and was able to provide answers (which not all places could) - really guided us through the process. During the walk around of the facility, it was great seeing the residence playing cards or other games and how happy they all looked. The facility was clean, rooms were really nice and the remodeled rooms are beautiful. The bathroom was probably my favorite part as it was big enough to move around a wheel chair around, safety bars to hold in a number of places and had the low lip to get in and out of the shower. Things that would make his life easier. VERY IMPRESSED with [name removed] and the facility.

I toured the community and attended an event that was open to the public. My first impression was that the community was clean and smelled good, which is very important to me. The Executive director and community development director were welcoming, friendly and informative. As I walked around the hallways the staff was friendly and said “hello”. The residents appeared to be enjoying themselves in the activity room. Overall had a good experience.

I love Regency Place! First I love the setting- spanish style, 1 or 2 story- not like a hotel, very homey. Every one of the staff I've met is great with the residents, so caring and hardworking and patient. Food and menu are healthy and tasty. I'm so glad I found Regency.

I toured with with the Executive Director who is a absolute gem. She took time to show me the entire place. I had about a million questions and [name removed] took the time to address them all. She shared her own experience which was so soothing. It is evident that all the staff are so compassionate and gentle. During my tour I saw several staff assisting the seniors to and fro. My heart is full and I cannot wait for my dad to come and live her.

I toured the community and the staff was great and the facility was beautiful, especially since it's a memory care unit! Planning on moving my mom here once she is discharged from her current facility. The food was also amazing!

I came to the community to help with a 94 year old resident. I met the community director and she is an absolutely incredible lady! She is so vibrant, positive and JOYFUL and she has really made the experience here incredible. It is an amazing how one individual can influence an entire place! This company is blessed to have this director [name removed]

We are so happy that we chose Summerfield of Encinitas for mom. She is so happy being able to make new friends. Mom is very high functioning so we were all scared that she would not fit in. We toured several communities and they were so depressing. It was clear to us with the large outdoor areas to walk and sit, the great food, and larger rooms this was the place for us. We have not been disappointed. A HUGE thank you to [name removed] who is the community relations director. She guided us though this and really eased our fear. If you are looking for a great Memory care this is it.

Came in to research getting my mom moved up from Southern California and met with [name removed]. After sitting with her and telling her about my situation, I was so impressed with her sincerity and compassion. She truly cares, and was respectful towards our needs. Her timely manner of communication, her knowledge about her business, is what we needed. I would, without a doubt recommend her to anyone else that needs guidance on these matters. Thank you for all your help.

What we like the most about the Palm Vista Senior Living is the staff, they are wonderful, very engaging and caring. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My dad lived here for five years. This is the BEST and most friendly community. I can call the people who work here my friends! That's how welcoming they are here!!!

My loved one is very happy at Cypress Court. The staff are the most friendly, competent and helpful. The food is delicious. Good food, excellent staff, friendly residents=home!

After touring this establishment, I saw that the staff is very professional, the facility is very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend.

My loved one is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Merced. The staff are super helpful and friendly, like I've known them for a long time. Suggestion....the back door (outside) to the Sr Memory Living needs to be cleaned a little, it has spider webs, etc. Overall, things have been very good for my loved one at this facility and I would recommend the facility to family and friends.

Starting with the beginning, the staff, the director, the med tech, the food service staff are truly amazing, helpful and caregiving. We are very happy with the fast service that we have received from the whole staff at Regency Place!

The food is always excellent. The staff is very warm and caring, always willing to help. When its my time, I am coming here!

The staff made me always feel welcomed and kept me informed on mom's condition and changes at all times. Mom loved it here and stressed to me how well they take care of me.
